I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!

Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

This is the second unit I have purchased from you and have had nothing but problems with it, first off the ecm showed up with two different holes with no pins coming through and two holes with two pins in each hole. At the tune of 3 weeks! Then send it back for another 3 to 4 weeks to get back! Then It works for 3 days and get towed back in with a no start. Diagnose and it will not communicate! Call in it take me a week to get a RMA# to send back! I was told to do a test that would not work Because it would not communicate! By Therse C account manager witch is also never available! Now you have had it for 3 weeks and tell me you are building another Because it won't communicate Like I said all along! I hope this work out for my customer that has been with out there truck for almost 4 months!

I received my part on time and it worked out well, but i threw off mazdas security system (Pats). This has now made my car immobilized which they did say on the website. I thought i was smarter than pats but they won because this not an easy code to clear and you need in-codes to get past it. So now i have to take my car to mazda. The ecu i ordered does work though. When the unit arrived, I had to tighten up the case screws as they were leaving a gap almost 1/8 inch. No more Security issues and no-starts. The high rev wasn't solved but heard this unit wasn't the responsibile.

Fairly easy experience. Provided my vehicle VIN and a couple weeks later I received my new computer. I will say the computer thinks that my truck has an EGR valve, and it doesn't. Engine never had one and was built that way from the manufacturer. So since computer thinks there should be an EGR valve and there isn't it is throwing a check engine light. I don't think this is a flagship issue but rather a manufacturer issue since flagship programs the computer according to the VIN. Any how my truck works now and I'm happy. I just have to check the codes once in a while to be sure there aren't any others besides the EGR code. It is what it is. I could probably have a mechanic write the EGR from the computers software...

I sent a pristine pcm/ecm the original to my 96 2500 suburban to be reprogrammed as a spare to the one I just purchased from you. Had I known that it was going to be swapped out, I would have found somewhere else to work it. I guess I thought since I was a return customer, it was going to be just as discussed. Reprogram my original unit. So much for trust.

Order a ecm and it never came to my address. I text and complained and they said it was delivered. I looked everywhere around the property and couldn't find it. My neighbor that is two houses away was working on his shrubs and he found my package back in behind the shrubs and he was nice enough to bring it to me.so I recommend that if you buy anything from them make shur that it is done by FedEx. Because they don't care if you get it because all they care about is getting the money and recharging you for there mistakes.

I bought a pcm for my Chevrolet duramax I'm very satisfied with flagship one. It took about two weeks to get it but was exactly the time frame that was stated by Flagship one. The pcm looked new and it came with instructions to reprogram it to the truck. I hope i dont need another one for this truck but if I do I'd buy it from flagship.

I worked for a company that use flagship as their payroll provider back in 2022. I had a dispute on a payment in July 2022 that was never looked into. I just received an email about the missing $2400 payment in late October. It said if my payment wasn't correct that they would mail the payment and it would be here in 7-10 days. I was like finally someone figured it out. But when I went to check the information you have on file for me it was wrong and it wouldn't let me change it. There was no number to call and discuss with someone so I felt like I was at a dead end. My number is *******887 if someone wants to discuss this with me further.

Had to send the first computer back because of an eprom issue was told issue with car over charging but old computer had code for cam sensor and no eprom code.so I installed old computer back in car and found the new just installed cam sensor was bad when it gets hot so replaced it again drove it around with now issue code gone so I reinstalled the new computer they sent back to to me after they fixed it while sitting at an idle and give some rpms I noticed the interior light pulsating so I turn the car off and restarted it and bang check engine light came on and pulled code eprom error so reinstalled old computer.they told me no warranty bc they fixed it once so be careful using flag ship one computer bc the computer was the issue

My suberban will not idle fast enough to keep the engan running.
Witch means i payed $765.00 for nothing.
Your mail service sucks, i payed almost as much for that as my computer costed me.

Received the pre- programmed ECM for a 2007 Lexus ES 350. After the install and sync the vehicle wouldn't even start. Had to spend $255 to have a mobile company to come out and program the Flagship One ECM - needless to say, I'm pissed.
They offered to send me another one but my money has alrdy been spent. Another ECM will do me no good. I need my money refunded.They don't seem to be willing. Mgr didn't even return my call...SMH

Terrible, they dont seem to care when you have a problem, 10 days & they are just now ask me to send back for replacement...unacceptable... so now it well probley take another 2-3 weeks for replacement...we are 20 day or so into this since orderd... customer is pissed off at me, btw they force you to sign contract to do a rma... so they are right, your wrong & they are not liable for any cost... tell me how that is fair? They dont know how to do business...
