I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Worst customer service I have ever had! 8 months dealing with Gabriel(service rep) to finally receive a computer that worked in my 05 pt cruiser turbo. Pins were corroded but it worked. Only time I would hear from them is if I called. Gabriel would only send emails, never talked over phone. $600 spent was not worth the time or money to deal with this company. Lucky if you call an get an English speaking person you can understand. Never again!

Came to my door in 4 days and was plug and play. All I needed was to program the keys with the info provided and then I had to do a crank position sensor relearn with a scanner. But outta the box it got my car running.

I ordered a pcm?ecu and it wasnt programmed to the vehicle Vin# that i provided when ordering. Now i have to pay for programming to someone else to help with my problem

The module worked perfectly and the customer was very satisfied seeing as the vehicle hadn't in over a year and had been at another shop for over 7 months.

The pcm is exactly what I needed. But the connector terminal on the unit was extremely dusty, I had to take extra time to clean it up, two of the connector prongs were bent and had to be straightened, but its installed and working fine.

The sales experience was wonderful and the lady I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about. I will definitely use them again if I ever need this type of part again.

The ECM for a 2003 Jeep liberty I replaced the computer and had them leave out the theft deterrent thing that messes the whole vehicle up. It’s already happened so this was the second time that it happened so now I have the new computer without that programming on there so I should never have any problems with it again.

Based on the website, I expected 2-7 days for shipment. It was closer to 3 weeks for shipment. I have other vehicles to drive but it was frustrating to be waiting so much longer than anticipated. If this was to fix my only vehicle, I would have been canceling my order and finding another company to buy from.

Ordered an ECM for a diesel Jeep Liberty. Within a week the ECM arrived and was plug and play, as advertised. They may have been cheaper options out there, but when you consider the warranty and quality of service this was the best option for me.

Flagship 1 has always been great I never had any problems with their products and I have ordered quite a few ecms people that are complaining don't have any actual proof go flagship one!

Best price found after extensive search. Ordering was OK. Shipping was as expected. Installed by reputable shop. Didn't work. After extensive diagnostic with associated fees, it was determined ECU had not been programmed. Warranty clearly states they don't pay for issues, rather you need to send it back. Needed the car so had the shop program at additional cost. Overall, with added diagnostic and programming, I paid as much for the ECU as if I had bought it from the dealer. This company is not recommended.

They will rip you off by sending you junkyard parts and saying it's new order two or more items they charge you twice and get order prices back ward so if you return one they will say it's the lower priced item 3 day order will take 30 days bad business rude rip offs charge me $300.00 for this fuse box was supposed to be a computer with keys

My Jeep was throwing codes that I knew were not real problems. Just broken communication. Ordered this unit. Arrived in good time and as expected it cured the problem after an easy install.

This was my second time ordering a product from this company. First time I received my ECM in a timely manner as stated on website. My latest order was delayed several days. When I contacted the company via email I was told that the assembly line was very backed up. When I did finally receive my ECM it worked as advertised. All in all very good product for the money. I will use them in the future.

Product functioned once I finally received it after a month. When it did arrive, it wasn't pre-programmed as stated during order. Overall, decent product but someone without programming capability would have had a useless product.

Ordering was simple and email updates were helpful for tracking the progress of the order. I did receive an email explaining that my keys would need to be reprogramed as part of the process of installing the new PCM but this was not accurate and has caused me a big problem. I should not have attempted to reprogram keys per the email instructions. At the moment my car is a paper weight.

Easy to order. Fast shipping. Only complaint would be the terrible paint job on the unit. Obviously after the refurb of the unit. But it's completely hidden so as long as it performs as should I'm fine about the paint.

I was given excuses for a couple of weeks about why it was taking longer than I was initially told. My customer is very upset with me because of the delay your company caused. I had to compensate my customer monetarily to keep them.

It did the job and works good. Definitely worth the try on ordering from flagship and definitely better quality than most. I have a diesel so I had to recalibrate a couple injectors nothing major and expected for a new computer. Fixed the communication issues and looks vary well sealed so moisture doesn't get in it. Moisture is what caused the oem to fail. So was a vary good feeling seeing it appears prepped properly then sealed up tight.
