I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.
This is the second time I have used Gazelle. The first time I sold back a couple of iPhone 5's. I just sold my 6s. Gazelle is what they advertise, and they are great to work with. Got the envelope quickly, and the check came pretty quick as well. Take care of your phone, and sell it back... quickly. And use these folks. I highly recommend!
Had used them once before and was happy. Tried to use them again with my iPhone 7+. Sent it in... They Said it was broken... would not turn on and that it had "more significant scratches than expected". Additionally, they said it was an unlocked phone. Offered a price 43% less than original offer. I Did not accept new offer and asked them to return phone to me. Glad I did! Got it back and immediately turned it on... worked perfectly. Not a scratch on it. And it is locked to AT&T as I originally told them. This is a bate and switch. BEWARE!
I just sent them my iPhone 5 in near perfect condition and they emailed me and told me it had a crack in the back. It didn't when I sent it to them! They have ripped me off! They must have cracked it themselves and didn't take responsibility. This is called stealing and I'm so incredibly angry.
I sent my S8+ to them in the box with the user manual, power adapter, power cord and sim key. Basically, everything that i had when I originally purchased it. Gazelle would not buy the phone, which is totally OK. However they only sent me back the phone in a plastic sleeve and kept everything else. I find this so hard to believe that they would arbitrarily just not send these things back. I went to their site to let them know that they left these things out, and they had deleted my account from the site. It said said my account did not exist when I tried to login. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They appear to have no sense of ethics, or professionalism.
Gazelle could not have made this process any easier! Since my last experience with them was good I came back with my iPhone and iPad. The process was even easier this time and I received my payment quickly. Great company to deal with.
Gazelle is quick and easy, with very fair prices! They make an offer to you and they do not look for ways to get out of their offer, they make an offer and hold to it. Turn-around time was very fast, and the check arrived just as quickly! Thank you!
I've sold several used phones to Gazelle in the past few years, and have always found the process to be super easy. The shipment box arrives quickly, they process the phones, and payments arrive without delay.
I received a quote for both a mini-Pad and an IPad. They stood behind the quote for the IPad but said the mini-Pad was scratch and so only gave half of what was quoted. I know the mini-Pad was not scratch as it had been in a case from the day it was purchased. Also, they knew I had two items to send them and the only provide one box with padding to protect one device. Very disappointed in this transaction.
Sent in my flawless iPhone 7 and got back a message saying its not flawless and its not Verizon so we are lowering your payment. I knew better, so I said just send it back. It comes back in a Ziploc bag after I sent it in the original mint condition Apple box. And they stole my Sim card out of the phone and didnt put it back. And after examining the phone it is totally flawless, not a scratch anywhere. So clearly these guys are either incompetent or dishonest, but I wont be dealing with them again. Ended up selling the phone locally for way more. Dont use Gazelle.
We have bought and sold 2 I phones, and sold an I pad. Our transactions were really easy and the products that we bought were very good. When we needed some tech help, we received prompt and knowledgeable service. We recommend Gazelle and will use them again.
My husband and I sold our iPhone 7 phones to Gazelle and the entire process was so simple and took place smoothly. Next time I have my old phone to sell I know the right place to come back to! Keep up the good work, Gazelle team!
My cell phone broke randomly and I was stuck paying it off/buying a new one. I was so annoyed. The sales man told me about Gazelle. They paid for my old phone and three installment payments worth of my phone. It's so easy, it's dumb not to sell your old phones! Do it!
I had two iphones I wanted to get rid of so like everyone else googled and came across Gazelle. I did a price quote and requested a box and off the phones went. Here is where things got a little weird. The first iphone came back with a better offer ( woohoo) and the check was receive pretty quick. The second was the a HUGE mess. They emailed me saying the IMEI was stolen or lost? Weird since I never lost that phone. Later to find out it was a different device! I called twice to get to the bottom. No emails after that or follow up. Called and they said now it was determined to be unusable? That phone may need a new screen but thats about it. I asked for the device to be sent back, but not even sure it will be the one i sent in! This company needs to get organized. These are peoples personal devices. Not okay.
