Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

After a long chat with many requests a real professional, Simon, made me want to write a review right here.
An effective and really polite gentleman answered patiently all of my questions ain a way I felt safe enough to want to order everything I need in many categories from Geekbuying, and I WILL...!
I am glad I had the chance to work with Geekbuying since I am sure of my orders to be on my hands in time and with the best care they could have. The care these Pro's over there know how to offer to their clients!

This is the first review I've ever written... I am so disappointed with the level of service that GeekBuying provided.

I think we're all programmed to think that if PayPal acknowledges a business that it's a safe place to make a purchase... That is absolutely false, and both parties should be reprimanded.

I recently purchased a tablet PC from GeekBuying, or tried to anyway. After submitting over 10 emails, countless phone calls and instant message requests, no resolution was found. I was only looking for some type of confirmation or update on the purchase I made.

After finally making contact with their service team, I was told the order would be canceled and refunded... That was a complete lie.

DO NOT BUY FROM GEEKBUYING. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM GEEKBUYING.

What a completely terrible online retailer. Like I said, this is the first review I've ever written. I am so mad right now, and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I am totally satisfied with the willingness and the attitude of the guys involved in the execution of the orders and the ones handling the aftersale matters. It is a trustworthy business and it is always a pleasure to do business with them. Keep the standards high guys!

Order sent exact as described, quick shipment even it was with regular mail, well packed.

Here you have authentic products, amazing prices.
The service is very good!
I totally recommend this site. I live in Portugal and when the orders come from Spain it takes only 2 days to get home.

Don't even think about buying anything form them. The service is such garbage you will never see your package despite how much you pay for expedited shipping.

The communication with them has been a completely waste of time. Do not use this website in order to buy any product! They only care about money. PayPal has helped me a lot.

They asked for sensitive ID information (they explicitly mentioned passport) to "process orders" using broken languages. Most likely a fake chinese website -- stay out of it

I interchanged 4 emails with them according an shipment address change due to an extra fare for a "Remote area".

In less than 2 days everything was solved and they prior my shipment.:-)

Smart watch stop functioning, but customer support did great work after contacted them, sent video and photo proof and order number. Got 50% refund. Thank you!

I bought mobile phone on Geekbuyin web store, but i misread particulars and phone was not ussable for my country. Mr. Phice, Customer Service Representative offered return and refund so I sent back the phone to EU warehouse and on my surprise after few days I received fulll amount on my account.
Thank to Geekbuying staff for quick response and quick solution to my case. I bought there some other item and never had any problem with quality and service. Once again five stars for above mentioned company and staff.

I ordered small quad part good thing it was only $25... They claim to have shipped the item 32 days after they got my money! I started asking about where the product was about 40 days. The tracking info they provide only shows its in transit. And is been the same to this date...

I have asked for them politely at first to give me further detail where the package is they start out nice saying its on its way be patient. Been asking for refund over last 65 days and they asking me to go to my post office to get a stamp that shows that my post office is launching investigation!. WTF?
They dont treat you like a valued customer... Not sure why Paypal does not do more to prevent them from using that service. That would be a good indicator.

YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND NOT END UP WITH PRODUCT!

Have had an incredibly difficult time trying to contact their support system. I've ordered a cell phone 3 months ago in November and have yet to receive the product now at the end of January, I've contacted their support team to which they've insisted it has been delivered according to their end and that I should make a claim, I took their shipping number to several local post offices that say they cannot use the shipping number due to it's unusual format including USPS and UPS, after messaging them back for another tracking number or a post office that I can contact I receive no response because I believe the customer service representative can't understand my English. I just recently sent a message saying "hello" in order to get a response and they responded "yes" Although this is hilarious it's incredibly inconvenient.

I bought One plus 3, which turned out to be refurbished although they assured me that the brand was new. In addition, the phone does not want to turn on or recharge at all. I feel cheated.

I ordered a Android TV Box on August 6, today is August 24, have not got it yet, 1st they responded to my email saying be Patient, but then they even did not sent me anything, luckily I paid through PayPal and I made a dispute and I will get money back, these people are con artist.

This was the first time I bought from Geekbuying... Two Funry switches and a Xiaofang camera. All arrived in time. Unfortunately, the camera does not work properly... The webshop has helped solve the problem. Finally, unfortunately, this did not succeed, but this is not their fault. I was all satisfied with everything. I can recommend the shop.

So, I ordered my phone 3 weeks ago and it says on their website that it takes 2-7 days for shipping then 3-5 with DHL yet my phone is still sat in Hong Kong I would not recommend using this website unless you want to wait nearly a month for your product although you were told it would be delivered a week before.
