I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!

Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

It has been a couple months and the PCM I got for my Jeep XJ is working perfectly. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. Flagship was spot on with the estimated time to ship, ten days I believe is what it was. Arrived a couple days later, plugged it in and it has worked flawlessly. Well worth the money, for what you get these are actually very reasonably priced. I'd have no hesitation recommending an ECM/PCM from Flagship.

Was not programmed correctly for my car. My mechanic showed me the problem. I had to have my car. I found one at another vendor. Car runs great now! I have a module that I can't use. It may be fine,but not my car. I did not pursue it because I figured they would want to swap and I don't need one now, just a refund if possible.

Tanica who said she was a manager was going to call me back. Never heard from her. Carmina… several emails still not response. One person that I did speak with "actually" called me back with a quick response after so so many long distance calls. Took a while to get programmed but it shipped immediately and I got it sooner than promised. Called to ask about my order and I actually had a real live person!
The Newly programmed PCM functioned perfectly - truck started right up. No "Relearning" prcedures and no extra work. (You might want to start the vehicle - mine was a 1012 Ram 1500 - and do NOT touch the accelrator. Let it idle down. When it warms up, start it again. Viola!

I contacted customer service about what software version would be installed in the new module I ordered. I was told they could not tell me the version without it being ordered and sending it over to engineering/programming team. I was told if the software version was not compatible I could return the module with no problems. I failed to read the entire return policy and even though they could not give me all the module details it was apparently on me to lose $100 off of my return amount for a "non refundable programming fee." I am very dissatisfied with my service and feel they should have waived the fee. I knew as soon as the new module showed up that the software version was not compatible with my vehicle and it was not going to work. I was led to believe with my initial customer service phone call that if it was not compatible I could return with no problems. The return process was easy but left me $100 in the hole and vehicle still not fixed.

Paid for an ECU and was promised prompt delivery, after 2 weeks called several times and no response. Received an E Mail that said they had no cores and would reprogram ours. Sent it to i believe Florida and took a total of 4 weeks to get back. Needless to say the customer was not happy to wait 4 weeks for his vehicle. Also the first order included a ECU, and we had to send our ECU to get repaired. Shouldnt there be a discount for sending in our core?

The worst customer service I've experienced, for one to start the sent me a blank pcm, second it took me over to weeks to get it sent back, third, I finally sent it back and spent over 3 weeks trying to get answers and got no email responses. I finally got ahold of somebody and they said they fixed it. By then I had to go another direction cause it took so long I told them we don't need it give me a refund and I got told no that wont work its been over 30 days we cant do that. Ya well it was in their shop for over 45 days. So if you plan on buying from these guys plan on getting robbed.

I had the engine control module go out in my older car. It was a real problem trying to find replacement part. It was recommended to not get a remanufactured unit. However, Flagship offered a guarantee they reprogram the module with your cars vin number. I went ahead and ordered it. Finally, my car is fixed! The refurbished module from Flagship works perfectly. Satisfied customer.

I am still in the process of ordering an ECM so there is still a lot of work to be done, but Kienzle has answered all my questions and has done a great job.
