“Plastic shirt”

I bought a shirt which looked nice on the picture. First it took me more than 2 months to arrive (when after 2 months I told them I had not received it, they didn't care). Finally I got it, it felt like receiving a plastic shirt (the item was described as Cotton, Polyester, there must be 1% Cotton in it). Also the sizing was strange, long sleeves, short chest. So overall it was a cheap shirt, but still expensive if you cannot wear it.

I purchased two wigs from this site for the first time and I was apprehensive in the beginning because I had not ordered from them before. However I'm one VERY Happy customer the items arrived before scheduled date and it was exactly what the picture showed I'm super excited about my wigs and will definitely be ordering from this site soon..

Excellent prices on all items. Items arrive within an acceptable time-frame (considering they are sent from China and I'm from EU). You definitely get more than you pay for overall.

Hello,
I have been purchasing from Gamiss for about 6 months. I am a little addicted, and have bought over 30 vintage dresses. In terms of quality - you do get what you pay for. If you are looking for a dress that will last 10 years, then possibly a US$15 dress isn't the correct purchase for this? If you are looking to have some funky items that will last 10-40 wears, then Gamiss is great! I have had some issues where the item of clothing was only of a quality sufficient to wear it once (for example colors ran, or buttons leaked color on the dress). Given the price of the clothing the first time this happened I merely submitted a review to let other buyers know. I was contacted by Gamiss and was offered options to rectify the issue. Gamiss' customer service has exceeded my expectations. I have also had issues in terms of items not being received - in each instance there was a delay in dispatch for some reason. It was annoying that I had to contact Gamiss in regard to the dress not arriving, but once I had made contact customer service was again exceptional and rectified the situation. I have recommended them to many people and they are all very satisfied. Keep up the good work!

You buy somthing from 10 euro, you must pay 30 euro for shipping, en you must pay 44 euro tax, $#*! this stupide site, on wish the same stuff, more cheaper, you pay 2 euro till 10 euro for shipping inclusiev tax.

No idea when it will show -up called credit card co.to charge back. This is a scam

I was pleased with the variety on the website. I live in a rural area and clothes shopping is problematic. I am also disabled, making shopping (which includes travel, there are not many stores here) difficult and it is a great help to me to have such a large selection of clothing and accessories to choose from. The filters are very helpful. I ordered a holiday dress with ginger bread men as the print pattern. It is a flattering style that shows my waist without making my stomach look the size it is. I feel very festive for the holidays and like that it makes me feel very in the moment. An employee at a convenience store complimented me on it over the intercom. A definite bright spot in my day. It is adorable! I purchased it on sale and was able to use coupons with it to further lower the price. I was notified of every update of the sorting and shipping process, customer service was very pleasant and proactive. It arrived quickly and was packed with care. I definitely will continue to order from this website.

I ordered almost 200.00 worth of Christmas gifts well over a month ahead to ensure shipping time. Only one item made it before Christmas and it was the one item I ordered for ME! I was not told anything about delay time until after I hit the Pay button! Then the pop up came up with delay time! I am still waiting for the other items and one (my grandsons gift) is shipped by itself. I cannot get them to give me any info on the tracking numbers that no longer work either! They send automated responses and it is getting aggravating. I have asked 3 times either a valid number for tracking or a refund NOW! I have 3 times been given automated WE ARE SORRY YOUR """". The coat I received I got in 2 sizes larger to ensure fit and wow it could have been another 2 sizes bigger. The coats material is crap. So my daughter who is a size 0 has it and it only has to be taken in a size! DO NOT assume that because a few people are happy with the few things they got are the majority. Read the reviews and see how many are NOT happy! If there was a ZERO star rating I would give that on the customer service alone!

Severely disappointment with Games. There is all sorts of fine print about how long the distributer takes to get the product to the warehouse so even if you pay extra for faster shipping there is no guarantee you get the order within a specified time because the clock doesn't start until the order is put together on their end and finally leaves their facility (which I found out could be 15-20 days+ after your initial order date)

Not to mention I also had the lovely experience of receiving a bill form customers after I thought everything had been paid for. When I finally managed to talk to someone all they could tell me was they "had no control over each country's regulations". Thanks for giving me a heads up about that before I actually paid for my order b/c despite all their small fonts everywhere they did not tell me there might be extra charges. Which is also ridiculous because I've purchased items from many online businesses and never had to pay extra customs taxes, even when my order came form China and Korea.

Lastly, it is next to impossible to get in contact with them. They take days to respond to emails. I have never been able to reach anyone by phone and I tried to speak with someone on their 24/7 live chat, twice there was a message saying it was out of business hours (fro a 24/7 live chat!) and the last time the person stopped talking to me and ended the chat before the conversation finished leaving me with just an "I'm sorry".

Never ordering form them again and I highly dissuade anyone else from ordering from them at all.

The quality will be medium. It says your order usually ships in 7-15 business days. It does not say your order arrives in 7-15 business days. This means that they will not even send your order out or pull the gear for 1.5-3 weeks from placing the order. Also notice the word usually because they could have stock issues. On top of all of this, think of how these prices are attainable. This is a third world country making third world goods and you are getting them direct or one step away from the actual manufacturer. They are not a sophisticated company based around customer service in america where you can $#*! and moan at the associate if a certain size isnt there and get an additional 15% discount. These are being sold at tiny margin in third world conditions with a small staff that is overworked. They then have to circumvent customs illegally or maybe sometimes they actually pay the taxes to get through. Then you finally get it 3-4 weeks later. Additionally, there are much less secure networks and people so use paypal or use one of those temporary online cards a lot of banks now offer where you can use a temp card number that mirrors your real card for one purchase and then shut it off to prevent further fraud.

Learn a little about how the business actually works and you can save money and have your expectations met. But if you try and apply american standards of customer service to how gamiss and other sites work. You literally are setting yourself up for failure and you are to blame for all of your own stress. Idiot.

BEWARE - Half the items on the website are all sold out, they charge you for extra shipping without handling all your items.

They say they'll ship it out later (THEY DO) but you need to pay extra for DUTY fees, and they ship it on another website (SO WHY charge me so much for shipping when you need to ship it twice in 2 different companies)

The items are fine, but if you include all the fees that comes with the clothes ITS NOT WORTH IT!.

My 150 dollar order, only half came + another 50 dollars on Fees that gamiss DID NOT cover.

The opinions about this website range from very positive to very negative, but I have ordered from Gamiss twice and was not disappointed. Both times I was happy with the clothing items I received. I did do quite a bit of research and didn't order anything without properly thinking it over. The size information is very valuable and I advise sticking to it in order to pick your size. The first time I got my items a size larger to be safe, but this was not necessary. Even though the clothes are relatively cheap, the material is not and overall the quality is quite nice. I've ordered dresses, bikinis and a skirt. The skirt fit me like a glove! The dresses are hard to iron, but so pretty and cute that I love them heaps, and the bikinis both look very pretty and even though the band on the tops was a bit too big, I managed to make them work with a bit of alteration. In a way, you get what you pay for, but I was honestly pleasantly surprised!

It did take about a month on both occasions for my items to arrive, but this was as expected and thus not really a problem. I also only have good things to say about their customer service, as on both occasions they inquired if everything was alright with my order.

Tip for consumers:
Don't just order the first thing you come across, actually take your time to look at the product information to avoid wrong sizing.
