I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Ordered a PCM for a customer vehicle, and it was defective. Tried for several days to get a warranty form emailed to us, so we could get this issue rectified. We received no calls back, were put on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up as there is no toll free number, told over chat by 4 different employees that our request had been submitted, and we would receive the form within the day. Never got anything from them. Finally, we outsourced to a different company to repair so we can get our customer's vehicle finished. Editing to add that the unit we purchased from FS1 cannot be repaired, so we have to purchase yet another PCM from somewhere else. Very frustrated with the incredibly poor customer service, and with them selling bad parts.

I gave all the correct information and was sent an incorrect ECU. It took from ordering in 9/11/2020 to get shipped the product on 10/2/2020. Once again, the wrong part, I have no idea how they messed that up, the return process has a lot of signing electronic documents involved, and I was told my case manager Tess would contact me about this many times. I signed all the documents 7 days ago and have heard nothing back, and I was told I'd hear back in 24-48 hours. I've sent so many emails and tried calling for this case manager ‘Tess' countless times with nothing as a response and the customer service overall I would give 1 star. This place is an absolute sham and dam close to being a scam, it shouldn't even be legal to be this terrible at selling 1 type of product.

Customer service is non existence! Called to purchase a ecm for a 2001 f550 a week ago. The saleswoman told me she could have the computer pulled and tested immediately. The following day after payment I noticed I never received a invoice or receipt. So called to follow up and check status. Long story short, every time I call I'm told something different. Computer still has not been shipped and can not be told when it will be. At this point I would just like a refund which is impossible because no one will answer the damn phone.

I ordered my ECM and there shipping policy is 1-6 days 3 weeks later. Still not here and no one knows why. Just got off the phone with them but it took me 3 times calling and 30 minutes on hold. From them. To finally talk to someone and he did not have a clue about anything he said it would be shipped in an hour or two. So my truck has been down and I am losing money because of there incompetence
I wouldn't be as angry but I kept getting the run around about my part
If I did business like this I would be jobless and sitting on a street corner

I had a few good experiences with them so didn't hesitate to use them again, I should have researched them more... all the 1 star reviews are 100% accurate. Nothing but the run around and empty promises. Ordered a pcm, they emailed saying it didn't match the vin and the one I needed cost twice as much. Then it took 3 weeks to get here and wasn't the right part or programmed correctly. It has been over a month since I sent it back and I can get neither a straight answer nor a replacement unit or refund. Zero starts if it were an option! Rude and wait until right before they close to respond to live chat. I will NEVER use them again.

Ordered a module for my 2007 Chey Malibu Maxx 3.9 l for $194 US. I was charged $105 US shipping which is a rip off. Company is making profit off of shipping charges. $50.00 Cdn Customs Charge. The Engine Computer ECM ECU arrived with broken guides so it was wobbly when installed. Not only that it did not work at all. I had to pay a return shipping fee of $29.76 Cdn which is what Canada Post charges. Replacement unit arrived and had to pay another Customs Charge of $43.95 Cdn. This all took about 3 weeks. Mechanic was upset. My multiple emails asking for a store credit or partial refund were ignored by CSR Regine. I called in and CSR John could give an explanation to my questions. Do not use this company! Customer Service is more than brutal and they ignore you and leave you hanging if you have any questions or concerns. Better to just go to a dealership next time. They would not even tell me why the first unit did not work. They messed up and took absolutely zero responsibility and cost me another $73.71, and caused a lot of aggravation, inconvenience and waisted time!

Before coming to flagship one I read a lot of negative reviews but I also read a lot positive reviews also so I decided to give it them a shot and boy I'm glad I did they got me back on the road my truck runs fine after having my key programmed works great thank you again flagship one sorry for those who had a bad experience but they will help you out I'm sure base on how you response.

