I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Never expected to find a place that specializes in car computers. Awesome communication and easy to follow instructions.

Painful from start to finish. Would not provide Pro number for shipping, billed my card immediately upon order, did not recieve the PCM for over 2 weeks. Installed when I returned from out of town. When locksmith came to marry the chipped keys to the new PCM he could not because of codes in the new PCM. Had to tow to Ford dealership to code the keys to new PCM, they could not as well! Requested RMA explaining situation and provided all code per FS1 request. Waiting another month (emailing, calling and Live chatting) this company needs to just go out of business or go to jail!

Company is a scam, take 2nd hand ECUs similar car configuration, minimal change (sometimes just wipes VIN) sends them out, if they work fine all good, if not the return process is such that you only receive store credit, so you are locked in the cycle of ECU roulette until you get a working unit, money for jam

Ordered PCM and was charged but never received it, after DAYS of waiting on customer service was told an account manager would call me... they never did! Had to cancel the charge through my credit card(another 2 hours wasted) DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a FICM for a Ford diesel in Dec. Of 2020. I did receive it until Dec. 21,2020. Invoice number H*******. The product dosenʻt work. Drops voltage to 25 volts on start up. Code P0611. Flagship oneʻs warranty is that you must apply for warranty no later than 20 days purchase date.
I will YELP this company and file a complaint with the BBB.
This company should not be in business.

Probably shouldnʻt use this company. Shop around for a reputable rebuilder that dosnʻt give you lip service but real service.

Undoubtedly the worst customer service, bar none, in the history of this service! Very rude & distasteful when trying to explain what the problem has been with the third or fourth time the product that was purchased and sent back with still no change in the operation it was designed to perform, then telling me (the customer) how the warranty had ran out. When I asked, how can a LIFETIME WARRANTY run out, when it has been the same problem all along, during the time (approximately 60 to 75 days) shipping the part back & forth from the customer (me) & the Company (you), being unable to drive or an use of my vehicle. When I asked for the manager, Leslie was very short with all these answers & explained or told me NO REFUNDS, not politely saying, we offer only a credit, if we cannot resolve this problem, that would have been a little Nicer, don't you think? If possible, could someone their please return my complaint into a Positive response. I will be anxiously awaiting your answer.
