I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

I wanted to wait to write a review until I had a working unit but as I have now waited over 3 weeks to get any kind of response I am leaving it now. I ordered my ECM for my 01 Dodge 1500 and it came programmed completely wrong. After waiting over a month to even get the module I installed it and the truck started up but would not shift cruise control no longer worked. I had to manually shift gears just to go down the road. After speaking to the dealer and discovering that the module was programmed for a standard not an automatic I Tried to contact FS1 and the run around began. I sent emails that I never had a response to. I then called the company which was a complete nightmare. If you can get a hold of anyone at all it takes 30 minutes or more and then the person you get is from some call center and has no idea about your account. They tell you they will contact your account manager and they will contact you back with a resolution. That never happened. After 2 failed attempts on the phone I tried the live chat feature on their site. Same thing I was told the account manager would resolve the issue and I even chatted with someone that said she was my account manager and still no RMA no offer of refund or replacement. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. This company has the worst customer service I have ever received and months after ordering my ECM my truck still does not run right and they have not even attempted to correct their error.

ORDERED A PRE-PROGRAMMED PCM AND RECIEVED IT AND INSTALLED IT. NO PROGRAMMING REQUIRED AND TOOK CARE OF MY REPAIR SO I WAS ABLE TO GET THE VEHICLE BACK TO MY CUSTOMER WITH THE QUICKEST TURNAROUND.

They don't deliver, don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails, don't answer questions, and - worst of all, don't ship the product. 3 weeks and my product still hasn't shipped. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. Worst online purchase experience in many years. 5 hours on the phone and online chat with them, BEGGING for status on my order, BEGGING for them to help me get my car running, most of it on hold and I STILL HAVE NO CAR.

I ordered a ecm for my 2003 dodge 2500 diesel on January 18th they said it would take 2-8 days they said they programmed 3 of them and they all failed I waited 3 weeks for nothing kept getting the run around from them I lost clients and money thanks to them I canceled my order Feb 9th and went with a different company I will never deal with this place again

I ordered an ecm from flagship 1. Got it 2.5 weeks later and installed it just to find out it didn't work. They MADE me have a locksmith come out to look at the ecm BEFORE they would even send me a return label for them to look at it in they're shop. I paid for the ecm with there keys because it states on there website along with the little paper they send with the ecm that if you buy there keys with there ecm. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A LOCKSMITH. They mad me pay for a Locksmith to come out just to find out they sent the wrong chipped key and they will not make it right. DO NOT recommend them. They will waste 200$ making you pay for a Locksmith and alot of your time. I even have the receipt saying it's there fault...
Tip for consumers:
Don't use it. Go somewhere else. You're better off paying for your cars extended warranty.

As per checking your account, the engine computer purchased was programmed with keys and does not constitute that it is plug and play. It will need to perform a learning procedure and in your case PATS E that required the assistance of a locksmith. Rest assured we will use what happened to better our experience in the future.
Well I ordered from here because I needed a computer for my Jeep quickly and didn't have time to part a junk yard and have it flashed. A week goes by and nothing, two emails until I got tracking information that took another week to get to me. I get the computer and it looks like it was packed by a 3 year old, not to my surprise the computer didn't work. I call them up same day and get the "you account manager isn't here but I'll forward your issue to them" line. 3 days I wait and get nothing, I call and am given the run around but held out hope that a replacement was on the way. A couple days go by and I call back and I am put on hold for 45 minutes (yes I sat and waited.) no one ever came back to the phone. I call back the next day and no one even answers the phone, I call from my wife's phone not 5 minutes later and I get someone who looks up my account and immediy puts me on hold for another half hour until I hung up. It took me filing a claim with my bank to get them to take the computer back to which they kept more than half of what I paid for it.
Lesson learned...
Do NOT do business with these scam artists.

Flag Ship 1, Inc – No service/ No Response -- A RIP OFF
I ordered a 2005 Saturn Ion ECM unit on 9/01/20. It Finally shipped on 9/4. It was installed on 9/14 due to my mechanic being on vacation for Labor Day week. He determined that the new unit was defective. He connected a scanner to the car and the scanner could not see it ( DOA). I called several times to get this resolved and finally received an RMA request form, Filled it out and submitted it. That was on 9/16-- no response thru 9/30! They appear to be a complete RIPOFF! I give them a -10 rating for there no service response.
DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS with them. There are others like me..

I ordered a computer for a 2001 Chevy Silverado for my uncle then realized he did not need it the package was never opened I returned the item on my expense to be refunded here it is a month later and like others are saying I am getting the run around and that I will receive a email about my refund 149.99 was the purchase price I understood it was gonna be a 20%restocking fee but I received $35 I'm no math wizard but I do know my refund is NOT $35 I call everyday and told every time I call my account mgr who is in charge of my account is not available I wish I did my research prior to ordering from here. This company has no professionalism stay away
