DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY i am not an app person but thought id use this one. Atleast give it a try. Well after being billed 39.99 i realized i had not cancelled. I hit the cancel button to cancel and got a message that i had the pro plan so needed to call *******009 which of course no one answer. I called 3x and left 3 voice mails and no reply. I am going to dispute it with my bank because it is obvious that no one is interested in resolving this issue.
I was looking through their information and they automatically took $35.99 out of my account then I get a call from bank about a fraudulent transaction they were trying to charge me another $137they were trying to charge me. Fried was aware of it but somehow the payment still went through. I called the company immediately was I see that I signed up for this and I cannot get a hold of anyone. They said be to a stupid chatbot that does not help me at all I have sent numerous emails to them and I have called their phone number numerous times and each time they say we have higher than expected wait times please speak with our chat bot. I have not received anything from this company or taking anything from them at all I have not even downloaded the app be careful this is the worst company ever.

This place over charges for the plan and continues to charge ur card even after you have canceled! They have continued to charge even after emailing submitting a cancellation online and chatting with there support. Very upset with them and there service!
This is a terrible company, don't give them money, before paying them the system said I was a good candidate, after payment, they said I wasn't a good candidate. I asked them to cancel 5 minutes after I signed up and they are trying to refund me just part of my money.

Once I received information on their plan (only get to see it if you buy first), I knew that I would not use it. Within 15 minutes of initially signing up, I tried to cancel. VERY DIFFICULT to find how to do this. They claim they discounted it so much that there's no refund. I never once used their plan, how could I if only received the plan for 15 minutes. They are a ripoff company with bad policies. Totally scammed me out of my money.
I fell into this scam on Facebook and also felt that $39 was a great deal, only to be charged $179.78. I immediately contacted them to cancel and complain only to be told they don't refund. This charge is also a recurring charge, so I had to cancel my credit card to ensure I wouldn't be billed again next month. After multiple emails, my plan has been canceled, but I will not be receiving a refund. This is a money grabbing scam, and if I could rate this company at zero, I would. However, I am leaving this review everywhere I can to try to ensure others are not sucked in.
I went on to sign up for the app and then was solicited to buy more products at a discount. I received my invoice and was billed for a full year of the app which I never subscribe to a year and products and was charged more for the crappy products. They refused to refund me after multiple emails with some condescending person named Gelou. Stay away from this company. You are much better off doing Weight Watchers, Optavia, or any other program out there. BUYER BEWARE!
I was so excited to try this program out until I saw my bill and was overcharged almost $200 which they claimed I selected (I DID NOT) and now they are refusing to stick by their 30 day money back guarentee. Check out the Better Business Bureau I can't believe how many people they have stolen from! I bought the pro plan and they upgraded my account without consent and changed me an annual fee which they are refusing to refund. Terrible customer service and buisness.
I signed up for their plan for $39, and then all of the add-ons piled on that weren't mentioned when signing up. It also wasn't mentioned that you need to commit to a monthly subscription, which is $200/month. To get it reduced I had to commit to a 15 month plan. The tricky part is trying to cancel your subscription. I'm order to do so, you have to call as they won't cancel it online due to having your "health" information. I called their help desk multiple times, but they're so "busy" I had to leave a message. I'm still waiting for a call back. I also emailed them and still haven't received a response. I had to cancel the card I used to stop them from getting any payments. Save yourself the headache and avoid.
To start, the company does business by misleading people. They promote a semaglutide injection and get you to pay a $129 fee just to get access to their network of doctors that can prescribe the injection. I never scheduled an appointment but when I called to get a refund they said because I missed the appointment the money cannot be refunded. I told them that if I had known about the appointment I would've canceled but they said "I" made the appointment when I created the account. That was a complete lie. I never created an account because the minute the payment went through I realized that what I had signed up for was not what I had expected.
Their customer service is horrible and quite honestly frustrating. Do yourself a favor use plush care app, it's $19.00 deductible and get use insurance. Medicine is covered through my.
When I was on their site, I got excited about it because I need to lose weight. However, when I was getting ready to purchase, I had second thoughts about it! I WISH I would have went with my gut feeling. I wouldn't be in the mess I'm in. Within 30 minutes OR less, I TRIED to cancel. It let me but when I emailed for a refund, they refused!
I sent a letter to my credit card company and they are reviewing it. When I told G-Plans to cancel, I told them to stop sending the food. I requested a refund. So they stopped the food AND kept my money!
I wish I would have read reviews BEFORE I purchased. Also I didn't see anything that said it was not refundable!

I did the quiz, didn't download report. I thought it was $39. I finally reached someone who said I checked a box for $39 month and they charged me $190. This company tried to charge $1, and $288 and my card blocked them. They charged the $190. Customer service was rude and said I couldn't get my money back. I called my credit card and stopped the payment so they are investigating the charges.
I have worked hard to raise my credit score and this charge affected that, as it raised the amount I had on it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "I am a supervisor), very difficul to reach customer service.

I signed up and regretted it right away. I called to cancel and Customer Service was unavailable. I left several messages and emailed requesting cancellation. Three months later I called my bank. They recommended I stop payment since they could not process a chargeback. The company tried to charge my credit card a fourth time even though they knew I had cancelled the service. Luckily my bank had placed a stop payment on the reoccuring charge. What a rip off.
113 -1 star reviews compared to 2 -5 star reviews and that's just on this site...These people are unreal and bait and switch shysters! After fraudulently charging me $239.00, they refused to refund me minutes after the transaction went through...saying the annual membership doesn't adhere to their 100% money back guarantee.only their 30 day membership is covered by that...I mean does that make sense to anyone out there? After reading reviews here & on Yelp, The BBB & a number opf other sites, I see i am not alone. What gets me is the gall of this company to think they can keep getting away with ripping people off. I have contacted my bank, closed that credit card so they can't try and charge me again & had them do a chargeback. I intend to reprint this on as many review sites I can find. They need to be shut down!
From the beginning, this company billed me 3 separate charges which I did not authorize. The purpose I was interested in the program was because they offered it for 39.00. Called to figure out why they did this as soon as I seen the transaction which was the next day early. I called to get this fixed and the representative was s000 rude told me there is no refund and that I choose to upgrade. I said that's funny because my checkout for trial and supplement came to total 62.00 and that's what I paid at checkout. Not 288.00 they hing up pn me. This company is trash and doing buisness like this makes my stomach turn because we as customers try and have faith and believe what they offer but instead you leave robbed and depressed because of this wrong!
Don't do it! They trick you and over charge. Also, it takes months to get your supplements! Not to mention their customer service SUCKS! Good luck getting a response or help!

I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing this program. I was charged for a monthly subscription for an app that was never operational. I requested a refund and to discontinue the subscription. I noted that their app does not work, it crashes every time I attempted to open it and they simply stated that my subscription would be cancelled and no refund will be authorized. Very unethical practices! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM!@!

Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
