I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
I ordered a part that I cancelled the next day. All I get is run around from customer service saying they can't refund my money only a higher up can I've made several attempts to speak with supervisor they never call back or reply to email. I will be informing the better business bureau about this matter.

This company needs too, be shut down. My auto repair shop order a computer from them and, the computer stop working less then a week. We called and, was told a manager will call us back" no call back at all... Please don't do business with these crooks...

I wish I checked these guys' reviews prior to purchasing. Have been waiting for a reman ECU since early August. Had ONE email from them stating they had a bad ecu 1 week after purchase... silence for 4 weeks since then. Multiple emails, phone calls, etc and no answer. Charge back initiated and have purchased elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these con artists.

This has to be the worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered an ECM for my 2013 Ford explorer XLT from them. They sent me a ECM for a 2wd vehicle. I called and they promised to make it right, that all I need to do was send it back for reprogramming. This proceed to happen two more times. Every time I called costumer service they said my project manager was unavailable and they would call me back. This call never came. After calling well over 20 times I decided that I wanted my money back and to return the ECM. I was told that I was outside the return window even though it was their fault for sending the incorrect product. I repeatedly asked to speak with my senior manager Anna B. I was never called back by Anna. I was finally called back by a woman named Angela who said there was nothing they could do for me. This company has worse costumer service than McDonald's. I do not recommend this company. Do not use this company.

When the PCM that i bought from flagship 5/2020 for my 2000 jeep cherokee failed, they agreed after a lot of arguments and phone calls to repair it and send it back in 10 days.It took almost 30 days and an hour and a half long phone call to dismal customer service to find out that it was shipped.It came clean and shinny and was installed by the mechanic.It failed right off the box.No communication with the diagnostic.None.The next morning failed all together to start the vehicle.They went down the troubleshooting list and told me that it was the jeep wiring. Checked the wiring and voltage and resistance was correct.Some project manager after a number of phone calls offered to replace it but i loose the warranty.I refused and asked for a refund.I was told they only give store credit.I said no.
The next day an envelope came with another PCM.Now i have two useless paperweights because i have had my original computer repaired.End of story.Lesson learned.Read the negative reviews

This has been the worst experience I have ever gone through with an American company.The account managers do not answer calls nor do they return them. They have nearly 300 cases with the better business bureau. My first part was faulty and its been a month that I sent back that part.Im still waiting for it to be sent out. Norah lied and say it was sent May 21st. Im still waiting. They created a shipping label but never sent the part out. Save your money, spend the extra and go somewhere else. The reviews on their site are not real.

Terrible experience! Worst customer service ever. Does not back up what their website and return policy state. I too had to call and ask where my part was as it took over 3 weeks to get the part, part did not work, asked for a refund. They accepted my request to return the product, then refused to refund my money and kept my part! They completely ripped me off. Refused to work with me at all, everyone there has been super rude on the phone. I can't believe these people are still in business.

Scam artists. Only thing they do fast is take your money. Sent a defective pcm, waited for over 2 months for a replacement, am fighting for a refund now. Won't answer messages, phone calls put on hold for 30-45 minutes and when you do get through no one can help you. Stay away!

Still waiting over a month for a pcm to come in, still no parts. Case manager keeps giving a fake tracking that hasn't been updated since 8/27/2020 and today is 9/16/2020. "Your tracking will be updated in 48 hours". Worse service, nobody responds back to emails or calls! I'd rather order a car part from Harry wormwood before I order from here again

Been over 1 month since I put my order and still haven't anything they keep sending me emails that it will ship in 2 days so far 4 emails. I would had never ordered if it was going to take this long. They said they have it in stock. Dont waste your time and money on this company so many fake reviews

The PCM they sent me does not work. When programming the keys the vin displayed is not the same as my truck. I don't know if it matters but what I do know is the truck won't start even though the keys are programmed. They talked to me a few times and now won't return my calls or emails. Stay away from this place

ECM from Ford was discontinued and the dealers who had leftover stock wanted $800. This one came pre-programmed, with exception of the theft system and worked great.

Purchased an a cm from Flagship 2 years ago quick delivery no problems the problem started when e c m went out again. Call manufacturer they sent me a form to fill out since it back in they check my form I sent back in I did not like my diagnosis they want me to get a professional electrical mechanic to diagnostic my car I can buy a new computer from them for what that would cost so what good is there warranty

The PCM I received from these guys did fix the problem I was having, BUT, the FLAGSHIP ONE PCM also gave me a new problem! It had a bad driver for one of the circuits which set a new code I hadn't had before. No big deal, I got a bad one, surely they'll make it right. I filled out their janky RMA. Waited a few days and heard nothing. Sent an email requesting an update. No response, so I called and was told we had to wait for the programmers to review the RMA. Same day, I get an email, wanting documentation from the mechanic that diagnosed the fault. Here we go, the run-around! I sent the paperwork, so we'll see! If they make it right, I'll update this review. How about this guys-if I tell you your unit is defective, ask me to send it back so you can see for yourself! Either way I'm out $100 bucks and without a car waiting on a company that appears to be looking for a away to NOT stand behind their product! Buyer beware!
Update-They did replace the defective PCM for one that appears to be working correctly.

It took over 2 weeks and an extremely heated conversation for my part to be shipped, I was consistently lied to by Christian and Jon, I was sent multiple false tracking numbers. I suggested to them if they were going to keep lying to their customers they should at least write it down so everyone can tell the same stories.

Hassle free.Gave them my VIN it was that easy. Price was reasonable. Received my new ECM in a timely manner. No further programming needed to be done.install in the truck, turn the key and go.

First they said it takes 5 days to program it took 9 not counting weekend then I paid $75.00for overnight shipping they sent me an email it was shipped on the 6th but you can't track for 24 to 48 hrs so I haven't received it yet but now it is supposed to be here today after seeing the reviews I'm very worried that it will not work as advertised and feel ripped off for the shipping. I called them and they said it was shipped a day later than the email and there is nothing they will do so I looked up reviews and boy am I disappointed in my choice I made with this company. I'll be back later today with an update to weather it works or not

The ECU I purchased has the wrong VIN number programmed in it and it's making my ABS light stay on because the ABS module is reading the wrong VIN number. So no remote start and I've reach out with no response... Yes the correct VIN was submitted.
