I bought a shirt which looked nice on the picture. First it took me more than 2 months to arrive (when after 2 months I told them I had not received it, they didn't care). Finally I got it, it felt like receiving a plastic shirt (the item was described as Cotton, Polyester, there must be 1% Cotton in it). Also the sizing was strange, long sleeves, short chest. So overall it was a cheap shirt, but still expensive if you cannot wear it.

Order arrived after nearly two weeks. For my 8-year online shopping experience it is very fast shipping time to Russia. Massager has a good quality and works as it should. I recommend Gamiss.com as a good online store with low prices and high quality.

I ordered a pair of light up shoes on Gamiss. They arrived in a crushed box, with lithium battery fluids everywhere. I submitted a complaint to Gamiss, and eventually they refunded the $23 cost of the shoes. However, they said they could not refund the $18 shipping charge, because that was the responsibility of the shipping company. I tried to submit a complaint to DHL, but was unable to do so because I wasn't the "shipper". I asked Gamiss to submit a claim for me, but they sent me back an automatically generated email refusing because it's not their responsibility.
So somehow I am out $18 and several hours of very unpleasant time spent in complaint processes, for a pair of shoes that is covered in battery acid.
Needless to say, I will never be shopping on this site again, and I would strongly urge others to avoid it.
Oh, did I mention that the shoes arrived labeled as the correct size, but were actually at least two sizes too small?

I saw an ad about Gamiss on Facebook, It was tempting me to make an order because there is so much choice, specially for swimsuit (which I can stand out from the crowd). I hesitated because yeah good price/original products but I was worried if it was good quality. When I received my order I was so happy because all the bikinis are so perfect and good quality! So I recommend Gamiss to my friends now and tell them "no, it's sure you can trust me it's a solid value you can make an order!"

I ordered 4 dresses, 1 was out of stock so Gamiss emailed.me within 10 days offering a full refund which was easy to ptocess and went back in my account the next day. The other dresses took 12 days to be delivered which is acceptable in my book from America. Overall fantastic service and I am going back on line to order more

I ordered a butterfly dress from Gamiss. For some reason, two showed up in my cart. Customer Service resolved it for me quickly. My order was shipped out and received in a timely manner once the customer service ticket closed. I love the dress and it fits great! Tip: be sure to follow measurements of clothing to order. Don't order your normal size clothing without checking measurments because it may or may not fit otherwise.
I ordered a swim suit and beach blanket from gamiss. At first I was unsure whether to order as I knew it was not a company in my country but I thought I would order anyway. Im glad I did! They kept me informed of despatch and delivery times and the items arrived in the time frame I was given.
I placed two orders in one day one for me, one for my friend. I got mine with one dress missing (got refund) and the other is terrible, however we didn't receive second package because according to them ''the delivery guy did not found me''... right our postman forgot where I live... they don't want to give me refund but I'm taking this thingt to ECC (European consumer centre) if they don't give me my money back...

I have ordered many times from this website. Lot of good products. I like many electronics but clothes are also good. Sometimes they offer coupons for discounts. Most of the comparisons it is cheaper than other e-shops. They ship the products free of charge and quick. I feel Gamiss a friendly store I trust it and I will buy from Gamiss again!
Gamiss Customer Support was very helpful as i needed to change some details in my shipping address. Shipping took about 4 weeks which i think is ok as it was standard shipping rate. Items are as it described an true to size. Quality is good for its price.
I have bought a couple of items from Gamiss now, and each item has been received quickly, the item has been beautiful and very well made and the pricing can't be beat. Gamiss is a great place for gifts or to treat yourself without spending lots of money.
In my previous review, the products I ordered were not at all as depicted on the website. My complaint essentially fell on deaf ears, so I found sitejabber and lodged a rather scathing review of Gamiss. I never expected Gamiss to actually see my review let alone respond. I received an apology from them with in 24 hours of posting my review on Sitejabber, and they have issued me a full refund. Thank you Sitejabber for facilitating the resolution process, and thank you Gamiss for standing behind your products and your customers. I'm very impressed, and I will definitely be ordering from your company in the future.
So I ordered five packages of " 216 Pcs 3mm Magnet Toys Multi Molding Magnetic Balls" from the Gamiss website after watching the cool video showing all the wonderful things you could create with what appeared to be approximately 10mm wide magnetic balls (about the size of a small marble). I ordered these about 2 1/2 weeks prior to Christmas as stocking stuffers for my family. I knew they were likely coming from China, so I paid the extra $9 "expedited shipping" to insure they would arrive before Christmas. I did receive three of the items about 3 days before Christmas, but was told there was a shipping delay with the other two items. As of today's posting (01/04/18), I have yet to receive the remaining items.
Now- onto the items in question. They are nothing at all as depicted on the video. I guess it is my bad that I failed to notice the actual size is indicated as 3mm on the item description, but once again the video and pictures they have on their website show a much bigger size. The items came packaged in an oversized round tin with a little plastic window on the lid revealing a bunch of tiny metal magnetic balls compressed together into a square approximately the size of a standard dice. Yeah, like I'm really going to give this to my young kids so they can immediately lose them in the carpeting or swallow them.
Finally, I would like to review the customer service. In one word - horrendous! They only have open phone lines from 6-11am and 6-11pm Eastern time (WTF?!), but when you call, even during the "open" hours, you are greeted with a recording telling you to call during business hours. I then resorted to trying an online "chat" and was once again met with an auto-reply that told me to contact them during business hours. I then sent them an email detailing my issue with their products and requesting a refund. They have replied that they need a video or pictures of the products and a SKU number in order to process my "exchange" request. I looked all over the packaging and the website, but no product number or SKU exists that I can find. I have emailed them multiple times, but I get the same automated response.
In summary, I recommend you STAY AWAY from this company!... unless you like to lose your hard earned money.
I have placed many orders from gamiss over the past year. The first order I placed was for a jacket; I choose standard shipping and it took a little over a month to get here. My next order, I paid two dollars more and got my items within two weeks. That was three dresses on October 12th, so I'll talk about that.
The clothing is very inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. The dresses that cost $10-$13 were thinner material than I would have liked, but I was able to make a few minor alterations and have gotten many compliments.
The dress that was $20 was quality material, and fit very well. It's one of my favorite pieces of clothing. Just make sure you pay attention to the sizing, which is different than in the US.
I have also been in touch with customer service and they have always been super helpful and professional sans a few grammatical errors.
Definitely going to order from them again.
One of the items i ordered i'd give 5 stars for. It was better than expected. Another item i ordered was damaged. I was hoping to contact someone directly about the order but "contact support" is ambiguous, at best.
