DO not use them. They will not cancel when you ask them to and will continue to draft from your account without your permission. I called for a refund after the drafted from my account without my permission and have yet to see the money put back into my account.
I took the free quiz was promoted for a few of $39 dollars as soon as I agreed and ended information additional offers were added I kept declining yet was still charged for them, I contacted the company and they stated that they can not charge for bundles not selected yet that's exactly what happened to me. This is definitely FRUAD! Please be careful with this company.
I was so excited to try this program out until I saw my bill and was overcharged almost $200 which they claimed I selected (I DID NOT) and now they are refusing to stick by their 30 day money back guarentee. Check out the Better Business Bureau I can't believe how many people they have stolen from! I bought the pro plan and they upgraded my account without consent and changed me an annual fee which they are refusing to refund. Terrible customer service and buisness.
I am a victim of this company I signed up for 39 promo and I was charged immediately an extra $150 for an upgrade that I did not sign up for. I then immediately canceled the subscription and made multiple attempts by email and phone call to get a hold of a supervisor. I explained the situation to them they said it was my mistake on my end even though I never agreed to upgrade or to any additional charges oh, they denied refunding me and made up some BS about their company policy and no refund. This company makes false advertisement and they charge your credit card even though you did not agree to payment Please be aware and contact the Better Business Bureau and do not give up on getting your money back I am now dealing with them at this current moment they are literally theft. Shame on them for being an unethical business and stealing from people.
I signed up on 12/14/21,100% refundable in 30 days, you can't view the program without paying so I pd my 39.99 for 1 mon, at checkout they said "add the power plan for $30 for an additional 2 months". 6 calendar days later on 12/20, I called to cancel-no answer & no return call. I actually called 3 times and emailed 3 times over the following 48hrs. 4 days later I got an email confirmation my account was canceled. It's now over a week later and more than 20 emails, they refuse to refund stating that upon adding the additional 2 mon, the 100% refund is void. None of which was disclosed at purchase but their 100% refund is blasted every other paragraph at sign up. Company states it's in their terms and conditions aka the fine print that the "upgrade" voids the 100% refund. This is 100% deceptive, misleading and 100% fraud! They need to be stopped!
I have been trying Years after having my baby to loose the extra weight and nearly lost faith until my friend told me to try G-Plans! I not only lost the weight but am keeping it off! I finally have a healthy relationship with food and look forward to all my meals! If you are willing to out in the work you will reach your goal!
I fell into this scam on Facebook and also felt that $39 was a great deal, only to be charged $179.78. I immediately contacted them to cancel and complain only to be told they don't refund. This charge is also a recurring charge, so I had to cancel my credit card to ensure I wouldn't be billed again next month. After multiple emails, my plan has been canceled, but I will not be receiving a refund. This is a money grabbing scam, and if I could rate this company at zero, I would. However, I am leaving this review everywhere I can to try to ensure others are not sucked in.
I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing this program. I was charged for a monthly subscription for an app that was never operational. I requested a refund and to discontinue the subscription. I noted that their app does not work, it crashes every time I attempted to open it and they simply stated that my subscription would be cancelled and no refund will be authorized. Very unethical practices! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM!@!
I signed up for the free membership and was bombarded with verbage, lo and behold there is a section where you automatically get billed membership after 7 days! They have taken my money and refuse to refund, even though i have not used their product! Please everyone beware, go look at other reviews, you'll see they cannot be trusted and don't refund!
This company is only out to steal money. Being a victim myself and reading the stories of others, the practices of this company is illegal. No one will go after them because they have more serious cyber crimes to deal with. Unfortunately we the consumers are left to fend for ourselves to battle these scammers. There is no customer service. The people that respond to complaints are just using a generic script and have no intent on helping. They appear ridiculous! If they really cared about the customer, they would refund money no matter what the situation is. They
continue to hide behind their policy to keep stealing from people who fall victim to their bait and switch format.
On 10/10/2021 I discovered G-Plans online and thought it would
Be interesting to try. I agreed to a charge of $39 to try the app.
And saw on my credit card that I was charged three charges ($39;
$98 and $151). I immediately tried to get a hold of the company
And sent several email and message requests to fi x this as I did
Not authorize these charges. I immediately canceled my
Subscription to prevent any further charges knowing that I did not
Authorize this amount. I then spoke to someone on the phone
Explaining the situation asking for this to be cancelled and the
Unauthorized charges removed. On 10/12/21 I received notice that
A shipment of product was being sent out. Again I did not
Authorize this and asked it be removed and am getting the
Runaround. They are refusing to remove these charges. I was fraudulently upgraded to a plan I did not select
Without my knowledge.
The worst products non existent customer service... they do recurring billing on upgraded plans you didn't purchase and have a nonrefund policy and only use emails no phone and a chat bot that directs you to emails
I purchased a one year membership for their special pricing. This was not a plan that I could use, but I chalked it up to my own one year cost loss. Be aware this is a reoccurring subscription service! When I was alerted my card was charged a second time, within minutes I called customer service. They explained their policy is to notify a week before renewal - I never received any communication and was directed to refer to their terms listed on their website. Well, despite in print the website stating "After 12 months you must reactivate your membership manually to continue." they continue to push my request for refund of charge aside even though I never had the opportunity to manually reactivate or agree to another year of service. Despite me pointing out that their own terms contradict what they are saying, the company completely disregards any type of rational customer service practices. While the plan or service may work for you, their business is quite simply just out to get your money. You can purchase 1 month to 1 year, but that's not all, you also get constant emails requesting more money for more services. Please do not waste your money or your time on this.
Answer: Agreed! Very POOR customer service. Nice but dumb. I haven't gotten to the refund stage yet... will let you know how that goes...
Answer: I'm going to file in small claims just for the principle.
Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