I had an iPhone 6s that was in near perfect condition. I used it for only a year and it had no scratches that I could see. They offered me $45 but then after receiving my phone they claimed it had scratches and was only worth $1. I think they try to rip off their customers by offering nothing in hopes that they just accept it to avoid further hassle.
I sent my pristine Iphone in and at first they said I had Find my Iphone on. I knew i didn't so i called them to have them recheck. After that they were claiming the device was scratched and not unlocked when it had no scratches and was in fact unlocked. I am waiting for it to be returned and I am glad I took pictures of it ahead of time and can confirm the phone condition and IMEI. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company.
Don't deal with this website. First anything they write on the website about what will happen if you purchase is bulls. You have no idea how long shipping will take (5 days and counting since I purchased and they took out of my account the funds) and you will have to call over and over and over to get anyone to answer the phone. If you chat they will give you the standard answers and then nothing will change. Lord help me if they ever do send the Iphone 6 I order since I no longer have faith that it will be a working phone. Going into 6th day and I still have no idea when or if the phone is comjing.
I submitted my phone and was offered $40. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email saying Gazelle was giving me more since they thought my phone was in better condition than I had. That is integrity.
Their entire business model is based on bait and switch.
They bait you with the offer for your device, only to receive it and switch the offer (always lower).
Run away and look elsewhere to sell your devices.
Gazelle was quick in sending me my money for my phone. While I wish I had listed my phone higher since it had virtually no scratches even though it was used, overall the experience was painless and seamless.
This company is full of crap and bs and might I add thieves to the review. I turned in 4 of my devices and followed every prompt I was instructed to follow INCLUDING removing the devices out of my iCloud. It was 5-6 plus months before I heard anything back about them. I had to pretty much harass this company to get some type of information just for them to say they don't have my box and couldn't pull up the information that THEY THEMSELVES GAVE ME TO PUT ON THE BOX FOR SHIPPING MY DEVICES and then had me go around the ringer to contact phone companies to retrieve the information needed concerning these devices and it's a brand new year and what do you know I still don't have my devices and or my money for turning them in. I would HIGHLY recommend that this company go straight to hell stop stealing from common working people just to fill up their inventory.
Tip for consumers:
A law suit would be great for this company. Maybe they’ll straighten up
Products used:
None since your company stole all 4 of my devices
Gazelle does good with processing the device and getting the inspection done is quick but shipping of payment is very slow and the tracking email shows nothing. I'm still waiting on my payment and what i get from my email my payment was sent on 2/7/18 and it's been 10 days and still waiting. I don't like giving my review until I received everything but I keep receiving emails for a review so.
I have purchased my last phone from Gazelle. I had no problems with the previous 2 phones purchased from them. This last one had problems with the charger. I have sent 2 e-mails to their customer service and haven't heard a word back from them. This was 1 month ago.
I have used Gazelle for nine Apple products that I have sold. It is Simple efficient and easy to trade in old electronics. It isn't always the highest price but it is near the top and since I know the system works well I have used it over and over.
I sent a flawless I phone 4 Gs in which was always in a case and not a scratch on it. They gave me a price quote of 90.00. They make it very easy to send in. That was great. They inspected it and offered a price of 20 dollars. A joke. They will turn around and sell it for at least 200. Do yourself a favor and sell on eBay or Craig's list.
I recently received an off for my phone from Gazelle of $371 for my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, the phone was 1 month old and in excellent condition since it was placed in a protective case since day 1. The phone was never dropped and had not damage or scratches. We switched carriers and received new phones so we no longer needed this one. Gazelle received the phone and sent me an email stating my offer had been alerted as the phone had surface scratches(?). $171 was the new offer! I requested Gazelle return my phone as I fell they bait and switch their potential customers, thinking that most will just say what the hell and take the new offer. I find it interesting that I found a Used phone, on Gazelle's web site, same as our model on sale (used) for $668! I would recommend you avoid using this company when trying to trade in a device, explore other options.
