I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!

Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

I canceled my order way before it was shipped and was told someone would contact me. They never contacted me for over a week about my cancellation until they shipped it. Now I have to ship it back and lose money on 20%restocking fees and an additional $85 fee. They are on top with taking your order but not returning your call or taking care a problem. The only time they contacted me was when I said I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau then in my voice they said they would call me back and never did. So now I am out 1/2 of what I paid for the product that I canceled way before they shipped it or finished programming it. What a scam.

It's been 12 days and they won't ship my order, I hope they're not scamming me.

Bad customer service, they keep saying it will ship in 2 days, every 2 days same story.

Don't buy from these scammers.

Had to wait longer then they stated to even get it shipped from there warehouse they claimed it was being programmed but that took a week,and then when I did get it it was a used sandblasted scrap yard refurbished and then I had to pay customs because they claimed this used item was 400 plus dollars so another 70 plus bucks for customs from Canada post not worth all this,go to a scrap yard and get one I would be extremely surprised if they reprogrammed it because it doesn't take days to do it like they claimed to me when I called them,absolutely not impressed and for me to be this unimpressed says a lot I always find something good on the opposite side of a story this was just terrible experience and first time ever I feel completely ripped off for what it was worth

Called on a friday left me hold 45 minutes then hung up. Tryed back for another hour till 5pm where i was informed they were closed. Shove that $150 where the sun dont shine. Ill take the loss. Ill buy local.

Bought refurbished BCM for big money. May as well have not even bothered. Received a defective computer. Original BCM for my 96 Plymouth Van worked better than their highly touted rebuilt unit. Now I have NO critical instruments, no SPEEDO, no ODOMETER, no FUEL GUAGE, In short I doubt they did ANYTHING at all except send me a piece of junk. It arrived FILTHY DIRTY, DUSTY, MISSING SCREWS. As for their so called WARRANTY what a joke! Will reinstall my original computer. What a rip off! Beware this seems to be a poorly run, unethical company. LOUSY, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & OR MONEY! Terrible experience!

Tip for consumers:
I don't trust this company. The refurbished computer arrived all dusty, had missing screws, it failed in every area except it displays the old mileage. A Total Failure!

I ordered a control unit from the Company - Flagship 1 - which advertised free shipping 3-5 business days. The unit was delivered 11 business days later. After installing the unit into the vehicle, I found the unit to be faulty. I attempted to contact their customer support 11 times, each time being no response or just talk of a " form they were going to send me. I had the vehicle towed to a Ford dealership with no suggestion of what i had found on the vehicle. The electrical tech at the dealership confirmed the faulty unit.
No refund from Flagship 1
No help from their tech department
Save yourself the frustration - don't deal with this company

I purchased a pcm for my charger and it stopped working had to send it back in for a warranty exchange, with their shipping label ups lost the computer took nine days to be found and i was told by flagship one that they could not replace mine if ups didnt deliver but were unwilling to do the legwork of filing a claim or lost package claim, finally it came its been there since the 6th of October as of today which is the 16th: Ive still not received a resolution. Hence the three to five day turn around time is complete BOGUS. I have called for the last 9 business days to be hung up on multi times a day when asking to speak to whomever my account managers boss was. Never will I ever again if im lucky to get my replacement for a $400.00 pcm buy from this website. Their customer service is the worst ever, my computer maybe lasted two years and Ive been giving the run around for three weeks now. By all means if you enjoy having to call every single day multiple times order their parts

I ordered, they never sent me anything! Never gave me a confirmation number. I asked them to cancel and they said a account specialist will call me to confirm refund. They never did. I call back a week later. And she tells me she can't get in touch with an account specialist and she will email them and I told her I wasn't comfortable with that being the only action taken place because it was well over $400... and hangs up on me. I am furious and calling back to back currently! If I could've gave no stars I would've! Horrible And ignorant customer service.

Lost 400$. Purchased unit for manual speed, got automatic, can t drive my car anymore, no answer to change unit and solve issue, just another scam.
Run!

Update on october 14th
Got a new ECU from someone serious, works perfect, so was well a mistake from flagship.
Noway to get refund, they keep asking me to check my car, don t answer mails.
Their product on pic below as I have a good one on my car now.
Those people are not serious neither professionnal.
Just go far away!

I only recommend this company to people I don't like. Very poor service. Took over 2 weeks just to get it out the door. It looked like it was in a rusty old truck and when installed it didn't work. Found the signal terminal for the crank sensor had 5V from the ECM all the time, even when disconnected from the crank sensor. I have been unable to talk to any customer service supervisors. I'm told they will call but never do. I've been hung up on and generally there is no customer service. Its been a month now and I doubt I'll get any satisfaction from them, I'll buy a new computer elsewhere. FS1 is not worth dealing with.

I purchased a ecu for ford focus an after i paid i waited til i was suppose to receive the part an nothing i didnt even get tracking. I called to see wat was going on an they where very unprofessional an didnt know $#*! acting dumb they said give it a few more days still nothing an now im calling they screening my calls an not answering but i got they address an u never know.

Paid $500 for PCM, did not receive my product, spoke to rep said they can't find product but will refund my money within 72hrs. Week later still no refund called back said they cannot reach financial department. Now every time I call they hang up on me. Wish I had of read reviews, sounds like everyone having same issues, SCAMMERS!

I purchased a pcm. I interacted with their chat service multiple times. Each time the process was slow as they had to refer to an account manager. This was confusing. The pcm was installed. I later had issues pointing to the pcm after taking it to a mechanic suggesting something was wrong electrical or the pcm. I took to another mechanic and same thing. I contacted flagship 1 for a rma via their chat. I kept being transferred and somewhat ignored. It has been frustrating to get them to honor their "life time" warranty. I wouldn't recommend this company. They seem unprofessional and unhelpful to paying customers.
