I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Ordered ECU Programmed Plug&Play on September 21,2019. Received longer time than expected, when product was received the ECU did not work. Warranty, who knows, can't get anyone to answer any questions! They will put you on hold and after about 30 minutes just disconnect you. Can't get anyone to help you with the problem of their product! They have your money the whole time and no customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Ask questions about their Warranty! If product is not good, then what? Otherwise you are going to get run around.

Terrible business, i've been waiting a month already for an ecu that i ordered for my mazda and it states that it would take 1-6 business days. It's been 1 month and a week already and i still have not gotten my ecu. To top it off i've called multiple times during their business hours and they never answer. I've spoken to them twice about the matter and they told me it would ship out that day or even the next and it still hasn't shipped. Honestly don't know what to do at this point. Just stay away from this business and don't even bother to try buying something off their website

Pcm works well but had issues with passlock relearn, so i did have to have it learned to the truck with a autel setup.

I asked before ordering if the item I wanted was in stock and could ship out immediately, I was told "yes" it is in stock at Flagship's location in New York. As I am located in Rhode Island that is 1 day shipping using any of the ground services.
I received the ECU over a week later packaged in an old Amazon box that was sealed with Avery address labels and in really poor shape. The box also had the previous address label showing the date of when Flagship purchased the ECU from Northland Wrecking in Iowa a few days prior, clearly I was lied to at the start of my inquiry as to the ECU being in stock.
The ECU is hideous cosmetically, it looks like it was from a vehicle that was located in a salt belt area but to mask this it looks like someone cleaned it with a brick and then painted it with a live chicken before it was stuffed in a box and shipped to me.

No call backs! No response from the company whatsoever! Finally got my PCM in the mail. It was damaged. They won't even respond to me! Read all of the reviews about this company. Don't go on their website and read reviews. They're all five star! Read how many people are sorry that they did not heed the reviews! Look closely at the far right set of pins, the third pin down from the top! No way this PCM worked! The pin is pushed down into the connector! It obviously never made connection! Look at the sides of the connectors that are broken! Those fins guide your connector onto the PCM correctly and align it correctly! It would be impossible for me to seat the connector and just misalign one pin! It came from flagship 1 this way! They would not help me at all! Would not return my calls!

Ordered an ECM from them, order was filled in a reasonable amount of time. Although original order came it was programmed for another truck, not the one I placed the order for. Their return policy is terrible. Seems to be intentionally designed to take as long as possible with very little communication from the company. Many steps and ends in the outcome that should have happened immediately. I suppose if they do not screw up it is worth buying from them, but if they do screw it up it is most definitely not worth it. My advice is don't risk it if you need the correct part quickly. Instead buy from somebody else.

I bought an engine computer for a 2014 Chevy equinox. Could not install because the plugs were not in the wrong spot. I was told I could send it back for a refund. Did not get a refund but was sent the same product back (the plugs were still in the wrong spot). Tried sending it back for a second time for a refund and now they are saying I can't because it's been longer than 30 days. Very disappointed by this.

The policy states that all returns for money back must be received by the Seller within 30 days from the date of original purchase. This order was placed on the 27th of January and you have contacted us on July 25 that you want to be refunded. We have even considered your situation and agreed on the refund. We have sent a prepaid return label right after. Unfortunately, we have not received the 2nd unit we sent to you up to this date. Nothing about this company is legit. They sent me a part that was either bad or not programmed correctly for my car. After much work on my part and repeated calls and emails, they had me return the defective part and sent me another one. That part was defective also. Now they don't want to give me any money back for the bad parts they sent me. I could never speak to anyone there about the issue other than an operator who knew nothing about cars. Don't buy from them, they are the worst!

I ordered an engine computer for my 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser from FS1 and when the order was taking awhile to fulfill even after receiving the tracking number I became worried after reading all the negative reviews. Messaging their customer service reps really helped ease the stress and they kept me well informed. They are not working at full capacity with covid19 restrictions in place so it has slowed down their capabilities of getting your purchases out to you in a timely manner (mine took about 3 weeks from time of purchase) but I was able to receive my engine computer and my car works perfectly now. I gave 5 stars to help cancel out some of the negative reviews as many people who have had good experiences do not think or bother to rate whereas you are more inclined to rate a negative experience, otherwise I would have rated 4. My only negative comment is I wish they would have been more upfront about how long the item would take to ship out.

I order an ecm. 4 weeks later I call them looking for it. They say they working on it. So I need a car and side to trade my car in. Call the next day. They say they shipped it. I'm like I don't need it. And for an 07 impala. I told them it had an 06 engine.
They send the 07 witch totally different. Out 170 dollars. These people have know idea what they are doing. Don't waste your money.

Bought $974.00 PCM Terrible communication they stall to make sure you cant return part in 30 day window. Then charged 20% return and $85.00 reprogramming bull $#*! fee. Then on top of that said it was to late and gave me a store credit that is absolutely worthless for $695.00 they only sell Refurbished ECM/PCM units. What the hell would i want a credit for a part ill never order again. So basically stole all my money

I DO NOT RECOMEND USING FLAG SHIP ONE TO GET AN ECM FROM...i have gotten computers for 3 different vehicles from them and had problems with all three. The last one took 3 months to get problem remedied and i had to pay a computer programmer twice to program each computer that was supposed to be plug and play and they wouldn't take care of the fee. The only reason i got another one from them is they are the only one i found that does saturn vue computers. By far the worst customer service i have ever dealt with in my 23 years of being in business. RUN AND HIDE AND DO NOT USE THEM!
