The price you pay on the website is not the same price they charge you. They tried to charge me almost $50 more. I called my credit card to dispute the charge immediately.
G Plans is HORRIBLE! I signed up with a live person and met with a clinician. This was the only GOOD part. After that you are just a number. I started the plan 9/15 and was billed that day for meds and membership fee. Met with DR 4 days later and then was told meds would be shipped out. I was billed again 10/8,10/26,11/6,11/23 and 12/16. I was also charged the membership fees of 9/15 and 10/15 138.36 then on 11/2 69.71 and then 11/15 212.35. In January I saw all the charges because they double charged the same day for 229., 398., and 212.35 and then started questioning all the charges. Several hours on hold to be hung up on, several emails and a chat bit that never sends you to a live agent even though it states they are. To still not have money returned and issues going on. I was able to CANCEL the program thru an agent that wanted to argue any tell me I was billed 6 times in 3 months cause RX were shipped. I had done my research and contacted the pharmacy to get dates was shipped out and only 4 shipments went out as I knew was true! I had to cancel my CC and now in process of disputing charges. This has been a nightmare! Do NOT go with this company! The are frauds and take money when they send you an intake form and then when the meds ship. So you are billed twice. Don't get ripped into the same web I did. Highly recommend NOT using this company!
Wow, was I a sucker. Very poor communication, no one to talk to. Billing high amounts of money outside of basic medication. Please do not use. I should have done more research. Out 400$-
They lure you in with one offer only to trick you into a subscription and good luck canceling it, it's almost impossible. I have turned them into the FTC for fraud. After canceling immediately they never refunded me and they tried to charge me a 2nd time. I had to cancel my card just to get them to stop.
The doctor's appointment and medication is fine but I'm paying extra for a meal plan and app that doesn't work. They trick you into trying their free meals, but then you pay $65.00 for delivery of the "free" meals and then you are committed to buying five more boxes of five for $75.00. On the phone they will tell you that they will cancel it but then they just keep on coming. The "chat" button on their website/app doesn't work as I've tried six times and never once received a response. Stay away - their are other plans. Do your research better than I did mine or I would have found all the complaints. Instead I only found the positive ones that I think they must pay to advertise on those sites.
The only thing this company does timely is debit your account. You cant talk to an actual human and always get automated responses. They then claim they cant refund due to the medication being delivered and they use an old tracking number far before the debit of the account date. They have asked me 6 times in one week to send in my blood work, which I have sent all 6 times, then they reply to the email that the bloodwork is attached to saying they never received it and will send the prescription once they release it. I have called and emailed over 20 times in the past 2 weeks and still nothing. My 3 week check in for medication is tomorrow, for medication I havent received. They schedule calls with providers and then never come on the call, then email that you missed your appt and it needs to be rescheduled. Its a continuous loop of this crap. But they never fail to debit their money.
This is a total scam! The whole sign up flow makes you think it includes the medication and its not, it's hard to exit out of the meal plan and close to impossible to cancel because they make you call their support team, who dos not answer the phone or emails. When you are finally able to do so they tell you you can cancel and get a refund, they don't do it and when you reach out again they tell you that their policy says you can't get a refund

It does not tell you about all the charges till you make your first step giving then you first payment and no cancellation option available, wrote text messages and email and got nothing in return! Called waiting time 20 mnts and not surprisingly theft hung up on me!
Don't get fooled by thinking you are getting a good deal when they just rip you off!
Totally hidden fees charged. False advertisement. No access to customer service when needed. Have called several times to hear there is no one available to take your call. Call back later. Hangs up. Would definitely not recommend using this GPLANS for anything. Gave a one star because there isn't an option for 0.
I used them for 1 month. I asked for a refund and they responded quick. Then here it's is months last and I'm being charged again. I haven't used them in months?!?!?! Trying to call their service number. That's a joke! Is anyone working with a law firm to take this horrible company to court?.

Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
