I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
This company is a total rip off. Sent us a re-manufactured PCM that was
Faulty, it caused more issues than the original. We tried to return the
Faulty part and ran into nothing but the runaround. We left calls that
Were not returned, emails that were not replied to, and when we finally
Got a return tag; they told us we didn't return the part "within 30
Days" so we could get a refund. This was after we spent over 3 weeks
TRYING to get a return tag. Very unprofessional, all they cared about
Was getting our $800. Meanwhile, we still have a vehicle that will not
Run and they say they will not refund our money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS

I have had a nightmare experience with this place - took my order for an item they did not have in stock (I don't think they have anything in stock!)
Said I would receive it in 5 days which I did not!
YOU WILL NEVER TALK TO A PERSON HERE!
Now they say they have processed a refund but 2 weeks later - NO REFUND!
These people are a COMPLETE SCAM! - TERRIBLE PLACE!

The item I purchased was not needed, so I decided to return it to get a refund. I was told I would get my money back after they checked out tye return item. It took over 3 weeks to get returned because the account manager was taking his time in sending return label. Once I received it I shipped back the item on August 20,2020, via UPS. They received it on August 28,2020? I don't know why it took 8 days when we're in the same state. I never heard from anyone. On October 19,2020, I called about my refund and I was told the item had not beem checked yet to call back the next day. I asked to speak to the account manager and placed on hold for a while only for the call center woman to tell me he is not available to call back Thursday. First it was to call back on the next day then it was Thursday. I I checked my account and a credit for 83.91, not 194.89. I called back today 10/23/2020 and after blowing a gasket the call center says that they charge restocking and programming fees. I was not informed of this. These fees cost 110.98! If I had known this I would have kept the item! Total rip off.

Purchased an ECM in January, Received it February 2nd installed it and had missfire move to different cylinder, diagnosed and found ECM faulty, contacted flagship one for warranty and was told because I was not aware of a TSB for this concern and now ECM is damaged no warranty and no concern for my customer being without a vehicle for 6 weeks already. Customer service does not exist at this company. Both reps I spoke to were rude and basically told me it was not their fault and I would need to purchase a new one. What a waste of money. Do NOT buy from them

Ecm failed on first drive they don't responde too emails sent ecm back now I'm in the dark. After purchase. Now I've got credit card fraud. Sent me an ecm beat up with in weld on it.

When I received the ECM I installed it and found it to still have an issue with weak starting and it threw a code P0315 crankshaft position sensor needs relearning so not really plug and play!

This is the worst company ever ordered a ecm they took the money right then that was in July 2020 this is now November 10 2020 and still have no ecm or money returned this place is a joke and scammers I also dont understand why even have to give one star to give a review I'd like to kick the owner in the $#*! myself for scamming people the way that Sean's company is it's a joke even if you get to talk to anyone

Had to replace the unit in my 04 jeep. Simple to add the Vin and order. Replacement unit worked like a charm. All the problems I had are now solved
