I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Great fast service and very good prices. Kept me up to date on how things were going. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Ordered a pre programmed pcu for my truck got it had it installed would not even start my truck...was not programed for my truck at all...then when I called about trying to return it wouldn't even talk to me at all...so I'm stuck with a damn near 300 dollar part that don't work and can't get my money back...complete failure of a company as far as I'm concerned

We ordered an ECM from this company, shipping was fast. Problem was, the ECM didnt work properly. We paid $225 dollars to make sure the ECM was properly programmed at the dealer. Still didn't work. Shipped back to Flagship for them to tell us there was nothing wrong with it. We ordered another one from someone else and the vehicle started first turn. So, there troubleshooting process is garbage, there Technicians apparently have no clue what they are doing, If I could rate them a 0. I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The computer was able to run my WJ but threw up 2 different engine codes unrelated to the original problem. Finally installed a different PCM and WJ runs fine now. Tried to contact Flagship one but no response.

Unit was not inspected and or tested read the fine print that stated I had a 30 time period to sign up for the warranty that I thought I had checked other reviews seen the same type issues with many others so all in all I've been robbed for 200 of my hard earned dollars would not recommend or be shopping with again to much of a headache really disappointed with the faulty unit it was in worse shape then the 1 I replaced multiple problems soon as it was installed.

Called and asked about a TCM for my Mazda, to which they replied they had non. Lacked the knowledge that in my year of Mazda the transmission computer is in the same module as the Engine computer. Found a module on their site that was compatible (didnt tell me about it, i had to find it on my own) Waited a month to finally get it just to put it in, get keys made to the new module, just to find out it's not even coded correctly to my car. So now I have to take the new and old to a dealership to have the old coded to the new and redo the keys AGAIN. The only thing they're good for is the module, they can't code properly and make you waste your money. I'm at least 1k into it before even going to the dealership.

I would recommend to never deal with any online business. I will never again do this I had a bcm supposed to be cloned my electric windows worked just perfect with old bcm and with the supposed to be cloned one they didn't work I had to just eat the cost and put my old bcm back In and I will get it done from a local person from now on. May cost a little more but no bback and forth with online ceap ever again. I highly recommend do it locally or take a chance. Never again!

When the ECM on my significant other's truck was failing, the use of Flagship's website made it very simple to locate the correct replacement ECM. The process of programming the ECM taken by Flagship was appreciated and aside from having to go through a relearn process following replacement in the truck, we have had zero issues. I got great help from the representative, I was worried about the programming not being matched to my VIN. I purchased the unit and it was really plug and play the PCM had no issues and I am getting better gas mileage by 2 mpg.

I've attempted to contact flagship one repeatedly with no response. I ordered an ECM for my Infiniti. It was supposed to be programmed to my vin number.
Not only was it not programmed it wasn't the correct ECM. I have attempted to get a refund for product return with zero response.

As a locksmith in Guam my customers computer box have had to be replaced due to the immobilizer wouldn't read (failed to communicate) the keys I tried to program. All the computer boxes that I have ordered through Flagship One have all worked and my customers were very happy. They are very helpful and fast shipping. I was told that I would have a working engine control unit for my Dakota but it did not function as told transmission doesn't work properly ABS Warning sound airbags Trying to find someone local who can fix it too much money to have it sent back to be repaired Cost me $800 Canadian to buy it and half to have it set back maybe never seeing it again Live in Vancouver
