I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
The ECM provided did not work and we had to source the part from a neighboring toyota dealership due to short supply.

This has got to be on my top three companies that are the worst to deal with out of an easy 500 companies I have dealt with and my auto experience. I have asked for assistance how about some information simply on a PCM and in a 45-minute., I have been transferred at least six times through different people having to call back having to be put on hold then hung up on been put on hold and hung up on been transferred back to the same named person who doesn't get back in touch with me. And when I asked for the phone number or contact number for the CEO I get put on hold never to be picked up on again. So they wanted me to sign a document previously for the warranty on the item which I did and they charged me for the PCM but nobody wants to talk to me about the PCM or any other questions I have. It would be my advice to possibly look for another company if possible they can actually do the job or has people that want to do the job because he values of this company and this Corporation fall far below that of anything I have ever seen. They feel they have no obligation to speak with you or assist you once the transaction is completed, or at least this has been my experience in dealing with them.

If I could give a negative number I would. With this company the scale should be set from -10 to 0. Let me put some numbers to it. From beginning to end the total process was on the greater side of 6 months. I spoke with at least 20 different customer service representatives while having to make over 40 calls. I had 3 different account managers who were "in charge" of my account, 1 of which I never was able to reach and the other 2 I spoke with 1 time each. It was not for a lack of communication on my part. In fact, besides the 2 times I spoke with an account manager I was told that an account manager was not available. I tried responding through email as well and no surprise I did not receive any response. The only email I received was a return form and an email about my part that I sent back. The return form turns out to be a (because I signed it now I have no rights form) point of emphasis amongst your managers. The problem with this was this was back in October! I have been trying to communicate with them they have not been trying to communicate with me, this makes the whole company look like a scam. Yall just took money from me and literally don't care about anything else not about me, my part, my experience, your operations, your communications, and accountability of your managers. The only good thing about all of this was the politeness of your CSR. The majority of this group was god and yet I experienced a handful that actually hung up on me. Before every call there is a message of the call being recorded. I invite you to listen to ALL 40 + and grade yourself.

Worst company ever! I made the mistake of not researching them before I made a purchase, and I paid for it. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews seen on their website. Go to the BBB to see how many complaints are listed for FS1. They will cheat you out of every dime they can. I ordered an ECM which was supposed to be delivered to me in 6 days. On the 6th day, I had still not received a tracking number so I emailed them to cancel my order and issue a refund. Of course they didn't respond. 3 emails and 4 phone calls went unanswered. They eventually sent the part, but I had already bought another locally. Now, since the part was delivered, they want to charge me $85 reprogram fee plus $35 restock fee plus I have to pay to ship it. Basically I lost all my money. They knew this which is why they rushed the part to me AFTER I asked to cancel the order. Save your money, by a used ECM off of EBay and have it programmed at your local dealer. Takes 10 minutes to program. I had to give 1 star but should be zero!

Don't use this site. I cancelled a order 5 days before IT WAS SENT OUT and they still sent it. I sent numerous emails and left numerous messages to the voicemail I got sent too. Trying to get hold of someone after you cancel, to make sure they CANCEL it is cancelled is IMPOSSIBLE. Turning them into the Attorney General

I purchased an ECM unit from this company for 359$ & paid an additional 85$ shipping fee to overnight the unit because I needed to have my car repaired as quickly as possible--- they sent the unit in a plastic envelope-- no box-- and the unit arrived damaged.
The repair shop then had to realign the pins AND charged me another 80$ to reprogram the unit.
I called & emailed multiple times to request a refund of the additional 80$ the shop charged me to reprogram the unit that I paid to have preprogrammed and they REFUSE to refund me the fee secondary to their negligent way they shipped the item unprotected! (or the 85$ for overnight shipping that I paid)
(No reply to my emails-- but I finally got a live person on the line to tell me nonsense about returning the item to them to fix -- which would have taken an additional week)
Soo... what was I supposed to drive for that additional week & who was going to refund my original expedited shipping fee of 85$?
This is my first & LAST dealing with this company! I advise you to shop elsewhere...

Flagship one got back to me by email, but currently my car is back in the shop and I don't know yet if the PCM I bought from Flagship one went bad. The email said if their PCM is bad they will give me an RMA to replace it.
Follow up: the PCM did not go bad, it was the catalytic converter that went bad.

The answer to these 2 questions is NO WAY! Paid for part on June 21,2020 and car is sitting (today is AUGUST 18,2020!) I have been hung up on FOUR times (and never cussed at one of them). Been placed on hold for more than 1.5 hours over the course of several phone calls. Their claim of "unparalleled customer support" is total BOLOGNA! I had to REQUEST the "re-learn procedure" which took several calls and days to receive and my car still wouldn't start. Took days to get the email with an RMA# and then their excuses of why they won't send a replacement working ecm began. Their claim of "Plug and drive" is total BOLOGNA! Going to have to get my lawyer involved now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Now just a tidbit of my personal observation... isn't it odd that on some review sites a negative review is posted and the following review is a five star... another negative review then another 5 star and so on. Coincidence? I THINK NOT! Fraudulent 5 star reviews?... BINGO!
Tip for consumers:
My tip? RUN!!! RUN very fast in the opposite direction!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR but I had to in order to give a review. I placed an order at the beginning of July after the representative on the phone assured me that was the part that I was looking for to later find out the part was incorrect. The shipment took over 3 weeks to get to me and when I realized the part was wrong I immediately called them to order the correct part and return the one I got. It's September now, and I have yet to receive a shipping label. I have provided customer service with various emails as well as phone numbers to be reached at. I have called numerous times and spoken to the customer service reps who assured me an account manager will be getting back to me but I still have not received a callback or the return shipping label. I am blown away by the lack of seriousness from this company to do business. I feel ripped off and discarded as a customer and consumer. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else shopping at this establishment.

Do not purchase from this company! I purchased unit for my Audi A8. It was four weeks late getting here then it had the car in safe mode meaning no start. My mechanic called then for help and their response to him was that they didn't know how to resolve that situation. So I called the company for a refund And they sent me forms to fill out. Three weeks later I hadn't heard anything from them. I called today and they said I couldn't get a refund because it had been over 30 days. Their website doesn't say anything about that it says it has a lifetime warranty. I needed my car up and running so I purchased one locally and it functions perfectly. They wanted me to send it back for a store credit minus some BS fees. Why would I want a credit from a company for future purchase when they can't send out a product that works. If I did send it back for replacement my car would be down probably another four to six weeks. These asshats a very rude. Don't let their lifetime warranty fool you because it's not what they claim!
