I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
When I ordered my PCM I was told 2 to 7 business days. Almost 5 weeks later I got it in the mail. Still didn't fix my truck but don't the money to see if I've got a good pcm or not.

Got a good deal on the part, but I got it quickly and was updated every step of the way. They sent instructions for a key relearn about the arrival date. Overall a good company and would order computer parts again.

The PCM worked properly but it always take longer than stated. It is usually at your facility longer than you say and shipping time is not added to that time. I would recommend adding that shipping time to what you tell customers so it will be more accurate when we have to give a time frame to our customers. Thanks

Paid extra for expedited service and got the opposite. 5-9 days took 4 weeks to get my ecu. I did not even need it programed or anything. The lady happily sold me a 90 dollar expedited fee to get my package quicker which did not happen.

Installed the new PCM and started car. Car started but no acceleration beyond 2500rpm.The check engine light came on along with the (red) lightning bolt on the dash. Let car run while I plugged in scan tool. Scan tool indicated several codes for throttle body sensor. Turned off engine after 10-15 minutes. Waited another 10-15 minutes and restarted the engine, This time the the check engine light did not come on but the lightning bolt came back on. Ran the scan again and no error codes appeared this time. Still the engine would not accelerate beyond 2500rpm so PCM is not working correctly. Ordered a new throttle body with sensor(not available separately) it just arrived (4/26). Will install first and see if PCM will work when started. Otherwise, I will have to return PCM to Flagship One because it is not working properly.

Purchase a module for an F-150 it came polished up like it came from a salvage yard then one year later it failed and company is giving me the runaround not wanting to honor their lifetime warranty, now they won't even respond to my emails anymore!

Took awhile to get my computer ( a couple weeks) however the ordering process, the emails with regular updates, etc were all very good. Also the phone rep that helped me with the order was very knowledgable and helpful. Would def order from here again and recommend to others.

We received our ECM today, unfortunately it was the wrong unit. I'm sure with the help of the Flagship One technical team we can rectify the problem though.
After visiting with the technical team, they sent a return label for the wrong ECM. They then found me the correct ECM that was less expensive, and credited my card. That's how you do business right.

The process was a bit long but that I guess can't be helped as it needed to be flashed specifically before sending. Waiting on it was a little hard but not that long. Order showed up with a reasonable amount of waiting/suffering. The unit worked as expected. In my case it was a bit of a specialty item as it was for a hybrid Tahoe

The ECM works as advertised. It is reconditioned and the price is the lowest I could find so I inspected it closely before attempting installation. I found 3 pins that were bent and would have prevented it from plugging in and could have resulted in significant damage. However I used some tweezers to straighten the pins and everything went together and works as expected.

The shipping was faster than suggested and the product was new. Best price we found. Although it said it was programmed and ready, for our 1999 Mustang we still needed to get it programmed to our car before it would work. That was an additional $350 charge. So be prepared this alone may not solve the problem.

I was amazed when I received the PCM box and plugged it in turned the key let it cycle and the car started up with out a glitch. This PCM solved all of the problems I have been having, cooling fan, ruff idle,. Thank you for your help and great service.

After taking my order and payment i was told was going to received it within 5 to 7 days but suddenly there was a peek at on a part that was needed in order for my item to work. It took them 21 days to deliver my item. The part works as expected but took them longer than promised to deliver, it that's why my 3 star review.

I sent an email just within the last 24 hours saying that my car is Durango is still not responding.! It is not starting and the brakes are hard. The mechanic asked me to please check to make sure it's programmed to my truck because it's not reading that it's my Durango. So my review might change if this is dealt with in a timely manner. Had a fried PMC. Customer service was very professional, requested the vin number and directly ordered the PMC I needed from Ford. The shipping was late, but Flagship sent me an update on my order every two to three days, so I could track my part. The packaging was very well done and had three bags around the computer and was in a box.

The PCM worked without any issues (much to my surprise) and fixed all the electrical problems I'd been experiencing on my Jeep. I would definitely recommend Flagship One, as I couldn't find anyone in the UK that would test and fix the PCM.

Really great customer service from keeping me up to date on the email side, letting me know how to set my ECM Up due to manufacturer specifications, and delivering me instructions on how to do it myself with paying a dealership hundreds of dollars for something so easy. Last thing i need to do is relearn my crankshaft positioning sensor. But everything else is Done hopefully this fixes all my issues. Thanks FLAGSHIP ;)

My computer worked less than three weeks. Called to get warranty ball rolling and got transferred around and hung up on twice. It makes me wonder if that 4.75 stars is accurate or fudged. So far I'm not impressed at all.
