I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Call FS1 for a ecu exchange and they had me fill out all this paperwork for an exchange taking a total of 3 weeks of back and forth. Then for 1 week I hear nothing and decide to call them up and see what the status of my exchange is. They tell me that the tech have decided for me to ship back their ecu so they can repair it and will take a total of more 3 weeks. They will not send me an exchange and not honoring their "lifetime warranty". First and last time I deal with these clowns. Be aware of these crooked businesses that will not honor their warranty!

I sent a BMW ECU in for repair / replacement. I got all kinds of emails saying all kinds of things, like it was in final testing, it was in shipping, etc, WEEKS BEFORE I got the phone calls - "The techs just started working on your unit. What problem were you having again?" They never fixed it after having it for 6 weeks. I had to send it to another company which fixed it in a few days. Stay away!
Tip for consumers:
Very formal paperwork process to do business with them, all in place to protect them. They communicate often, always just lies. They held my repair items for 6 weeks and never fixed it, just sent it back to me after a phone call saying they couldn't fix it.

I"m here writing this review to let people know about the horrible experience i had with this company, I bought a PCM for a 2014 Chevy Equinox, they were fast in collecting the payment, and assured me that they will guarantee the part and it will work for my car. When the part arrived not only that it wasn't the correct part for my vehicle but it was not functioning. I called to report it, they said they will issue a RMA but they didn't. Then they kept on lying by saying that a manager have to call me back and that didn't happened; later on, I realized that my phone must have been blocked by the scammers, they are just not answering. Be careful this company Flagship One is a total scam!

I have requested a RMA for the order H*******, this was provided and I sent back to Flagship One this defective unit,, after 8 business days that are not even capable to provide me the replacement unit, they only says "H*******, for this, I apologize as of the moment, there is no results yet posted, I will follow up again in our technical department regarding with this." I am very tired and frustrated and mad about this trash of customer service. I am tired about this company. Very bad service

The customer reps on the website answer my question promptly and I am a very satisfied customer. I will order very soon. I've heard from a friend that his jeep wasn't working and it was the computer. He ordered it in fs1 and bam! Problem solved!

I made a purchase with Flagship1 and received my 3rd one. It still doesn't work. It took them weeks to resend the replacement. After asking for a refund, they tried to tell me that it is past the 30 day trial. I told them that I did not even get the second replacement until after 3 weeks of my initial order. Then I had to resend that only to get a third one that was not working. They told me that the only way they would refund my money is take my review back. I refuse to do that because I wanted consumers to know the type of company they are. It's supposed to be lifetime warranty so even if I passed the 30 days, I should still be able to get a replacement or refund for their defective item. I have a hard time loading image. I'll have to print and scan.

Do not use their product. Read the reviews from other websites instead of their website. If you read the reviews on their website, they are great. I wanted to leave a review but couldn't. I think they pick only good reviews from other website to post on their site.

I'm a mechanic that needs parts as quickly as possible so after I searched the flagship One website and they said they had what I need in stock and it would ship in 1-6 days. So I called there customer service line to make sure and they said it is 1-8 days right now but no later. I was willing to wait up to 8 days so I purchased. Right now I'm 11 days in and just received a email stating they would try to get it out by the end of the week. NOT acceptable by my standards. I hate to be deceived. Are there no more honest reputable companies these days. All they want is the money then hold your hand on your butt till they figure out how to run a business. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH FOOLS. THANK YOU