After 29 days of the order, I finally received the PCM, I installed it on the vehicle, and the check engine light never stopped flashing. The radio doesn't work, can't crank the vehicle or anything. Their support is the worst, as stated by other reviews, they always say your "Account Manager" will get in contact with you. They never do, I don't even believe there are account managers on this scammer website.
Please beware, I read the reviews after getting the ECU, should have researched more on the company.
They'll make you sign a document before sending you the unit, so they can be protected and never return your money!

Still no response from the company, RMA has been on reviewing state since October 23, I've filed a dispute on Paypal, and now have escalated the dispute to Paypal.

Bought a computer and it was not programmed right. I called customer service and it took them four days to get back to me... I've been waiting over 2 weeks now to get another computer. No vehicle this whole time, obviously!

You know the drill, ordered a new computer in November, had to return it in June. Chasing them for two months to no avail. (I had to purchase another computer from a different company)The worst run around imaginable. You "chat" with someone, who tells you your account manager will get back to you. Never happens. I went so far as contacting BBB, that didn't help either, the company never responded. I decided to try one more time to get answers. Online chatted with another person, who said they were sending a replacement. After 2 months? Let's see if I get it! I wanted a refund, lifetime warranty is only for a replacement, not a refund. So I would strongly advise, to use a different company. Save yourself the headache, and the loss of funds! Nothing but a big run around with these people. They also have an F rating with BBB!

My Purchase extended from 14 days delivery time to two months. Customer Service is totally wrong.
No Information sharing. Corrections not made in the Order that were supposed to be made and all associates that answered my calls where almost like programmed to give the same responses.
No correct tracking for when it finally shipped, so installation had to be rushed to ensure a warranty if the product was not correct.
Overall the Module worked, but it was not a Hastle Free Deal AT ALL! Order No. *******
I would think about it for a second purchase... to this Day, the Order shows as Still Processing, status was never updated.

Not really a Tip, just don't trust any Delivery Dates to be not even close to precise.
Don't expect good Customer Service.

Avoid this merchant. The worst experience I've ever had with an online merchant. Terrible customer service and product sales. The PCM was either programmed incorrectly or defective. After returning the unit, I have yet to be refunded the cost. I've had to dispute the charge and file a formal complaint.

Do not purchase from them. You will be lucky if you receive you item, and if by chance you do, it probably won't work. Look at Google reviews. Flagship one is presistant on creating fake reviews of their site. Just look how many was created on 4/8 alone. They employ a review site by the name of Trustpilot to keep their ratings above a certain goal. If you don't believe me, try leaving a negative review there, it will be removed within 48hrs. Please do your homework before making a purchase. It took me 3 months to get a refund, not by flagship one. But by the bank.

Every time I talked to any one at Customer service I would receive a different answer. I was promised on three different days that my ECU would be shipped out, it was not. I paid for overnight shipping but the part arrived after the promised date. I ended up having to rent a truck for my business trip because they could not follow through on their promises. Their advertised completion times are just there to draw you in and in no way reflect the actual time it takes them to provide you with a finished product. I ended up refusing the shipment and went with a nother company.

I purchased a Module for my car. It took while to be shipped. The agent wrote adress and business name wrong. After 2 weeks item arrived. It was definitely broken. It will start the car but it will kill the alternator. The car didn't had issues with alternator with old PCM. After I pulled out the new PCM we took to our technician and he saw something that never saw before on electric parts. There were 3 plugs coming from the wall the Pcm and trying to get in one hole outlet from car wiring. He said that its not impossible and car can cause electrical fire because each plug has to be single not double and triples. Tried to return it and no response. They just say that someone is going to follow up with you and nothing. Worst company to deal with. I WILL NEVER BUY STUFF FROM THEM

I received the wrong ECM twice and I've being waiting for the new one for more than a month. CSR doesn't know how to handle the situation; manager doesn't communicate with customers and at the end of the day I'm stuck with an order nobody knows how to deal with it, I haven't even got an ETA.
