Hello guys, I found a pretty nice site to buy games, as a steam alternative. I first knew of this site from famous youtubers like Pewdiepie whom I subscribe to since they use it as their primary games provider. They deliver pretty quickly, which is what I really like about them. Further, they have great customer service on their part, and good value compared to other sites and Steam. This certainly helped to get me buying much more games since I have certain cost constraints now that I am pursuing a PhD.
You may be wondering, why not just use steam? This site is selling actual CD-keys, so upon purchase you really own the game, instead of renting it on steam. But the main benefit is its lower prices and great customer support.
I regularly buy games there. Check out the site here, use the links for a discount pricing: http://bit.ly/1r5XtC8
Here are some great games, with great prices:
-http://bit.ly/1mPLuaS - Titanfall - $36
-http://bit.ly/1r5XztB - Diablo 3 + Reaper of souls - $61
-http://bit.ly/WdL7N2 - Diablo 3 - $27
Any prepaid card for MMO/Xbox/Psn and any steam/origin/other drms/Drm free games available for cheaper than in current market price! http://bit.ly/1t7JDi7
A live support/ chat is available should you encounter any problems, they responded to me very quickly (less than 1 min) when I inquired about payment issues I had, turned out it was a mistake on my part.
As a plus, a portion of the game revenue will be donated to charity! Hope this gets some people into buying their first game, or a game you've been really wanting to buy for a long time!
Cheers :D.
Absolutely awful experience. G2A is a total scam. They're allowing Steam accounts to be sold (probably stolen). Not only is this viciously unethical but it's also completely against Steam's Terms and Conditions. You aren't buying the game to add to your Steam library like other (actual legitimate) key suppliers. I contacted G2A and despite me providing them with excerpts from Steam's terms and conditions as well as their own terms of service, they still refuse to refund my money. Steam says the sold accounts WILL get deactivated. Steam also says the original account creator will ALWAYS be able to recover their account, yes, even if the email, password, or phone number on the account are changed. Meaning the seller (or whoever they stole the account from) can commandeer the account at any time. Meaning I purchased something from someone that a.) doesn't belong to them in the first place and is not theirs to sell and b.) I can't even keep. I have screenshots of all conversations if anyone wants the "receipts" to my claim.
Do yourself a favor and don't risk your money on G2A. It's an absolute scam.

G2A support will not help you when you get Scammed by the sellers! I got scammed by Gamersuniverse and support did nothing to help!
Bought accoount, they said email can be changed (it doesnt work) and wont refund.
Never again this scam
Do not buy from these as they sale steam accounts which can get banned and you could loose your purchase. AVOID THESE AT ALL COST.
Invalid keys didnt get refunded lost few hundred dollars that way...and ordered a pre order a month and a half before release and a day before the seller refunds me a day before release so there goes my pre order game bonuses happened multiple times lost out nearly 1000$ all together because of this site...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. I have screenshots of multiple games not being refunded when i got a invalid key. www.cd-keys.com and kingquin's cd keys site. G2A sellers borrow your money and than screw you over anyway they can... there are good sellers on there but its a shrinking circle closing fast...i went to the contact page on g2a site and its ONLY Q & A's. No way to contact or report bad sellers on there. I added up all they ripped me off...and its over 1000$ with almost a 6 year span i refuse to give www.g2a.com my business. People making me chase my keys or my money back and company dont want to do anything about it...THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.the site is full of sammers and fruad...BUY YOUR GAMES FROM THE GAME LAUNCHERS SO YOU DONT GET SCAMMED.SERIOULY
Purchased a key from a seller (Order **************) which turned out to be unusable, so I contacted the seller asking for a refund. When I didn't get a reply from the seller, I contacted G2A who replied that I could claim on their 'Money Back Guatantee' after seven days.
So, today (six days after initial key purchase, and two days after first G2A contact), I went to check if there are any messages from the key seller only to find my G2A account HAS been blocked. And, after contacting G2A to deal with the login issues presented by their G2A.com system, I am told to contact *******@g2a.com
Thr reply is entirely dodgy in itself, asking for photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc), handwriting, account user login, and bank with PayPal account details, along with any other accounts used in alias. Exactly everything fraudsters will ask for.
One, or two finalities can be taken from this,; that G2A are utter sh*te and will do their best to dissuade buyers from complaining - and claiming against their seller members upon the G2A 'Money Back Guarantee', going as far (if not further) than blocking buyers access to their accounts. Or (and) really are requesting extremely sensitive data protection information from the buyer member base, of which needn't be requested, as proof of account ID can be given through the two step verification instead.
Very dodgy activity at G2A.com
I firmly believe G2A to be entirely seller based, and highly biased in that favour, complicit in the prevention of refunding money from their seller members knowingly flogging unusable/fake product keys.
I also believe G2A.com to be non-compliant with GDPR.
Avoid at all cost or it will COST you
If someone took your money and didn't give you anything that's on par with criminal activity. Declined my order yet charged my bank account every time. Didn't even sign up for a account yet sent me a email to "Unknown" and a password reset to "Unknown" then state my transaction was denied by their security system however it didn't stopped them from charging the full amount to my bank account 3 times. No live support to talk to / number and claim THAT ONCE a support ticket is addressed which can take days and forces you to create an account that IF they issue a refund that to a debit card can take AT LEAST 28 business days. So they can take your MONEY the same day and then tell you to wait over a month.
DO NOT USE THIS CROOKED PRACTICE / COMPANY, this is not how you do respectable business.
I should've stuck to their trusted competitor.
When trying to decide to use them or not I couldn't cause they report as many negative reviews as possible to prevent YOU from seeing them, pretty shady. With reasons listed like - ticket still open in resolution center- which is no reason to censor a experience. I don't want a response from G2A apologizing for their poor service, unauthorized taking of my money, unexplained spamming to create and account and purchase services I had refused once already to have to do again.
I want my money back or better yet DONT TAKE IT FROM MY ACCOUNT IF YOU DENY THE TRANSACTION PERIOD.
Pretty Basic business 101.
Report my Message and i'll post reviews everywhere I possibly can over this experience. Lastly I find it odd some of the most positive reviews use the the same language as g2a responses and all consist of broken 1 liner titles matching the message bodies.
Such a enhanced security system its odd it doesn't go into effect till after you take someone's money.
Just check out this week's discounts: https://www.g2a.com/r/week-special-discounts thats awesome!
I used services of G2A few times and always had a pleasant experience.
What more can I say? Got my game fast and cheap - 11/10 - would buy again :)
Answer: They claim to have a guaranteed money back system but don't buy into that. They don't. They don't even acknowledge the 14 day cooling of period on online purchases that is a law in the EU. So basically they are criminals.
Answer: Its a scam block ur cc and report fraud never go there again
