GH knows they have problems with merchandise and shipping and continues to ignore the problem. When purchasing an item the site said the item would be shipped on June 16. However, after paying etc, the confirmation said it would not even ship until July 8! Speaking to customer service confirmed this is a recurring issue they choose to ignore. In this day and age, transparency and the willingness to work with customers should be a foundational pillar for a company. Not here! Give us your money and we don't care if you are satisfied.

I have used GH many times but will most likely not use again. Using their shipping labels i returned a dress x2 for sizing reasons. I didnt get a tracking number. After 6 weeks of waiting for a refund ive been told it just never arrived. I suggested since it was same dress twice returned that maybe it was processed as one, even though it was 2 weeks apart. No refund. No apparent concern on their part. Basically told that i am out of luck and out $100. Won't make this mistake again!

I ordered from Garnet Hill and THEN read the reviews on this site. I am glad I did it in that order or I would have missed out on the most exquisitely soft and beautiful flannel bedding I have ever had the pleasure to touch. I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. I ordered and within 5 days received my shipment except for one item that I knew at time of ordering would be delayed. The rest arrived promptly and had a return label right inside, which I immediately threw away. Seriously, these are the kind of flannel sheets that are thick and brushed on both sides. They are extremely high quality. They will wear beautifully just like other high quality sheets, getting even better with age. They are in the washing machine right now and I can't WAIT to put them on the bed tonight. The colors and patterns are absolutely gorgeous. Don't go by the negative reviews. These sheets are amazing!

I have experienced this several times with Garnet Hill... you make a purchase but have to return it. Even if you return it to UPS that very day, you won't see your money credited back for at least 2 to 3 weeks, nor will you be notified of the status of the order. It cannot be found on the website. Also, their shipping is too high, especially for returns unless it is an exchange. I'm going to avoid dealing with Garner Hill from now on.

Rudest customer service EVER in my life!
December 12, 2022

12 days before Christmas and my order hasn't even left the warehouse. I ordered in November. I wrote 3 days ago,no reply so I called today.I simply asked for a shipping date as it's been 14 days, the kid was sooo rude, told me it's at he warehouse and there is nothing else he could help me with. He said I'm not sorry, but I will apologize on behalf of garnet hill. He said I'm not going to the warehouse for you, I asked him why he was so mean and he told me to call back and tell some one else what a jerk they were. I never called him a jerk and was very polite. His insults kept on coming and then he hung up on me. I still haven't heard from my email 3 days now 4 ago. I paid for shipping and now I will have to pay for return as this will not arrive in time for me to mail the gift. Worst experience ever.

The catalog arrives in the mail announcing big savings, you sign in to your account to begin shopping, your favorite items are either "no longer available, will not ship to your current location or simply, something went wrong" suffice it to say, Garnet Hill is hoping you will buy something anyway and forget about the savings. I give up on them. I have tried three times.

I've found their products--shoes, bedding, etc. to be very good. I've never had a problem with an order, ever. I've returned items without hassle or problems. Wildly surprised by the miserable reviews here.

Customer service! Customer service! Treated me very rudely! And I tried to stop an order that I placed day before still hasn't been shipped yet they turned around and said it's been processed! And she repeated it very loudly! Meaning you can't do nothing now I've never been so insulted they were rude and I won't shop there anymore after this. And believe me they will get their stuff back. I'm going to complain to everybody who listen. Few things I ordered the quality has gone downhill extremely well last two cardigans I bought cashmere made in China so insulted by the quality of this stuff.

Wow! I give this company zero stars. Customer Service is basically a JOKE and non- existent! If you get what you want and like it no problem but if you need to return something for any particular reason. Well good luck with that. There is absolutely no communication with this company at all. I returned two dresses and almost 2 weeks later, I have heard nothing from the company and no credit yet. After trying two weeks to finally reach someone at customer service, the phone rings and rings and rings. And then you are on hold forever. Neither customer service associate could even answer any of my questions, I heard excuses that the system was down and they just don't have that information on them and there's no one that can answer my questions. Poor poor excuses! I finally got someone today that did admit they got the dresses and that an invoice was made for my credit although I have not seen it yet, I will wait the 5 to 7 business days and call back if I don't see it. I will never order from this company again! Please please think about it before you make the same mistake!

While I love the cashmere products from Garnet Hill, their shipping charges are ridiculous since you also have to pay for returns. I won't order from them anymore after speaking to two very nasty customer service agents that could not explain to me why my refund amount was different than what I was charged. It's ridiculous that a company that sells shoes charges you when they don't fit. On one order, I had a coupon for free shipping that I couldn't find at the time I placed the order. Within 10 minutes of ordering, I called customer service and was shunted off to India, where I was assured that I would get free shipping. Not only did they not honor my coupon code (which, by the way, they sent to me), when I speak to customer service, they very testily tell me that they don't honor coupons during winter sales. Horrible customer service and I will find my cashmere elsewhere!
