I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Customer service and delivery top notch. I'm in Jamaica having trouble getting modules for my Chrysler 200. Found this website and decided to try it out. Was able to call and talk to someone who guided me through the process of getting it on the Island. Item delivered to me within a week. Haven't installed yet but excellent experience with this company.

I needed a new computer for my jeep. Flagship was the best price I could find and they do the programming so when you get the unit it's ready to install. Shipping was fast once it shipped but there was a slight delay due to high volume of orders at the company. Also they didn't require me to send them my old unit for a core. Installation was simple perfect fit. Would definitely recommend and use them again myself.

Had a suspected bad ecm in an older Lexus and my last ditch effort to get it to shift correctly was to try a different ecu. Purchased one, delivered in a timely manner and installed it and worked perfectly, no issues with the factory security (which I was worried about), only have put like a hundred miles on the car so far but working absolutely perfect, very happy so far.

While the staff were most informative about keeping me up to date on the progress, it still took much longer than originally anticipated to receive said product. Three weeks I believe was how long it was delayed before shipping.
Then there was an issue with the shipping not putting the entire address on the package even though it was in the information i had sent during purchase. Haven't had time to install the computer so I have no idea about quality or workmanship yet.

At first, I had to make the new PCM learn the throttle body valve. Lucky, I knew how to do it and took 10 sec, Also, the electronic skid control yellow light comes on after 15 seconds and stays on. This does not affect the operation of the vehicle and it passes inspection. I don't think I have this ESP system. Otherwise, good turn around from order to delivery, reps were good, product looked clean and in good shape. I think it is a newer part number than what I had so probably from a newer vehicle. It fixed the issue I had, a transmission code that made the transmission go into limp mode.
I will add I did not expect full plug and play. There are too many variables. I just wanted something that worked. I got what I needed.

Ease of ordering,great customer service only side note once product was ready I was emailed I would get tracking that never happened. My bf had to go back to Florida in the mean time,only the part had been here delivered and was sitting on the floor of apt building. So he hasn't been able to install it yet. I will give follow up review once part is replaced.

Just put it in, and only problem was starter unresponsive light on the screen. So I did the key reprogram method. Turn key all the way to right before start, leave there for 10 minutes. Turn key to off for 5 seconds. Than turn on again for 10 min. Repeat 3 times. Then turn off, remove key. Than key in, and start. EUREKA, I finally have a good BRAIN. LOL. THANKS ALOT

Sent my ECU for cloning and a week later got my new plug and play ECU. The car doesn't have anymore issues or codes and passed inspection. They keep me informed every step of the way.

I must say I was a little hesitant about ordering thus on-line but after I replaced the pcm and reconnected the battery. The jeep fired right up. It was a huge relief and honestly I feel like it's just running better than it was before. Now it did take about a week to receive which was a little long but they were sending almost daily updates on what step of the process the pcm was on. I will be using flag ship one again for any future issues with my vehicles.

My 2003 Ford Expedition, 4.6L V8 had the typical Ford problem of "No crank, no start". I had personally replaced everything in the ignition system with no result. Finally, I had my car towed to Mullinax Ford. They diagnosed it and said the key cylinder transponder ring was bad, but Ford no longer makes them, so my car cannot be repaired. The diagnosis cost me $200 and I had my car towed back home. I bought a used transponder ring and that did not fix anything. The PCM was the only thing left to replace, so I purchased and installed a rebuilt programmed PCM from Flagship One. I hired a locksmith to put the key code into the new PCM. The engine started on the first try. Flagship One saved my car.

I have ordered several computers for flagship and always had good experience with each order. I have had a couple of hard demands and the were able to work with me and always get it taking care of. I know they are very busy, but wish turn around time was a little quicker. But they do keep you updated through the whole process.

Staff was courteous but we did not receive the part when expected. Had to call back to find out that there was a delay in the programming department. A couple days later received an email stating that part was encountered for delivery. Part arrived & was installed. Seems to have fixed the problem on our truck.

Part was awesome worked great gor my mom's car up and running but there was over spray all over the terminals had to clean them off to be sure of good connection. Someone didn't mask it off when they painted the part.

Was told no relearn procedure was needed. Was for child in college. I drove up to install and would not work. Had it towed to dealership waiting for them to do relearn. Hopefully next week they will be able to get it in and we can see if it works. Would have saved $300 getting one out of a salvage yard and had dealer flash it.
