I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!

Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

Ordered plug and play PCM for my 2008 Mazda. It was supposed to be plug and play. The car would not start with it installed. They told me that I need to have a locksmith program my keys to the new PCM. I have a locksmith come out, he had the equipment but was not able to make the PCM work with my keys. Waste of money for PCM and Locksmith.

Got pcm for my dodge ram, it was not programmed.right had to send back. Customer service sucks. Had to pay return shipping at cost of 60$. I would recomend highly not buying from this company! I have not got pcm I returned back yet. Piss poor customer relations.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So sorry that i did not find the reviews before I purchase this pcm. Received it and found some corrosions on plug# 2 pins. Very upsetting because it is expensive. Plugged it anyway and my van will not start, it will crank but no start. No fault code recorded but no fuel coming from the pump. Reinstalled the original pcm and have no problem starting. Called their number and was transferred out of the country, spoke to a guy named venus who don't know $#*!. After several calls and email's still waiting for results. Since, it is Sat., I willl have to wait for next week to waste more time. Just hoping, I will not be scammed and get my refund, or otherwise will call the bank to dispute this purchase.

Ordered a ECU for 1998 lexus es300.
It came late. Installed it. My oem keys in ignition wold not start car.
Called they said send back!
They never contacted me.
I call they say only choice i have is get another.on sent back. But warranty will be dissolved. Ha ha ha ha ha

I purchased an ECU for my 2003 Silverado, the price was fantastic. I was immediately contacted by Ervir and was kept informed all along the way as well as after I received the product, which was quite quickly to add. Unfortunately after receiving the ECU I found out that it was not the problem and I asked to return the item. Even in this again they were very helpful. I would highly recommend them for your Control unit needs.

Only issue was with dealing with GM key programing issue and customer service responding quickly with the info needed. I would certainly try replacing an ECM again with one from flagship one before scrapping vehicle

I have contacted Flagship One Inc, with a problem with their Engine Control Module, they sent me a RMA request which I think was asking me what was wrong, describe it, guess what is wrong, and how should it work... I have not been contacted from them since filling out this RMA request nor has any technical person called or emailed me. I do not know if they are sending another module or if they want the one they sent me to be mailed back in. The person I talked with was of some Asian area and her speaking with me was at best hard to understand, so maybe she said something that I could not understand. Waiting for someone to call or email...

I was looking into purchasing an ECM for my Kia Forte. Found what I needed and ordered it. Since I had not heard of Flagship, I did some digging into reviews. I didn't see a lot of good and was having second thoughts. I contacted Flagship and spoke with Ronnel about my concerns. She listened to my concerns and eased my mind, reminding me about their return policy. My concerns eased, I continued with my order. When I received the ECM, I installed and tested my vehicle. It was not the issue I was having with the car. I spoke with Geraldine about getting a Return Authorization. She was very helpful with what I needed to do and the amount that I would be refunded. I shipped the ECM back and was refunded in a very timely manner. Thanks to both of you at Flagship One!

I ordered a pcm for a ford truck. I received the product and the truck runs fine but now the abs light stays on because the vin # in the pcm does not match the abs. Before the sent the module, 3 different times they asked for the vin and still didnt program it in. They wont send me another one to resolve the problem. They want me to return the one they sent, so they can fix it. My problem is that this is a company truck that works everyday and cant sit for a month for them to fiddle f**k around

The engine computer fixed my problem and it working OK, but:

When I went to your web page, it said I would receive an ECM programmed and 2 keys for my 2006 Ford Ranger based on its VIN. After installing the ECM and getting the new keys cut to my original keys, I placed the new keys in the ignition, turned to run (but not start) for 3 seconds on each key. This did not work. The Ranger would not start. I called you and was told it would need a special scanner or to take it to a dealer or locksmith to get the keys to work. The locksmith wanted $89.00 for service call and $250.00 to erase the old key codes and program the ECM for the new keys. When you programmed the ECM you should have erased the 3 key codes that we found with a scanner and then the "insert and turn key for 3 seconds" would have worked.

Firstly on your website you say to deliver my computer between 2 and 7 days and leave your factory 15 days after placing my order you have sent it by regular mail and you charged me $105.00 US a real theft I received everything another 15 days for delivery and to finish the dish the instructions you sent me to program the keys were faulty I called your customer service and he told me Mr you have to go to Ford or a locksmith another $500.00 you are liars, fraudsters, it would have cost me less at a Ford dealer, all your teams are a liar

Their advertising claims to have the computer reprogram set up for you or you just plug it in and drive and that's not true plug mine in that I got from them and got just a whole bunch of different codes. Started popping up totally different from my original problem that I had so now I have basically have another problem so much to the fact I took it to my mechanic and he still trying to figure it out. Totally dissatisfied. Would want my money back if it wouldn't such so hard to go through all the channels to get that I would advise another route than dealing with this company.
