I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
I needed a new computer for my vehicle. They took a long time to get it to me and then sent it without any instructions. I wasted hours trying to get it to work. I called them repeatedly, constantly wasting time with people who understood absolutely nothing. Each time I called I was given more and more details about how to make the thing work. In the end I gave up, after repeated attempts to make it work. Do not waste your time with this incredibly unprofessional group of rip off artists.

Once I received the part number from the dealership it was easy to find the part. In addition, contact was made with staff to ensure I was ordering the correct part. Without locating this website, I probably would not be driving my car now, because the dealership was looking for a new part and I had waited two months already.

The dealer couldn't help me because they don't do aftermarket parts. I searched the Internet and Flagship One came up. Like most, I was first skeptical. But the reviews helped out. Flagship One sent me my PCM for my 2006 Chrysler 300C and when I installed and started the car up, all my problems were in the past. It may seem like you are waiting for a long time for the part to arrive but don't fear. Let Flagship One do what it needs to do to get your product ready. You can relax their staff stays in touch with you via email or text for updates.

Amazing. Eve came quick and exactly what I wanted. I'm a GM master mechanic so programming theft was something I already knew how to do but the detailed instructions where dead on accurate.

Very happy with the part. Solved my problem. I needed to have the warranty transferred to the new owner of my truck when I purchased the part. Was told no even after a Nissan dealership installed the unit. If you're planning to sell your car be sure to list the new owner prior to shipment.

Account manager never available via phone, to cross ship the will void warranty if second ECU fails out of the box. Too many reviews with same situation that waited months for the "repaired unit" to be returned. Provided extensive ODB2 data showing they never programmed or it failed in programming to my vehicle. Different vin and car started twice now dead with their ECU. My old ecu with trouble codes fires up immediately. They are a "take it or leave it" company not customer service oriented. Reported to BBB, FTC and Paypal (I suggest paypal as you have recourse for refunds.

Company does not back their product and will cross ship if they can remove warranty.

Great alternative to a new unit. Best part is their warranty. I've purchased 2 from here and so far I've not had any troubles out of them. Will purchase from Flagship again if or when I need one.

We had a mechanic work on our jeep and he found that the computer was not performing like it should. They said they would order it and let me know when it came in. After a month of waiting I called them and they sent me the link to your company. They never ordered it. So I ordered it and it was a very quick delivery. I took my car to a different mechanic and they installed it and the jeep runs great now. Thank you for your quick delivery so I could have my jeep back!

Called and bought a computer. After three weeks still no delivery date. After calling we decided to send you ours for repairs. Got it back and had problems right away. Sent back to you. Came back again with problems. I believe we sent it back a third time and got it back with problems. Now we have had customers car for 4 to 5 months and still no fix. At this point I called and ordered another computer from you. When we received it had problems right away. Called dealer and dealer computer was no longer on back order. Ordered a computer from dealer and everything is fine. I now have a $1400 computer that I cant use. I lost about $1700 in repairs and the computer I have on hand,not including all the time diagnosing each computer to make sure I was right.

Although the order came late, and the communication was not 5-star worthy in my opinion (my 5-star rating is for the product), I eventually got the main satisfaction since my main issue was resolved by the product I purchased.
My car had been battling with the issue of "crank no start" since like forever until it eventually packed up. I had spent a lot on parts that were not the car's problems. I was about to give up when I decided to try one last option - Flagship1 computer. This solved my issue. My car that had been off for two months started right up on installation. No programming needed. Just plug and play. I will definitely recommend FS1 to whoever I know that has the same kind of issues.

No updates on the module. Customer is pretty mad at me because I never know what to tell him, it's been 3 weeks, when I call the answer I get is we don't know what's going on we will update you at the end of the day. But the update never comes

The package arrived fine to our shop but the contents were a little shocking, the case of the idm looked like it had been spray painted black with dirt and grime still on it. The screw pockets were brittle and crumbling like this came off a truck from up north that the frame was rotting away. One of the screw pockets still had a broken off bolt in that was just left there corroded to the case and one side of the case had a big crack and pieces missing leaving the inside exposed to the elements for who knows how long. The quality control of this company is shocking if that's what passes.

There was a but of a delay where my ecu was misplaced. They were upfront about the issue, and eventually found my ecu, sent me the original and the new one, and it works perfectly. I would use them again!
