Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

Scammers and liars! They take your money upfront and do not delivery the service which you paid for! Their costumer service is useless and they only tell you what you want to hear but in reality they just do not care! Worst online webshop ever!

I had exactly the same problem with MAI W. Perhaps is a regular trick of this company. They just get a tracking code but dont send something. And after this they try to not refund you with lies. Professional scammers.

Avoid them at any cost.

I bought the LeEco Le Max 2 phone on this website and it arrived quickly, surprising as shipping only cost a couple of euro. The charger for my phone wasn't working so I bought a new one and contacting Geek Buying to request a new charger. Instead, they apologised and refunded me for the cost of the charger I had to buy, which was fine with me. Overall I was happy with the site and will probably use it again

Purchased Teclast notebook was dead on arrival (keyboard work, lights on, but black screen). Nothing helps (bios unplug etc), fortunatelly it tooks only few days to clear situation with aftersale service. After we send back product, Geekbuying fully refund + reimburse $30 for extra expenses of shipping back. It was absolutely correct! Thank you again! I recommended strongly Geekbuying, especially for expensive items.

After an awful experience at gearbest.com i tried geekbuying which had some bad reviews I found later. But I got the equipment (cube iwork10) and all worked well.
Get the shipping insurance, as it's cheap and that tends to make sure things work out better in past experiences with out of country importing.
There was a slight delay that they informed me of albeit without details of exactly how long. It turned out to be a couple days.
I used the wxpedited shipping and DHL got the package here fast, 3business days, seriously! I was amazed.
The product was wrapped in foam for extra protection, (maybe because I got the shipping insurance? Maybe that's there standard way.)
That gave me a good feeling about these guys.
The reason not a 5 are due to the delay when coupled with no approx of time.

However YMMV, 1 shipment does not make a pattern but good prices and this transaction worked out.

Purchased a Xiaomi Petbit and received a counterfeit PetBiz item that doesn't even use the same technology (and requires an additional subscription to even activate). Despite providing evidence that the item received does not match the description and images in their listing, Geekbuying remained unhelpful and refused to even consider a full refund unless I pay the shipping fee to return their counterfeit product (I offered to return the product if they cover the shipping fee since sending the fraudulent product is their mistake, not mine). They remain unashamed of their deception.

Newer more buy by Geekbuing! After 14 they say, send back new smartphone on my cost and interesant i pay return local service by buying. 10 new cost for me and i dont now, if i became a new smartphone or refund money!
Never more Geekbuying! Bad experience. I buy the smartphone because i need it imeditaly, not to wait two month on new one!

6 months ago I bought a meizu m3s, after failing the fingerprint sensor and the screen contact the aftersale support, after sending them 2 videos with the problem they requested to send it to repair, I sent it and they it returned correctly repaired, it has taken About 2 months but the wait to be worth it.

I returned something to them that was faulty, they keep delaying the refund as they are "Waiting to hear from their warehouse". I provided proof that the item had been received (thank God I sent it by Recorded Delivery), they still won't give me my money. They now say I have to wait 7-14 business days for my refund to appear in my bank. That's strange, THEY HAVEN'T GOT MY BANK DETAILS! Work that one out. I would like to send a message to their Managing Director, anyone know his email address?

First order, I didn't have any problem and I received the product I ordered normally.
But for the 2nd order I have never received the products. After many emails to explain the situation and after giving the proof (of my local post) that they weren't able to locate the parcel, I was starting to lose patience.
However, Jennifer was very understanding and helpful and she agrees to make a refund of the products at the end. Thank you Jennifer for all your help and understanding.
I didn't give 5 stars just because it took sometime ( about 7 months to be refunded) but as soon as Jennifer deals with this matter, she did the right thing to do. Thanks a lot Jennifer and thanks GeekBuying for your products.

Very nice and roboust scooter. Good speed and easy parameters with app. The only problem is if you need to go up - it loses power if more than 10% climb. For aflat city is ok. For the price is very good.

