Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

Thank God I only bought $34 worth of drone parts last November 2016, they have been making excuses why it is delayed. All of them lies. The tracking site they give you apparently is also theirs.

Its a scam folks, i was a victim, i truly hope you don't become one

Don't buy from them, they don't have items in stock and lie about shipping time, they even provide you with a dummy tracking number if they need to gain sometime while they figure out where to get the items from. In my case after a month I'm still chasing them to get the item I paid for, good thing I used PayPal so can file a claim against them. This is a very dishonest company, avoid at all costs.

Placed an order for honor note 10.
Showed 490 units in stock.
Chose the 3 day dhl shipping.
Then found out item is not in stock.
Payment was processed and confirmed.
It has been 10 days. Nobody is responding.
Then the online chat team cancelled my order over a chat that disconnected midway.
Losing my mind.
Very very unprofessional people.

I purchased my tv box from geekbuying because it was $10 less than Ebay. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive, it did not work. I went back and forth with geekbuying about the issue. They just kept saying "Don't worry, it will work" and gave fake trouble shooting guides. After 2 weeks of the run around they emailed me. They said we will give you $30 of the $50 because it would cost them too much to return it to China. They actually stole $20 from and admit it and said go ahead tell your bank we defrauded you, we don't care. I have all the emails to prove this. They are a complete SCAM! Don't buy!

I bought a home camera from Geekbuying in the last month, but it turned out to be faulty. Even though, the customer care handled the situation perfectly, so kudos to them for being kind and understanding, I could not be more satisfied.

I don't normally write reviews but this one was too much. geekbuying.com sent me a defective item. I wrote them to let them know it was defective and included pictures and video. Although their return policy indicates that the consumer will only pay for shipping if the return was their fault, they were unwilling to provide the full refund for the defective item until i returned the item to china (which cost more than the item itself). I finally needed to file a fraud dispute with my credit card company so that I could get a refund for the defective item.

After taking an order with all relevant credit card requirements, another email was sent asking for copies of both sides of my credit card, identification card or passport. Way too much information to share over the internet!

I purchased smart watch from geekbuying.com on pre order with shipping within 2 days, then they extended pre-orders and delayed shipping by 8 days, then again by 18 days.
They already dropped price from 169.99 to 164.99 and my order has not been shipped yet (and not expecting for another 20-30 days)

I with I had read reviews about them before placing order.
Stay away from this and try other sellers even if price is a bit more.

I also wrote a review on geekbuying.com for that product but they are not displaying it.

I have bought a phone from them in November 2016, now buying again. The phone was shipped in time and the quality was perfect. Nothing to be afraid of.

Pros: honest trustworthy people to shop with. Flexible payment methods. I paid in two parts for a phone because of my bank limit.

Cons: slow in responding to emails, but wait for their answer, takes about 2 days or less if you are lucky. Holiday season is slow for response.

Just catch them on live chat, it takes about 10-15 mins for a person to come online and chat, less if you are lucky. Discuss and clarify your doubts in detail, ask about product availability and they will give you an honest answer as to when it would be in stock for shipment. They keep their word, just because we are impatient and due to our expectations we get frustrated but overall they do keep their word if they say it.

Recently I had to upgrade my order of a purchase to a higher model soon after I had made an initial order. I was apprehensive of the possible hassle that it might incur considering the many unpleasant anecdotal stories about online shopping. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise, however, with Jessica of Geekbuying. She responded to me really quick and was entirely positive and helpful. It ended up without a hitch, and I was absolutely impressed by her.

Now waiting for the shipment of my pre-order.

Everything worked fast and professionally. Unlike some comments that I read every time i used the online chat they replied to me immediately being 100% helpful. My order was processed in 24 hours plus they responded to my emails the same day. I totally recommend.

I purchased several products at very good prices, and reasonable delivery time.
When I needed the help of the customer service, especially canceling an order (which is not trivial in most shopping sites) i got a decent and efficient fast service.

Because items ordered are overseas it does take awhile to receive. Packages are nicely secured and they were even able to refund me the difference when asked if they happen to lower the price of an item. Highly recommended online retailer.

I ordered lots of items on Geekbuying and more recently expensive electronic items.
Never had any issue. Customer service is very professional too! (thank you Shirley)
You can only judged a good service when something goes wrong. I ordered the wrong item from China but it was too late to cancel (my mistake). My order ******* arrived as expected and I was able to get a refund without having to ship it back to China and avoid complex custom declarations. Geekbuying allowed me to ship it to their new Polish warehouse, much easier for a European customer.

I am very satisfied customer and I recommend everyone to give it a try.

I was able to buy a fan at a good price. Unfortunately, the battery was defective. The support team reacted very quickly and offered to send me a new battery and replacement instructions. That way I didn't have to send anything back, easier and more sustainable - and geekbuying saves money too. Win - Win! It's nice when friendliness and flexibility come together! Communication as it's best!

The first time I made an order on this site, a very large selection of products at low prices, the payment was confirmed very quickly (2 days), the support service works quickly, the seller gets in touch and answers all questions. I purchased Jumper laptop on 29 April 2017 and shipped on 3 May 2017. I have been following up my parcel via email to the Geekbuying. They respond within 24 hours. I appreciated there quick response. Until 14 August 2017, it was confirmed by local post office manager the parcel has not arrived and I shared the case to Geekbuying. Within 24 hours, I received email of refund. Thank you for good customer care

Updated from one star. Initially I was very disappointed because I paid for 3-5 day express delivery, and it had not been even packed 5 days later. I tried their on-line chat tool and was told there was "nothing" that could be done to expedite the order. I decided to cancel, and I was surprised that the chat agent didn't seem to care. However, after leaving a negative review here, I was contacted by support and they offered to ship my item immediately. I offered to improve my review, they did NOT insist that I do. Therefor, I've upgraded the review to a 4 star experience. I wish the initial delay had not occurred, but I am very happy with the ultimate resolution. They made it right.

I ordered a US$ 720 computer 2 weeks ago. They declined my credit card payment, but charge me. Still waiting for the refund, but merchant seems to do nothing and my bank confirm that they didn't cancel the payment authorisation...

Geekbuying sent incorrect handset. They requested I return the handset but had to follow their instructions which I was not comfortable with. You are forced to follow their instructions even if there is a risk it will not work. As expected, the return deliver failed and was I am now forced to go and collect from courier. I always believed the return delivery would fail or I will lose out but had no choice. They know how to play the system and force customers into giving up returning items.
If, and I say if, you are sent the incorrect item you will loose out. The financial cost is with you if the purchase goes wrong. They push the cost of mistakes onto customers. Avoid them at all costs unless you are willing to take that hit.

I ordered a phone and It's been 24 days since they shipped the product from their warehouse, I've no clue why the phone hasn't arrived in my country yet! I tried to call them, their Service Manager's number says, "this number is blocked for all the customers", why the hell does the number even exists then? Seems like i've made a HUGE mistake, never gonna buy again from Geekbuying, stay away.

I did not receive my product because there was no stock! But I have to say that the attention was perfect! The response to all my emails very quickly and totally honest with me. Refund as expected. Very good work, Corinne and Jessica. Keep working like this.

They put items on pre-sale and then they keep your money and never send you the products you bought, even after they are in stock so that they can charge you full price.
Plus, they tried to bribe me into writing a 5 star review before even sending me the phone. They also ask for your passport and picture of credit card.
I will never even think of buying there again.
