Horrible company.

One of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I ordered the flowers to be delivered yesterday and today they email me saying that they can't deliver them until after the weekend. They are very quick at taking the money but very bad at keeping promises. They never called me to apologize or explain why they weren't able to do so. I am still waiting for a call back from the supervisor. Thanks for ruining sweetest day. Never to recommend this place

Sent flowers to a coworker in the hospital and they were never delivered. Then they were supposed to deliver them to her house, and that never happened either. Every you call to check the status of delivery, you basically have to give all the info you did when making the order, not to mention I got the exact same customer service rep each time I called 3 days in a row. The odds of that happening are nonexistent. Also, if you get an email confirmation that they were delivered, call your friend to make sure because those confirmations are false and after reading other reviews, I'm not the first person this has happened to and won't be the last.

Order flowers to surprise my mom for her 65th birthday. Flowers were never delivered on the scheduled day. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because their customer service did reach out to me before I had a chance to call them. Their excuse was that they could not find a florist in the area. Why take the order if there are not any florists in my area?

Never use FTD
May 12, 2018

Sent flower/bulb garden to mother for Mother's Day. She received them broken into many pieces. They promised to resend them but didn't. Poor customer service - left me on hold forever and even hung up on me. They do not guarantee or deliver. Please do not waste your money on this joke of a company! What a shame!

I ordered flowers for my sister Birthday on July 26 2021 for July 27 2021 and they sent me an email in the middle of the day saying they wouldn't be able to deliver my flowers! I was so hurt! So I ask could they refund my money so I could go with another company and they said it be 10 business days. I will never use this company again. They started out doing great business but not any more. Good business is trying to correct the problem!

Possibly a scam
July 9, 2017

Like many people on this site, I placed an order and was charged but the flowers I ordered were not delivered. I have called twice now and the call center (located somewhere out of the united states, I presume) took my information and promised a return call from the "florist." No call, no flowers. I'm calling my cc company.

I ordered flower arrangement for my granddaughter's Birthday. She never got her Birthday flowers. I called the company several times, emailed them. I was assured the the matter would be handled and I was promised a full refund on my purchase. This NEVER happened. They need to own up to their scandalous practices and be shut down for good!

They tell you that they will deliver on the specified day and the tracking tells you its in state "in transit," and it just doesn't get delivered!? When it specifically says its on the truck! So displeased with this service... and their answer is oh so sorry and offer a 10% discount on a product that still isn't at the destination! This is laughable! Corona virus or not this is not how you do business!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Basically, my boyfriend purchased flowers days in advance for me for Valentines Day. After several hours of not receiving these he began to call to understand the issue. One man informed us they were delivered, one man informed us they were out for delivery, and one man informed us they couldn't even be fulfilled given the amount of orders the company had. It's the next day and I still can't get my flowers. Listen, save your money. Use 1-800 Flowers. We previously used them, and will going forward. This place is a scam.

Ordered a plant for 94-year old Mother for delivery two days before Mother's day to avoid disappointment. Get email from FTD.com saying delivery will be one day late, making it
Saturday, still one day before Mother's Day, OK. Days pass, call Mother, not a sign of it 3 days later. Send email to FTD.com 4 days after Mothers Day asking about order and requesting discount or free shipping for huge delay. TEN DAYS after holiday get email saying order can't be filled. Irresponsible. Will never use them again. Offered a discount of $10 available to everyone. Ha.
