I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!

Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

Difficult to talk with any technician. Made my situation worse. I sent in a PCM that would at least let the car run and in return I now have 2 useless PCMs that won't start the vehicle and a very agitated customer. I sent both PCMs back and still have the same result. I would like for someone to reach out to try and resolve my issue or credit me for the money I spent so I can get my issue resolved elsewhere.
Turn around time is extremely long as well.

Don't buy from here! On their website it says 3 to 7 days for delivery. By day 6 i contacted them just to make sure everything way ok or if perhaps there may be a mistake on my part. Then i got a replay saying they have 8 day. I felt it was a little hostel response, Day 10, day13, day 15, and day 16 nothing but excuses. No one has a clue what's going on there. Day 16 i contacted them and finally got an update and they told me they had to restart all the test and that would take 2-3 days. I was like, 3 days later i contacted them then they told me they would get back to me in 4 days. After that i told them to give me my money back, im glad i did before they gave me some trash

Ordered a computer for my Taurus paid Bob ridings Ford to program the key and didn't work they put their computer in and it worked just fine so basically you charged me $240 for a piece of crap that didn't work would not recommend buying these

Once ordered, it seemed to take a long time for the company to program the module and get it in the mail to my residence. Once it did ship, the shipping was quite fast. When I received the unit, it looked like it was taken from a junk yard, "Pull a Part" and sold as a refurbished module. It was cleaned, but you could tell it was an old unit.
Anyway, I took the module to my mechanic who has the system necessary to program the module in accordance with the key security system of my vehicle and the module failed to recognize the security key on several attempts.
Ended up purchasing a new module with the OEM specifications which only took them half a day to program. I finally have my truck back after two weeks of waiting.

2001 2500 HD with 6.0L. Had changed tire size and was using an older OBD2 scanner to adjust settings. In the the middle of the operation, the scanner died turning my computer into a brick.
Shopped the net for companies that could provide a flashed unit back in a reasonable time frame.
Flagship had good reviews, so settled on them.
I received the new ECU in a week, installed and truck fired right up. The vehicle has not run this well in years! Would not hesitate to use Flagship again.

Awesome people to deal with. They tested my unit before it was sent out and it did not past the test. They had to obtain a new unit which took way longer than I expected And when they finally got it, they still had to flash it and test it so it took about 3 weeks for me to get my item. But it worked well and again... I must say. Awesome people to talk to and deal with.

First, I have used Flagship One before, just like then they came through with flying colors. This time however presented them with the problem of finding a unicorn as my ECU was NOT repairable and a long discontinued part. It took them a bit to find one, by no means too long, rebuilt it and got it shipped out to me. I took it to the Dealership, which BTW was unable to "find" the "anywhere", the Tech installed it and my car fired right off with NO additional programming required. Can't ask for more than that from Flagship One, simply put, "It Worked!"
