Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

Although there are many bad reviews, I can personally say my experience was pleasant. They were straight forward although communication was a little rough. Otherwise the shipping took 2 weeks start to finish but for the cost well worth it! Computer was indeed plug and play and has worked fantastic!

Part took way too long to ship. Ordered and then part showed waiting for calibration. Finally shipped and part worked well but wait time was way too long. If you have time to spare this is a good option for discontinued parts. If you need it in a reasonable amount of time look ElseWare.

The entire interaction was seamless and easy.
Our reprogrammed engine computer part arrived 2 weeks after ordering, as promised by Fatima upfront. Fatima also sent multiple emails during the 2 week wait informing us where they were in the process of getting the part ready to be shipped. We appreciated the extra attention paid to the details.
The part installed easily. For the first 5-10 miles the engine idled rough and rev'd high but after those first few miles it found it's groove and so far ALL GOOD!

They provided me with a (PROGRAMMED) computer for a 97 Cadillac Eldorado, something no one else could do. No shops had the software to program my existing computer because GM dropped it and no longer supported it because of its age. Declared it obsolete. Back on the road again.

I didn't need to program new keys for my 2012 Chrysler 200 2.4L, just plug and play. I expected the immobilizer to prevent the car from starting which happens to some vehicles when you change out the vehicles computer. I received a lot of email updates for the order to let me know the status. Order to receive was about a week or so.

Their product is fine- great actually! But their promise on delivery falls very very short of the goal. I don't know if it's because they need more employees, or need better customer reps- but it was essentially zero contact outside of automated messages. It took nearly three weeks to get my ECU which is unacceptable. I understand we live in a day in age where we expect packages to show up the next day- and I understand they're a smaller company so I don't hold them to that standard. But three weeks? If I had a blank ECU I could go to the dealer and have them program it in an hour. The lack of communication with delays or difficulties is what really did it for me. It's one thing if you effectively communicate what's holding things up- we're all human and I understand that. But NOTHING? You can't run a business like that. I would only order from them again if I absolutely had to. Once again, great product, bad service.

I have dealt with flagship one for years. Purchased many modules and of all the items only had ECM that the key would not relearn. But the last ECM I purchased was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. After receiving email saying there was an issue and there was little to no communication from them. I had to initiate any communication and was left in the dark. Finally without any shipping detail unit arrived and worked perfectly. Keys programmed normally and no issues other than it took 2 months to get my ECM which customer was not happy over. After many years of purchases this was my only bad experience and I am understanding of issues with module repairs. They found the issue during their excellent testing process and didn't send a faulty unit. Great company to deal with. Everyone has a bad situation and I'll continue to buy from them. Wish they would have communicated better during issue but things happen. All in all great company!

Overall good experience. Only complaint is the PCM I ordered is advertised as no programming needed. I swapped it into my car and the car started...but that was it. Every light was on on the dash and the car would not shift or even acknowledge the gas peddle. It would just idle. I loaded a custom tune file I had for my old PCM into the new PCM and everything worked wonderfully. Not s single issue since. So, it was a great experience for me but only because I had the means to load a tune. If I hadn't I would've been furious.

Very disappointed, month wait for ecm. Was charged $150 to test the ecm, even though what I wanted was a reconditioned one. Then when I finally get my "tested" one back it has less functionality than the one I sent to you. "Princess" in customer service basically told me there was nothing they could do and that it must be my problem. Well, I bought another ecm from an actual reputable supplier and it was plug and play and worked fine! My customer had to wait over a month to get their vehicle back. Thanks for losing me a customer!

I bought 2 different reman ECMs from eBay both of which would cause the car to shut down while driving at just about any speed. So far the one I bought from flagship is working phenomenally, hasn't shut down once or thrown any codes. I was almost at the point of junking the car because the electrical issues are a huge headache. I will leave an update if it fails, but I'm confident it will be fine.
