I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

I ordered my ECM 2 months ago, before I started my truck I ran a health report to find it had codes already. To make a long story short they sent me a bad ECM will not exchange it will not respond other than email saying be patient do to COVID they are backed up, yet did not take them long to get my money. This company is nothing but a scam read the reviews before you use them, they will take your money and send you junk and leave you hanging. Do NOT use these people complete scam. 2 and a half months later I'm still without a working ECM.

I've been dealing with this company for 3 months now. First part I cancelled BEFORE the parts was shipped but they still charged me 20% re-stocking fee. Still disputing with my credit card company. Second ECM came and my check engine light AND service engine light soon came on. They stuffed it in shipping bags and arrived broken where the plug goes. Got the WORST gas mileage ever. One tank in one week. This was defective, sent it back now, no one will credit my card back even though they received the defective part 3 days ago. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... I'm still dealing with this Joke of a company. You'll be on hold for eternity, passed on from person to person and if your on chat, you'll have them end the chat for NO reason. E-mails will not be replied to.

I send my ECM to flagship to be repair They took more than a month to complete the repair. After that. They send it back to my mechanic. And the ECM was the same way was before I send it back to them and they took again almost a month and they said they finally fix it but. Unfortunately they wasn't able to fix it but any way I bought another ECM and I took it to the Nissan dealer they fixed and after that I been calling them to get my money back but they never respond so I don't recommend flagship to nobody they took my $400

It took over 3 weeks to get my unit. It's not what's advertised. After I installed, it worked great.

This business is indeed a SCAM! Listen to all the reviews out there of this business. I purchased a PCM that was Spray Painted and had an in house printed security seal and part number. The PCM was ordered on 3/24/21, and was delivered to me on 4/3/21. The PCM was programmed with the correct VIN. When I installed this PCM my instrument cluster immediately said it was in 1st gear while in Park. It also said 1st gear while in Reverse. I had 2 keys programmed to this PCM as I was instructed to do by the representative when I called to inform FS1 that my new PCM was faulty and I need a new replacement. I will be calling for a refund on 4/19/21. Will update soon.

We have been in business for over 10 years. I can assure you that we are not a scam. All of our units are refurbished, not new. The modules are spray painted during the refurbishing process. All of our units come with a warranty seal. It does take 2-3 business days for testing and programming before the unit ships. Your unit did ship on time and was delivered on time. Just because you are having issues it does not mean our unit is faulty. When you spoke to a representative you were told that you need to have two keys programmed. Our website does state if your vehicle has a security system you will need to have two keys programmed. You have not contacted us since you got the keys programmed. We would be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us so that we can have this issue resolved.
