Ordered flowers on 3/06 for 3/11 delivery, so 5 business days notice. Flowers did not arrive. They did not contact me. I wasn't too worried as 3/12 would be fine, so if they are a day behind, no worries. But I did send them an email letting them know I'm still waiting.

They replied to my email: "We want to ensure that you are aware that despite our best efforts we were unable to secure a local florist to deliver your order". What? And they never let me know that it couldn't be arranged, not even on the day?

They offered to FedEx some flowers to arrive on 3/15. No offer of a discount for four days late? Nothing?

Unbelievable, if they let me know the morning of 3/11 I could have sorted something out. But now I have nothing and it's too late. What an awful experience.

Worst customer service. Flowers dying after day two. They said to send pictures and I did. They apologized and said they'd send a fresh bouquet. A few hours later I get another email saying the recipient was happy. Really?
I'm the one who complained the day after I got them. Don't use this company!

Didn't Get everything I ordered

I sent flowers to my wife wen she texted me telling me thank you I asked her if she got all the items and I named them out she said she didn't get the chocolates which is my wife's favorite thing it ruined it she loves the flowers and chocolates but no chocolates were delivered

I wish I had read the review first. The flowers were late and wrong. There is no one you can talk to. I called 5 times and sent emails and no one ever contacted me.
The lady ended up speaking to me in a different language. The flowers are shipped out of MIami, Do NOT USE

Ordered a bouquet of roses and prosecco for mother's day. They arrived as planned on Saturday, looking great (my mum sent me a pic). International ordering was simple, just pick your country and they show you what is available to order. All you have to do is pick and follow the prompts.

I ordered I bouquet of yellow roses for a friend of mines who lives out of state (supposed to had been a surprise) birthday what I order and what the recieved, are day and night. Will attach photos. When I called customer service, after two hours they assured me that they would reach out to the florist and the correct a arrangement would be sent to my friend first thing tomorrow morning, (by 11am). Never happened. I called the next day to inquire about the replacement they "promised" would correct the previous delivery. Customer service rep, puts me on hold calls the florist then proceeds to tell me. They are out of yellow roses and can't accommodate my order?... So when did you all plan to tell me that. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They are complete trash. Photos: "what I ordered vs. what my friend received'

I ordered flowers for mom after her surgery and they sent wilted flowers. The bouquet I ordered did not match at all what my mom received m. I emailed them but no refund yet. Still waiting on Brandy Hilde to respond from Florist.com on what they will do. No response yet.

Avoid this company.

I was charged for an arrangement that was never delivered. The customer service representative I contacted says they were delivered. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company and am also notifying Ebates as I ordered through the Ebates site. Check the Florist.com forum before ordering. There are multiple complaints that are very similar to mine.

DON'T

I ordered flowers to be delivered and that never happened. Eflowers sent me a delivery confirmation that the items was delivered, I guess they didn't expect me to contact the recipient. I called back was told multiple different stories. It's on its way.etc. Etc. Flowers were not delivered and customer service in Pakistan can't do nothing for me.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day... not only were they delivered they day after Mother's Day, it looked nothing like what I paid $75 for! I called customer service was on hold for 30+ min, the lady offered no help other then to say "she understands and she's sorry", I asked to speak with a supervisor and was disconnected... another 45+ min on the phone and was offered a 15% return on my purchase... mind you the flowers still weren't delivered yet. I ask to speak with a supervisor and was told to give them my number and a supervisor would call me back. Still haven't heard from one. Flowers finally delivered the night after Mother's Day. See photo to see how terrible the product was! I would not have paid $5 for the product that was delivered... so embarrassed!
