I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Ordered a PCM fora 2010 Dodge Journey 2.4L with transmission shift problem, code P0755 which we diagnosed to problem with PCM. When we received PCM it would only shift 1,2,3 but not overdrive. We had to send PCM back to have it reprogrammed which took 3 weeks. PCM worked for about 1 month and then again stopped shifting in to overdrive again. We sent PCM again back to Flagship for repairs and they sent it back 3 weeks later and we installed it an now transmission does not work at all. Call Flagship and they said nothing is wrong with PCM. After further diagnostic we decided to try a different re-builder and installed their PCM and everything works normal again. When we tried to tell Flagship the problem and asked for a different PCM we were told that it would cost us any further warranty. It appears they are not interested in taking care of their customers even when their customer is completely qualified to properly diagnose the problem. They have not even offered to refund the cost of their defective part. I have been a California Star rated Smog Tech since 1984 and have been in my own business 38 years. We have used your company several times now. Last time we used your company for a GM product. We had to send the original PCM in for you to clone the program into the new PCM because of anti theft issues. On this latest unit we asked to send the old PCM up front before you shipped it so we could get it back to our customer faster. Your staff asured us this would not happen and was not necessary. The unit you sent would not initialize. We called for a shipping label. 10DAYS LATER YOU FINALY SENT US A SHIPPING LABEL! We had called numerous times. My service writer and myself and nothing sped this process up. I have a very upset customer in a rental car at this point. We finally recieved a label last Friday to ship part. Today is Thursday and we still do not have the PCM. Very poor customer service!

First off, I absolutely love Flagship One's order status reporting throughout the whole process to delivery. The unit was delivered intact with no shipping damage.
However…I have to report my disappointment on the refurbishment process of their ecm's which caused me some grief right off the bat on the installation process. I have 35+ years experience as an auto technician and Class 8 truck product engineer, so I understand manufacturing and assembly processes.
The first thing I noticed is the ECM had a bead blasted finish to help clean off the old dirt and corrosion from a previous life. Well, they should have added terminal connector plugs to main ECM connectors to prevent bead blast material and grit from affecting that area. These connector areas became rough textured and gritty from blasting media. This caused great difficulty in fully seating the harness connectors, even after blowing the area clean with compressed air. While using the cam lock on the harness connector to help move the connector onto the four locking lugs of the ECM connector and into the fully seated position, I had to apply additional hand pressure working the connector back and forth to help seat the plug. All four plastic lug pins snapped right off. I had to apply even heavier pressure on the second connector and work it very slowly back and forth before finally getting it fully seated. All of this was because of the rough texture on the inside walls of the plastic ECM connectors. I took my old ECM and refitted the harness connectors to it with ease. The cam locks locked right in with no effort.
I had to fabricate metal lug pins to install in this "new" ECM to be able to lock the one connector in place. I'm sure Flagship One will have no interest in providing a warranty replacement, although I feel it is their oversight on quality control that caused this.