I payed for a phone, two cases and two screen protective films. I didnt received the accessories i have bought at all. More then that, instead of receiving a new phone, in worth of 78 USD as i have payed, i have got a renews phone, with a receipt of 30 USD. After i have complained they said that they sent the accessories in another package. Come on... it didnt came anyhow. About the phone, they say it is not a receipt, but they are signed on the paper that this is the price. I suppose they made a mistake and sent me another person's package (there was another order number too). I have asked my money back, and the refused, although i said i will sent their phone, though they will need to pay for the shipment. I think that they are not relabel, and will recommend not to buy from them. Beware!

I've reached out to the vendor the day I received it. No word. Next day, reached out to geekbuying after sales support. No response.

1. From power on, to the windows login is almost 50 seconds. Maybe I can take that, but the fact that the screen is blank for more than 30 seconds is bad. I tried to reset windows but after a long wait it complains it cannot reset the system.

2. I want to enter bios setup, but if I press escape or any of the function keys after powering on, nothing happens, just blank empty screen. And it's indefinite.

Advertised unit with a 2.0MP camera but you will get the cheaper, older, and inferior 0.3MP unit. Customer service will then provide you with the bull $#*! that it's a "2.0MP camera, but with wifi, it's 0.3MP". They will then force you to pay for return shipping to China, contrary to their own "return policy", to discourage you from seeking refund. Complete bait and switch fraud.

My first time shopping in geekbuying and is proven to be fantastic experience.

Delivery took sometimes using registered Airmail but I switched from Mobile site to full site and discover a very nice express shipping using TNT EXPRESS to south Africa for just 12 USD. I chose it and to my greatest surprise the package was delivered in perfectly wrapped parcel for 3 working days, no tax, no custom duty.

Again I had a problem with first Bluetooth speaker I ordered, I made I short video to show them. Through contacting the company Tronsmart and geekbuying, they offered me full refund.

I will really continue shopping in this online store until something otherwise happens which I highly doubt.

I had ordered 1 phone on Monday and then on Tuesday I canceled the order and placed an order for another phone the same day. As one of my orders are being refunded a few days later I learn of a new phone coming out in two weeks. So I end up contacting Geekbuying and requesting cancelation due to a newer model and they promptly stopped the order and refunded that order as well. Please note that I am in the US and it takes a day to reply sometimes due to timezones. They are useful in identifying if the phone would be worth using as I am not a Chinese speaking individual. These phones are hard to get in the US and other sites sometimes don't have enough to go around. I am glad I found this site which seems to always be in stock.

I just bought some headphones (Meizu E51) and they were awesome!

I ordered a high end TV box and it is my first high end and not a single shipping update. Most of my TV boxes I paid under a hundred and thirty dollars and I will feel like a first class SUCKER I get ripped off and receive nothing. All my TV boxes before I ordered off ebay. They also were shipped from China but the ebay vendor always would keep the shipping info up to date and I received my orders a lot sooner. Back to eBay for me I learned my lesson. Perhaps there is a sucker born everyday but never thought it would be me.

Beware of GeekBuying. In November 2017 I purchased what was supposed to be a new gimble (stabilizer) for my GoPro. The product arrived and was obviously a repackage and it contained a defective battery. I returned the package and received the below email that I would be refunded but have yet to see that refund and the company is no longer responding to my inquiries. Geekbuying will scam you!

They shipping late, u will pay always customs.
Support is always full and u will receive response after long time even message what looks like from automat machine.

But that is just beginning. After u will pay all taxes and after 30 days u will receive package, there is big chance u will get defective or broken item with some scratches. So what if its happened to you?
So, there isnt many chances u will get something, if u dont live in china, cause u must pay shipping back and if u will select repaired phone, so expect about 30 dollars for 90 dollars customs and u will be still lucky if that phone will last atleast a week.

2 phones from 2 orders was defective or with some little issues.

I warning you. Dont buy anything from them.
They are begging for reviews. 90% or even more reviews are fake here!

I ordered on 16 of July and received the item on 17 of August... Very fast delivery and am very happy.
The scooter is very fast and easy to use, it makes 30km/h and so powerful motor if you want to use the electric scooter for the all day with charging it, I advise you to order the ninebot max g30p.

I recently made a purchase from Geekbuying.com for a CW******* 128GB USB Flash Drive and when I viewed the site the following day the price on the item I had purchase had dropped. I enquired if it was possible for Geekbuying to refund the difference between what I had paid and the new advertised price posted less than 24hrs later and they agreed to do so.
