I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
I was skeptical about whether or not to take a risk on installing a refurbished Pcm. I took the risk and so far it has not disappointed at all. Not only was it easy to install, I was able to flash it with a relatively inexpensive Autel 808 myself! One Ford dealer wanted $350. The Pcm was fully upgraded and the trucks many electrical issues seem to have been resolved. I'm a very happy customer! The staff was very helpful and supportive and that was one of the reasons i decided to go forward. Thanks to everyone at flagship 1!

I ordered the computer to erase a p0012 code and I think it has nothing to do with the computer now. I think the ECM is fine but there are other things I have to do to the car other than that the ECM was used partly smashed broken and one side but I put it on and it worked fine. As for the price I'm not sure if it's worth it.

Great pricing, so thank u for that. Luckily I'm a Ford senior Master tech so I know what I'm doing. It wasn't a plug and play. I had to go in after programming the keys and finish the pcm vehicles programming. Had to put in additional info pramatters like shift strategies and trans solenoid numbers. Luckily the tag was still readable and still on the trans. It all worked out buy only because I know what I'm doing. Still very happy with the company and would definitely use them again.

I ordered a replacement PCM for a 2001 Ford F150. They programmed the VIN into the computer and shipped it to me in a timely manner. Truck runs great. I would highly recommend this company to others and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Beat up part and jb weld on it and it won't work. Wasted 1.5 hours trying to get the vats to work and gave up reinstalled my old pcm for now. I've sent emails for help and it's been awhile and no response from them.

Since installing the ECU my Jeep is getting 10mpg. Previously 15mpg on a bad day.
I don't know what it was programmed for but this year Jeep is supposed to get 15mpg city, 19mpg highway.

Had good experiance with first 2 ECU but had bad ECU on a charger that I had to have replaced 3x but still not working, would not refund just give me partial credit for future purchase. Ended up oredering ECU through different company & no problems, installed & ran perfectly, has been gone several Mo. With no issue. So your warranty dept. needs some work!

I needed to speak to a manager as to why our ECU was not shipped a stated, but they won't transfer you to a manager AND they would not even give you a NAME of a manager, stating it is their policy! My "account manager" was never free to speak with me either. Currently I'm still waiting for a phone call from this "ghost" manager. I would use another company next time

We ordered a pcm.we explained the key and key reader wont work with my pcm.and pcm is bad. We got pcm and were told get a locksmith or go to the dealer.isuzu is out of business and has no dealers.if they were i would not have needed flagship one.so no dealer and cant get a locksmith to fix it.so i have a pcm that supposibly works,that my warranty is being used up on.before i can make it run.talked to flagship one and all they say is get a locksmith.go to a dealer or buy used from a junk yard is my suggestion

Sometimes very good communications, sometimes nothing. My product was expected to be shipped and received the following week, but when I was contacted 10 days later the product wasn't even shipped yet. It finally arrived a few days later.

First my failed quality control
Today is 1/29
Have contacted several employees along the way and thru them I found out that first unit had failed. Was scheduled to ship 1/27. I don't believe that happen. Then account manager was (I was told) to contact me by phone (Maria) all I ever got was a standard status ( NO personnel contact) As of today I am not knowing. I have called to talk to anyone for the last week. Customer Service is making those Hard phone call to Customers not just letting " it will be ok" They might have done something but never told me what it was.
Anything the standard update status form shows that I have received the unit?!
I question what the Life Time warranty means

The time to receive my ECU took about 11 days. It had to be programed for my VIN before shipping. The CS stayed in touch with me through out and was helpful and informative.
I have no use for the ECU removed and don't anticipate needing another one. So, a Store Credit for the returned 'core' is of no use to me.

Ordered the cpu I needed online and the customer service rep stayed in contact with me throughout the process, ensuring that I knew, where my product was in the que to be programmed, then qc'd and when my CPU would arrive. Best part of my experience was easily my customer service rep..

Purchased a plug and play PCM, but didn't it didn't work. Customer service had me try a relearn for the Immobilizer key but it didn't work. Then they had me disconnect the battery for 45 minutes and try the relearn procedure and that didn't work. Then wanted me to run the engine so it could do a crankshaft relearn which is impossible to do if I can crank the engine. That was the last I heard from anyone from customer service. It has been more that 30 days with no resolution.

I plugged it in and when I started the car the engine started revving up and down really dramatically. It did this every time I started it for the first handful of time I tried to troubleshoot. I did every reset command I could do and eventually got it to stop doing the crazy revving but now it runs really rich and seems like it's going to die all the time. My car wasn't doing this before I put in the new ECU and now the old ECU suddenly doesn't work at all when I put it back in despite being very cautious when swapping computers.
