I would like to back to shopping again. Fast shopping cory cardigan comfortable gamiss. As described the product description the product suitable for me. Like what i expected
I bought a shirt which looked nice on the picture. First it took me more than 2 months to arrive (when after 2 months I told them I had not received it, they didn't care). Finally I got it, it felt like receiving a plastic shirt (the item was described as Cotton, Polyester, there must be 1% Cotton in it). Also the sizing was strange, long sleeves, short chest. So overall it was a cheap shirt, but still expensive if you cannot wear it.
I ordered two items and didn't check reviews till after I had ordered and paid, then was extremely worried thinking I had wasted my money. I live in Australia and ordered my items on 31Dec, I was surprised when they arrived today 12Jan. They are good quality although I ordered 3 sizes larger than I usually wear as I know asian garmets are alot smaller in sizing, they are a little snug, but I am very happy. I would happily buy from Gamiss again.
I placed an order (Order #R**************) for a total of seven items through this website. After about a week of not seeing it being processed, I sent a message to their support stating that it would be shipped out in 7-15 days. I half read the message at first and when I got a reply stating that I would receive the items when they were back in stock, I was totally floored. This was an order for SEVEN items, not one, not two, not three, but SEVEN and they were out of stock on ALL the items. Oh, but they took my money real quick. They haven't refunded me though even though I have requested it.
Heads up, don't believe a five star review unless they have a picture showing the actual purchase, anyone else is a bot. The customer service has been horrible and I will probably have to call my bank to get this issue resolved since they seem less inclined to do the right thing.
Stay away from this website.

They resolved the issue for me by refunding my money, with an apology. I am grateful for the refund, but still feel that the way they practice their business is questionable. They admitted in their response to me that the items seen on their Web page are just items that they offer and that there is no guarantee that the items will be in stock by the time an order is placed. Why would anyone pay full price for item (s) before the items are even stocked? This is my biggest issue with this site. My opinion remains the same; do not bother and if you do, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I like this store. Fast shipping, low price, and good support. Huge amount of goods. You can find any clothes for men and women, including plus size. Support kindly pleased. I recommend this store.
As the title says, it's a decent online shopping site. The shipping time is a little long and sizes can be a little confusing, but their customer support is pretty reliable from my experience.

Make sure you refer to their size conversion charts before buying.

The site is very clean, I bought 9 woman swimwear just for me! It took to order to arrive 2 and half week. When the package arrived I was little sorry cause I opened the package and i see just 5 of my items inside and I was wondering myself: where are the other one? Ok, they send to me just a part of my order and that's it. Then I contact the customer service thinking that no aft will reply, and I was literally shocked that I'm a few seconds a very kind assistant reply and sayd that all my items are on the way and everything will arrive! After 2 days I received also the other part!

I ordered a two bathing suits on June 25,2017 I got one of them in the middle of July and I'm still waiting for my second bathing suit that I bought as a birthday gift! I called Gamis and they said it can take up to a month but it's been over a month! She said it shipped out July 3 so I am waiting still it's August 4 and I have nothing! She told me to call my local post office and check with them but GET THIS THEY have no tracking number so how in the world is the post office suppose to help me lol
I just received my package today; I ordered it last week and exactly in one week I received it. They kept me in track with their daily messages/email and got the package right in time.

It's unbelievable for me to get all the items I always had in my mind and couldn't find in stores or it was too expensive with a few clicks; having all of them in 1 week with a very great price and no effort to shop around is amazing.

Cool shopping! I was interested in clothes in this store, and bought Cordless Dental Water Jet. The price was very attractive during the promotion. Delivery is 4 weeks. Normal store.

I thought their website had many cute and inexpensive things and ordered a Halloween dress from them. Unfortunately I later discovered that all their packages (which are sent via Fedex) require a signature, and if you're not physically present when it arrives you have to schlep all the way to a nearest designated Fedex facility to pick it up. This seems like a silly thing to do for an item that only costs $16. In my case it's a huge inconvenience because I'm at work all day so if I want to get my package I have to make a 40 minute drive after I've come home from work, hungry and tired. So instead I just decided to forget about the package and not even bother.
And for an extra piece of irony, someone from their office called me today to see if I had received my order and was happy. I told them about the whole schlepping 40 minutes to retrieve my package thing, and asked if there's a way they can waive the signature requirement. To which the guy just kept replying - "no, all you have to do is go to the post office to pick it up". I finally got so tired of the whole thing so I just said "ok, I will, thank you for your time". And ended the conversation.
Won't be buying there again.

They kept bugging me. Say we will refund you. So I said fine refund me everything I even took the shipping fee crap off and just for the stuff I bought I paid 272$ And guess how much I got. 50$ -_-
Yes I have contacted customer service and they were useless. They just keep sending me to there import policy, I KNOW WHAT YOUR POLICIES ARE. You dont pay import taxes, that doesnt mean you get to have some idiot with my stuff on my door step demanding money with out even a email that hey you know that tax we dont pay well were on you door and its due no notice that there is taxes that need to be paid till your at my door. So now after I told them to stop emailing me period (that included the discount notices and all sorts of deal stuff) they badger me on here and still send me stuff. So for the last time LEAVE ME ALONE GAMMISS I DONT WANT A REFUND OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU SO F$&K OFF
My first order (only 25$) is still in customs and my second one (almost 190$) that I ordered a month after is missing two items and cost me an additional 30 $ that I was not told would be charged by the courier (DHL). The packing list says I only paid 45$ for everything. Im so unhappy but the hat and makeup brushes I bought are nice quality.
Its been 3 weeks tat my order hadnt come. Live chats also unavailable. Worst customer service ever. Tracking details also unavailable. Tried writing a ticket even that doesng happen
