I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
I ordered a cpu for my Grand Cherokee before 3 months with location Greece
They send us a defect unit and we send it back.
2 months now they don't reverse my money

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. I Purchase a part for my vehicle in January, since it came defective I returned it. The part was received back in Feb and its May and I still don't have my replacement. Every time that I call I get told the same thing. " that my account Manager Liz is not available that she will call me back" and she never calls me back. It being 3 months! My car is still at the shop waiting for the replacement part and Flagship One don't nothing... PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I purchased a ECM from Flagship1 When I intially purchased the product I was told it was a plug and play. The next day while waiting on delivery got an email with instructions on a ignition key relearn required. When it arrived I followed the precedure and it worked. However the check engine light was on now and had set a trouble code. I called flagship1 and they informed me that I needed to do a crankshaft relearn and they would send me info on how to perform the relearn. I followed the precedure 3 times and after driving 150 miles I reached back out to flagship 1 for a return and refund. They said it wasn't there doing and would not give me the return although they sold it to me as a plug and play. I feel like they false advertised.

They had to remake it at least once, it would not pass your QC department. But when I received it plugged it in and on my way.

Worst experience ever! Realize if this part is faulty you are screwed because you can't drive the car and cant put a new one in until you purchase another. These are junkyard ECM reprogrammed. Mine was a FAULTY PART - TESTED BY MECHANIC AND DOCUMENTED, EXTREME WAIT TIMES ON HOLD, NO CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES, WAS TOLD CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO TECHS TO FIND OUT PROBLEM, WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND ANOTHER OUT AND THEN NEVER CAME, CHANGED POLICY FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD OVER PHONE. I HAD TO TAKE VEHICLE TO SHOP A SECOND TIME, PAY A SECOND CHARGE TO REMOVE FAULTY ITEM, PAY TO TOW VEHICLE HOME, NOW WITHOUT VEHICLE, HAD TO ORDER SAME PART FROM ANOTHER VENDOR AND WILL NOW NEED TO WAIT TILL IT COMES, RESCHEDULE MECHANIC TO INSTALL, TOW BACK TO SHOP AND PAY AGAIN! I run and own a auto shop, I ordered a PCM for a Jeep Nov. 18 2020, received a email 12-4-2020 that said it was shipping and a lab
E was made for USPS 12-15-2020 called got a runaround "case Manager" wasn't in. WHAT A DAM JOKE! I have been in business for 32 years and have never ever had a runaround like theses jerks have given me, one story after another each time I called the story changed again as to where my PCM was! And they charged my card the moment I ordered it! I did finally get the PCM 5 weeks later, and I had one pissed of customer, cant say I blame him he knew it wasn't my fault but how does it make me look, ordering from a Jack $#*! Co. Like this STAY AWAY FROM FLAGSHIP ONE AT ALL EXPENSE!

The PCM I got was totally useless and didn't respond at all. It took over 2 weeks to get the part and it was delivered in a plastic bag only. I asked for a return receipt and a refund and after 3 days of emailing them they sent me a document to sign trying to get me to pay for the shipping AND AN EIGHTY FIVE DOLLAR restocking fee for a part that NEVER worked. I'm going to dispute this with my bank AND report them to the BBB.
