I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Ordered a ecm may 31st 2023 was told I'd have it by June 9th here it is June 12th still no ecm run around from customer service it's bad communication now my customer wants a discount on the labor.

Part took to long to receive and pcm wasnt programmed to the vin Provided. We had to reprogram it at a cost to our shop.

Will say item is in stock take your money and not send you anything... if you call about order good luck getting anyone on the phone... they will put you on hold and hang up on you... this was a good company years ago but obviously its run by a bunch of criminals now. The worst customer service ever they will gaslight the $#*! out of you when one of their employees says one thing and you call back to confirm and get hung up on twice and then their manager will finally answer and proceed to lie about $#*! they have 0 clue on how Vin numbers show manufacturers dates so I got told by my account manager that 2 ecms came out of a 2011 camaro and the last one which is the third non working computer sent was a 2008 which is insane because a 2010 car can't take a 2008 ecm but they kept hounding me asking what scan tool was used when it's not a scan tool to install a computer o n a 2010 camaro it has to have a paid subscription for gm tech tool that can be on a laptop and is used for relearning the keys so everything can communicate but again their ecm would not recognize the keys and when you tell them this it goes in one ear and out the other and they will play games so you get frustrated and give up well they now have me to deal with everyday until their incompetence is delt with and im given the proper ecm for the car I need for a client *******% unprofessional and look on thier reviews they have a 1 star rating for a reason they are con artist at best and won't send you the right part but good thing I have documents and photos of 2 separate computer techs showing they can't install the ecm because it's faulty so if you want problems and headaches use them because that's all they are good at

Ordered, got it fast, installed it, followed instructions for programming my key, started fine, runs excellent, have had no problems. Will use Flagship 1 for all my future automotive computer needs.

If you're thinking about purchasing anything from this company don't say as far away as possible I purchased an ECM for my dodge truck was told it would ship in ten days this was on October 19 2020 it never came when I called I was told my account rep would be in contact with me never happened finally was contacted by the rep and was told the person which had my account no longer worked there and they would give me fifty dollars back on my card and would ship it overnight they did neither of these things when I called again I was told that the rep would contact me with an update never happened I filed a complaint with my credit card company and finally got my money back on January 11 2021 ordered from a local company and received it in two days

Ordered an ECU for my 2006 CTS Cadillac for $359 they told me the first one was bad and it was going to take longer it's been over 3 months and I'm still trying to get my refund they won't even answer their phone and when they do they hang up on you

Order pcm it came days an days after i placed order then after finally getting it the pcm was proggrammed wrong my transmission woud not work an dash still flashes all the lites on dash i called an email but no help at this point its money throwed away never never use these people save your forself time an the pain of trying to get help

Purchased a computer for my truck and Flagship 1 programmed the wrong VIN into the computer they sent to me. The VIN didn't match my truck and the VIN I provided them. I thought, "not a big deal", Just call there customer service line and I'm sure they will handle the problem.
I called no less than 5 times over a weeks time. Everyone I talked to were call service employees. No one, not even an account manager had a clue how to help. They always told me that someone would call me back which never happened. I also emailed about six or seven times explaining in detail the problem and would like a response. Zero, No response, even after a weeks time. Then there is the Chat feature which I tried several times. It's just as bad as the Customer service people that I talked to. As far as I can figure it's just a big answering service Company that cannot help in any way shape or form.
Terrible experience!
If you have a ton of time, don't care in what decade your vehicle gets repaired, and Love aggravation, This is the place to buy.

These Dodge computers are a pain. Had an HO2 issue and after plenty of diagnostics, decided on the ECM. It was. Excellent work.
