If you've been ripped off by G2A then beware! There money back guarantee is bs... Seller sold me a bad key and has yet to refund me, 7 weeks have passed an support is useless. Even after I sent proof from Microsoft support that the seller sold me a bad key. G2A wants me to make a POLICE report on the seller before G2A will give me a refund... WTH!
All while the seller continues to sell on the site... G2A is a big scam and I will make sure everyone I can is informed! I just reported it to PayPal and will get my refund that way..
Purchased a game that was Global region. No where does it indicate the product was not valid in my country. The code was invalid and the response was that i can resell it myself on the marketplace. I even purchased the G2A shield. Worst customer service.
I bought a Steam key for a game from G2A for my friend. 8 days later Steam revoked the key due to "non-payment." I contacted the seller on the platform to see what was up, and got vague answers that lead to nowhere for 7 days. I filed a money back guarantee claim since it was over $60, and had to wait an additional 3 days to get an answer of "file a police report." Wtf you mean file a police report? ALL of the reviews that have come in since I bought the key have been people complaining of the same issue as me. You say 99% of keys work on your site, but more than half of the ones from this seller that you host on your site comes back as non functional--statistically meaning they are not following that trend and are scamming people! In an effort to keep your own money, you then make it hard af for people to get their money back due to "weeding out fraud?" Nah fam, that's bull$#*!. You aren't weeding out fraud but encouraging it.
Having used G2A a few times and having been pleased with their service I purchased a key to Dragon Age: Inquisition, a 2015 game. When I activated the key, it turned out to be a key for Dragon Age: Origins, a previous instalment of the game from 2009. I complained to G2A and requested a refund. They told me I had to contact the seller directly via the G2A account resolution centre. However, there is no way for me to access this account functionality, it simply did not display in my page even on different devices like a tablet or a phone or a laptop. G2A repeatedly fobbed me off with excuses and have not given me a refund or a method of contacting the seller.
In short G2A are a front for scammers mis-selling game keys.
Steer clear of these people, their customer service is a joke, their website doesn't work properly and the "100% Guaranteed" and "Safe transaction" splattered all over it is a lie.
Was sold a faulty key by a $#*!ty seller by the name of belloshop. Tried to get a hold of him to resolve the issue no answer. Tried to get a hold of G2A to fix the situation the just gave me the run around for a week then told me to file a police report they can suck my ****. Disputed charges to my CC and will never use G2A again fu***ng scam artists also terrible customer service.
The G2A website promises full customer satisfaction and full refunds. However, after selling me a bad windows 10 activation key, the seller refused to refund, and G2A refused to help or refund. G2A and their sellers cannot be trusted.
User's recommendation: Stay away as they cannot be trusted to refund on a bad purchase.
Game only work for the first 2 weeks; then it stop problem with a problem with the game license. Open a ticket with them and they ask me for some screenshots. After I send them the screenshots there has been no response from them. I try to contact them every week or so; but they let the ticket open with no response. It has been 4 months since their last response.
I was trying to buy Skyrim for a friend. I paid for it and when I got the key it was a link for whole account. I did not log into account because I wanted a key only. Selling accounts is illegal to steam. The sell illegal accounts and scam their customers out of money. I went to ask for refund and seller says they wont and G2A wont either, they even locked the account to were I cant even access the account. Even though they been paid for and taken from bank account. They are a Scam, Buyer Beware!
It's a $#*!ty website, works horribly and they don't take responsibility for anything, if you get scammed it's your fault, you have to chat with the scammer to try to get a refund wich never is gonna happen.
I bought a couple of games on g2a. Some of them worked and some not. But the worst thing is that the g2a support protects the seller more than the buyer and thus provides them with a plattform where they can scam people.
Buying things on g2a is like the lottery. You never know what you get.
No refund policy, I received a steam Account instead of a steam key. I wanted a refund the support says I need to contact the seller and the seller just dont answer and you get you see the many never again.
So, the prices on G2A are amazing, and sometimes too good to be true. The sellers steal credit card details, and purchase games on gaming accounts. They resell these accounts on G2A, and you then purchase products obtained through credit card theft. A current example is the seller 'VIKINGBROTHERS' who operate this way. Anything you purchase will be refunded when the credit card theft victim's bank reverses the transactions (as is they have the right to). There may be some legitimate resellers who try to expand their operations on the G2A platform, but they are in the absolute minority. Furthermore, G2A has a lot of fine print, and they take no responsibility for the elicit criminal resale on their platform. Steer clear and avoid getting burnt.
Every purchase is fast delivered and always valid!
G2A got good offers en fair prices, OFr instance COD black ops iii for 36$, it's really cheap https://www.g2a.com/r/cod_-black_-ops-iii-_steam-cd-key-global
Also the 24/7 service is ideal.
Excellent service, fast and secure, really nice deals, good support, sometimes not to fast but they will allways answer, you can take a look to theyr marketplace here: https://www.g2a.com/r/marketplacedeals
Hello,
I bought a gw2 key via g2a including the 1€ g2a shield.
I immediately got an invalid key, and I had to aks to get an other one.
3 days later I asked g2a multiple times for a refund instead of a key and it seemed ok.
Then, 2 weeks after my payment, I received a key anyway, I wrote to the complaint department but was ignored, because I initially said that I wanted a new key.
Best regards, Philipp
I got charged 1.30 last month and didnt notice it. Today i got charged again 1.30 euro, this time i did noticed it. Called the bank and blocked the card and reported em as a fraud. Apparently i was subscribed to something on their site.
I did bought legitimate keys for steam and blizzard, and all of them worked WITHOUT ever turning shield on. Everything was charged as it should be.
But in no way did i gave them permission to charge me on a monthly bases for anything. What is this 1.30 euro for?!
Reported em as a fraud. End of story, never going to that site again.
While usualy keys work, when they don´t work they supposed money back guarantee is lie. Custommer support ask you to file the claim with local police to solve their inability to get money from fraudant seller. Stay away if you dont want to loose your money.
I bought a digital code for my Xbox and it was the game Elden ring. Not only did I not get the right code, but it was for an adventure guide for the game, which was not in the title of the product when I bought it. I have contacted the seller and I have contacted the site and nobody has responded back, so save your money and go elsewhere, this place is a scam!
Hello, i bough a game from from the G2A website with order number **************.
The money is gone from my account. I didn't get anything key on any Mail adres. I was not logged in in my account when i bough it. And i keepd saying "progressing payment".
I've been trying to contact G2A for days, i had contact with the sellər. They tell me i need to contact G2A directly. The only way i find is with the stupid both. Can someone tell me how i can contact them directly?
I had wanted to get Call of duty: Black ops 1 for my pc since it was the sale and it was only a few dollars. I saw they had accepted Visa cards and so I tried purchasing it using the card never went through. That's not even the worst part, I asked my father to buy it and he used his credit card. We used the option of Skrill, after he had put in his information, he got a fraud alert on his card and his whole computer restarted. Afterwards, he found out that all his settings had been reset and his email password (this is his BUSINESS account) had been changed without his request. NEVER USE G2A.COM!
Answer: They claim to have a guaranteed money back system but don't buy into that. They don't. They don't even acknowledge the 14 day cooling of period on online purchases that is a law in the EU. So basically they are criminals.
Answer: Its a scam block ur cc and report fraud never go there again
