This was a good experience. I felt they were very thorough in getting the details to get me the right ECM and kept me updated with the progress along the way. I received it quicker than I anticipated and it worked great.
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Great selection, easy to use. Hardest part was getting the old 1 out.

I bought a ECM from you last October but I had a guy at the AutoZone check my air conditioning and my car wouldn't start and looks like I can't tell if it was his fault or not I was having a little problem with my car windows opening and the sunroof and a couple times my alarm went off but not sure if my keys in my pocket caused it so instead of going through all the trouble I'm going to order another ECM but if I have problems with it I will send it back but I can't tell you who's fault or why it happened because I would have to have my car towed and pay for All the trouble but my car ran fine with the one you sent me I let the wrong person do what he wasn't experienced at I can't blame anyone this time but you did a good job and please get this one to me soon as you can I need to drive my car soon as possible it said you have one of these ready so thank you I need it. I'm adding on to this February 10th 2024 I never did use this last ECM because I found out that it was my master key malfunctioned and stopped my car from starting but have an extra ecm if I need it but the first one I needed from flagship and recieved it on time with excellent service thank you!

IN EARLY DECEMBER, 2020, I ORDERED A SATURN ION PCM.ON MY CONFIRM ORDER FROM EBAY, IT SAIDMY 2006 ION PCM IS PROGRAMMED PLUG AND PLAY. IT WOULD NOT START THE CAR. I HAD A TECH FROM C&K SALES COME BY TO CHECK THE PCM=HE SAID THE PCM WAS NOT PROGRAMMED OR ANY GOOD. I CALLED FLAGSHIP 1 AND THEY WERE VERY RUDE SAYING IT WAS OUR FAULT. I HAVE BOUGHT LOTS OF COMPUTERS FROM THEM IN THE PAST, NO PROBLEMS BEFORE. THEY SENT ME ANOTHER PCM LATER, BUT IT WAS THE SAME. THIS HAPPENED (2) MORE TIMES. THEY THEN SAID THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME. I OWN A AUTO ELECTRIC SHOP IN DURHAM, NC, SO I KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING IS CORRECT. I ORDERED ANOTHER PCM FROM A SUPPLIER AND IT WORKED.AT MY SHOP AFTER ALL THIS HAPPENED (3) CUSTOMERS CAME TO ME AND SAID THEIR AUTO WOULD NOT START WITH THE COMPUTER THEY GOT FROM FLAGSHIP 1 THAT WAS PROGRAMMED AND PLUG&PLAY. I SAID FOR THEM TRY TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK AND GET ONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. ALL OF THEM GOT ANOTHER ONE FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER AND THEY ALL WORKED. EVERY BODY SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a computer from Flagship one Inc. I paid $176.24 for the computer when I got it and had it put in my car. It didn't fix the problem with my car. I called them and I told them that it didn't fix the problem. Flagship one Inc. Said to send it back so I did it took a long time to get it from Flagship one Inc. I called them I told them that they have my money. No computer. I finally got it it didn't fix the problem. So Flagship one Inc. Sent me another one computer. The second one didn't work eather. I took my car to B&F Auto 's then I took my car to the dealership. They checked it out and said that the computer, that I got from Flagship one Inc. Wasn't any good. So I called Flagship one Inc. and told them what the Dealership said. I sent the second one back to Flagship one Inc. They wouldn't give me my money back. That I could only get store credit. And they changed me to put the computer back on the shelf. They said that I could only get store credit. No money back. If I had known all of that I would of NEVER bought their computer. So they have their computer and my money. Please help me get all of my $176.24. Back from them. They didn't like it when I told them that I was going to get a hold of BBB
