Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

I used a wrong coupon code for buying a tronsmart mega bluetooth speaker. After the payment was done, I contacted the customer support of geekbuying for cancelling this order and and a refund. This went very fast. Thank you for the fast follow-up of this case!

Scam, avoid. I recently purchased a phone from them, it arrived 1 month later, through another mail company that i didn't chose in the first place.
The phone arrived in pierced box, dirty screen (even without the plastic protector) and with a broken lens.

They do not reply to my emails and there is nobody I can contact on the phone.
There are plenty of other companies from HK and China you can import good from, and this is definitely not one of them.

I insist, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought a few times from geekbuying.com, and it was a very good experience overall. You can choose from a variety of electronic devices at a very good price. YOu have a lot of delivery options as well as payment methods. They have a excelent customer service. Advice: pay a little extra and get a registred shipping/airmail. It will be worth your investment.

I ordered a Smartphone and unfortunately did not see that it was just a preorder. As I need my new Smartphone as soon as possible I tried to cancel my order. I wrote 3 emails till now, the first one just a few hours after my order. On their Website they write that its possible to cancel orders in an early stage. The preorder is shipping in 10 days from now. I think that is the definition of an early stage. A reliable online shop would let me cancel my order no questions ask. At least a reply from their customer service would be nice. (Order Number #*******)

Edit: in the end cancellation was possible, response of costumer service was quite slow though.

On 15/9/2017 I ordered a Leeco le max 2 from Geekbuyıng. After about a month he came and worked normally. After twenty days, the fingerprint sensor did not work. After about 2 days the mobile did not open at all. I 'm overwhelmed for the store and send it to China on 23/11/2017, and then my suffering starts. In my emails they answer every 20 days, and they tell me different reasons that you are still making. I have opened a case to paypal but they have rejected it because they have been told they are still being repaired. They do it on purpose so we can avoid the paypal claim. 20 days ago they sent me a mail address to send the mobile. I give them the address and only my yesterday they say they want a google account to see it and repair it...! My mobile has it for over 4 months and the worst is that they are delayed in the mails (15-20 days a response). Do not buy from them, They are not professionals.

Brought a phone Dec 13th, which Geekbuying informed me they could no longer fulfill. Did not refund money had to be pursued through PayPal. Company did not respond to My or PayPal communication. 3 weeks to get money refunded via PayPal. Daughter without Xmas present as money not refunded till 31st Dec

I ordered some smartphones and the problem is that, after i ordered them the tracking number came to me after 1 month. They shipped my item after 1 month.

And yet they still did not ship me 3 smartphones, although i paid for them in 30 January.
I have no answer from them

This is the first time I have ordered on Geekbuying and I am fully satisfied and impressed. Thank you for the fast delivery and for the respectful and rapid support when your team emailed me. I am now a happy new user of a smartphone. Minor suggestion about the shipping: the smartphone was delivered in a large envelope, no case as expected, but the item wasn't broken.
As to the smartphone purchased, it fits the description and I am thrillled, unboxing has been fine so far, I think I will need time to adjust to Xiaomi smartphone, I used to have an IPhone. However, on Amazon.fr, it is much cheaper and I can't understand that even with the friendly coupon and the free shipment, it is still more expensive on Geekbuying, but the successful experience with your business is worth it. Purchased item was out of stock. I canceled the order, and they promised to refund. After a month, they have some bank problem and can not refund in my bank account, they asked for paypal account and refund the money after a day.

Found a pair of QCY T1 Pro earbuds at the cheapest rate, then the price reduced after my order for which they even gave me a partial refund. The customer support was excellent and shipped and delivered to India in two weeks.

I have a problem with my tablet (regular 1 month use of teclast T10) and the after sales service's terrible! They don't read your emails and ask you what you have allready sent... Two weeks of emails and no solution yet... Order from Spain and they want me to send it to China on my own expenses... My advice? Don't buy from them!

I purchased a Black view bv9500 rugged phone two days ago and had it shipped to the USA, paid $1.89 to ship and received it today. Very happy with the phone and. Very impressed with the very fast shipping to the US. I recommend them if your. Looking for a great price and very fast shipping to the US!

I placed a wrong order and had to cancel it right after I ordered. I sent and e-mail to *******@geekbuying.com and they answered me the same day and arranged everything. Now I'll get a refund within 48h. I'm really happy with the quick help they provided

They are very soothing, never compensating, besides its a lengthy ordeal of getting the problem solved, probably our only savior is PAYPAL for losses. Theese people dont even bother to check the quality of items before they send and your instructions and notes will only find a dustbin.

If you choose to buy from Geekbuying, know that you are rolling a dice! If your device malfunctions, their "warranty" is a joke and the biggest waste of time! I bought a laptop from Geekbuying and about a month later the SSD died. After two weeks of back and forth, Geekbuying told me that I should contact the seller of the SSD (which of course is GEEKBUYING!). Its clear to me that they just don't want to honor their own warranty, so my advice to anyone is to tread carefully and don't even consider the warranty in your decision to purchase. I'm going to end up replacing the SSD myself, which is ridiculous to be honest!

I ordered a viomi vacuum cleaner from them and after a few months we broke the charger by an accident. I wrote an email to the customer service because i couldnt order the charger seperately from anywhere. They immediately answered and sent me a new charger for FREE! I will choose them in the future as well!

I ordered an android TV box and it was shipped fast to the Netherlands, like in 2 weeks I received it and the biggest delay was from our local customs.
Unfortunately the TV box did not behave correctly, the customer service from geekbuying did an great job solving this problem.

After my purchase, Grace contact me to comunicate me that they doesn't have stock of my product and offer me different options to solve this.
Finally I cancel a part of my order and Grace processed the refound very fast.

When ordering, there was damage to the packaging and the item. On service_aftersale, responsiveness, friendliness, solving the problem and the speed of solving the problem, 5 stars out of 5 possible, although they deserve 10. My first order from them, but certainly not the last! I recommend Geeksbuying 100%! Good work! ;)

As I received my long wished walkingpad R1 Pro, I was thrilled, which continued for about 8 days. Then suddenly I hear a load nice, and the walkingpad stopped working instantly!
It was devastating but not the real drama. This came after this with the service of geekbying.
On the same day of the (of the sudden breakdown) I wrote to the customer-service of geekbying. While I got fast replies (24h), I was then waiting to send a new walkingpad R1 Pro. One month later I got a visibly defect piece of electronic, no instruction to it, no information about the warranty after the manual repair and I even had to guess, that this belongs to the walkingpad R1 Pro and is coming form geekbying!
Me - directly documenting everything with photos and writing a straightforward e-mail about this all.
I have not been answered my questions, which is already another 8 weeks since.
So my sum-up is:
Lovely walking experience when the product is working and an entirely unhelpful customer-service overall!

Tip for consumers:
Think well before buying anything at geekbuying that might break.

Scammers and liars! They take your money upfront and do not delivery the service which you paid for! Their costumer service is useless and they only tell you what you want to hear but in reality they just do not care! Worst online webshop ever!
