I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
I purchased a pcm from FS1 about three years ago. It failed, and their warranty process is quite poor, and after not receiving any response from them I really needed to get my car fixed. The new part I ordered did in fact fix the issue, and I'm still waiting on the warranty department to return my email, I'm hoping we can come to an agreement on a resolution.

The ECM came in and was exactly what was needed to resolve my issues. I should have paid the extra money for the programmed keys, but that's what i get for being cheap. They kept me updated the entire step of the way for my order and shipping was really fast! I definitely recommend flagship 1 for automotive computer needs!

Online ordering was easy, order processing took slightly longer than expected due to a supposed testing piece of equipment but once received, I removed the original PCM, installed the supplied replacement in less than 10 minutes and the truck started right up and has been running fine since. I would likely use Flagship One again in the future.

Whereas local shops will tell you these parts aren't available my experience with flagship was excellent. PCM was programmed my VIN number easily installed and got my 2002 Saturn back on the road. Thank you

Worked as it should. But still have same codes. So I should have just kept the other one in. Because it only changed the way it idles and now I have a code that will not go away and I cannot get it fixed without a more specific computer to change the way the camshaft is positioned. But it is what it is. I'm sure I've got a way bigger issue going on.

Had to wait a week or 2 but that's to be expected to some degree as this are made to order only thing was mine didn't have the vin programed for me but I had the tools to fix that so not the biggest problem.

I've ordered from flagship one a couple times before. Expect a couple of weeks to receive the order as the programming phase of the order seems to take longer then they state. Otherwise, great product and service.

I had received two separate emails that told me a delivery date, both of which were pushed back. When I asked why I was given two separate delivery dates, I was told only, "there was a delay programming it"

When I discovered my PCM had some burnt pins in it I searched the internet and found Flagship one. I ordered a PCM through them and got it a short time later. I installed it and first turn of the key the truck started right away. Thumbs up.

It was good.
I received an email about a 20% discount in house credit. I am interested in returning it. I would not interested in a in house credit for I don't when I would ever use be able to use it. For I'm mechanic or a shop, but take credit on my credit card I used to purchase it.

Was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily, we received an email saying it had been delivered and we drove down to the address where we thought it might have gone and it was there in the mailbox. Luckily no one lives at that address at this time. It was shipped to 128 Crooked Creek Road and not Crooked Creek Village.

I called for a PCM for my 2015 Ram 1500. The lady was very helpful and I go the part within a reasonable amount of time. I didn't need the part and waited past the 30 day return window, waiting to see if the fix we had done would work, so far so good. Sadly, I would have to pay an $85 restocking fee and get the rest in store credit. My fault. I just kept the part.

The order entry process with Zia was easy and straight forward. She said that the unit would need to be programmed before it ships and that would take 4 to 5 business days. As it turned out though, it was over twice that. I was disappointed in that because it was for a work van and I was out of business for that period of time. On a positive note, the unit did fix the problem and the van runs fine now.

Great service and they keep you up to date on your order and if you need to do anything extra. Like in my case my truck has the pats system. I put the ICM in and the truck started up with no codes and runs like new. You also can't beat the price and there's no core charge. Thank you and I'm glad I gave you all a try.

I needed an Ecm for my 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 and couldnt get the OEM part. Flagship One happened to have a refurbished OEM part on the shelf, they had it tested, certified it and sent it out to me very quickly. 100% recommend them for anyone whos nervous about purchising their products.

I have ordered a new e. Em's from from flagship one. They've always been very helpful and insightful. On which one I needed for my particular vehicle. And I have never had any problems with them. And would recommend them to everyone with an ECM problem with your vehicle. They take the time to recalibrate your new ECM with all the factory updates that it could possibly have, so you are just. Ready to plug and play like their ad says.

I decided to go with flagship one after looking through a dozen websites to find the ECM that I needed for my 2012 Chevy Impala. Once I received my ECM from flagship 1 it was very easy to install and also program the keys. I'm still waiting for my check engine light to go out but, it did give the instructions that I needed to do 15 to 20 cycles. I'm not sure if that meant 15 to 20 travel cycles or what but, they still deserve five stars because everything that they stated it would do it's done. So, I'm still pleased and still waiting for my check engine light to go out. But, everything else is fine so flagship you get five stars and kudos to you!

I've been using Flagship 1 for 12 years now and have had only 2 ECM problems after purchase. The staff always handles themselves and the customer with patience and respect. The only issue I have so far is the necessity to fill out the RMA form when dealing with a defective or failed remanufactured unit. As a service manager for a very busy shop, I do not have the time nor the patience to fill out yet another form on line for a remanufactured ECM that needs to be warrantied. I understand it may be necessary to get that from the average consumer to weed out some of the inexperienced parts replacers, but commercially, this should be handled over the phone by our account agent for a faster and less time consuming warranty claim. Other than that, Flagship one's staff is always Professional, courteous and eager to help.

I ordered the the ECM for my 03 G35 and it came in about two weeks which wasn't too bad for free shipping. Slapped it on the car and started right up. Had bought it because my previous ECM blew up. Only thing now is that my radiator fans don't work and the airbag lights come on. If anyone knows how to fix this please lmk. 🙏🏻
