Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

Fast delivery and good services after sell. Price is good, lower than eBay, Amazon,& aliexpress.

More important, any questions or problems always be resolved quickly.

Trust them always!

We purchased a drone and accessories on December 26,2016 and Geekbuying stated they shipped the product on January 11,2017 which was false. They later tried giving us a DHL shipping number that did not exist and then after a full month of back and forth gave us a full refund with no explanation. You can not click on any of their links, their contact information is international as they are based out of China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!"

This is an edited post after the issue was resolved:

The reason I haven't put 4 or 5 stars is because I didn't actually buy anything. Also the reason I cancelled is because I freaked out about all the negative reviews.

I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X from the Geekbuying Spanish warehouse stock on Monday 27th Nov.

It took a while to process and so I cancelled my order. There was a bit of a delay in response, I think due to the timezones, but I received a full refund within 10 days. Everyone was very helpful.

Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere

The worst experience of my life when it comes to shopping online, a product I bought and never received, absolutely surreal, I bought in the black friday a xiaomi mi6, from November to December there were several delays while their service told me every week ''we will start the shipment next week '' something that was always a lie, when the day of shipment arrived in January (in January!) I was told that the shipment was stopped in Hong Kong for unknown reasons, this same thing happened again a second time in January, when they said they would return the money, "in order not to delay your order, the refund will be returned on 48 hours."? Do not return the money, send my product!

I will tell you really what i think have happened: they never had the product, so they dedicated themselves to entertain me with lies for 3 months, because otherwise there is no reason to return the money and not send me the product '' in order not to delay your order, the refund will be returned on 48 hours. '' shameful, this was a gift for my son, and have played with his illusion for 3 months. They decided on their own to return the money, without my being able to make my own decision, they just did not want to send me the product, and most annoying of all, they have screwed my black friday, because if I had known this I would have taken advantage of the prices of other websites, but now there is no way to go back to the past, as you can see I am angry for very different reasons, everything has been a grotesque and cumulative nonsense.

I want to share with all of you my problem, I bought a pair of phones, in 10/16/2017, now is 19/11/2017, have been more than a month, a paid DHL express shipping, and STILL WITHOUT BE SHIPPED OUT. I have all the transcriptions of chats with customer service with a repetitive excuse of "Will be shipped tomorrow, sorry for the delay"
I contacted them 5 days consecutive, same issue
My order number is *******
DON'T BUY in GEEKBUYING, I am a patient and honest buyer, and I can give any extra info about my affair with anyone with similar issue

I usually dont write reviews, but this time I felled I need to.
I ordered from Geekbuying few time and always the price, delivery and the item was exactly as they promise.
In my last order (Tvbox) I got a mail from the service tell me that they had a minor mistake describe the item in the site caused by the dealer of this item. The problem was really minor, the Tvbox stream Netflix app only on 1080P and not 4K as it mentioned in the site when I bought.
The service excused for the inconvenience and gave me some other option and a coupon as an apology.
For conclusion, personally i really satisfied from the site in general and from they service in particular.

This is the best webshop with the best service.
Make purchases in this shop for quite some time.
Prices are the best and respond questins immediately. Most of all i like from this shop is they solve problems quickly. That is why i buy all my smartphones from geekbuying.

Recently i had to cancel my order from 30. 10. 18 After 24 hours i became a answer from Jennifer Service and a e-mail from paypal: GEEKBUYING has paid you xxxx EUR for your purchase.

At Geegbuying i will buy again!

So I bought a new phone, using Geekbuying. The phone arrived with a broken screen. After 2 days of barely using it, the screen cracked completely so I sent it back. Upon sending it back, Geekbuying sent me a mail that there were scratches on the phone, and they sent me an unbelivabely vague picture of it. Because of the apparent scratches on the phone, they now blame me for the scracthes (some excuse about wrong packaging, when I even sent it back in the packaging they sent it in, so imagine how the screen arrived broken in the first place). After a bunch of arguing via mail, I cant seem to talk sense in to the person helping me. So now I am left with no phone, and a refund that isnt even big enough to cover my shipping cost, so Ive completely thrown away the money that my phone cost me.
This vague evidence, and bad customer service all lets me believe that I was scammed by this company. So my advice, dont use Geekbuying.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT use Geekbuying. If you are in fact naive enough to do so, be sure to watch out so you will not get scammed like me.

Avoid this company. I returned a phone as per their instructions. They received it in December and by March they have still not refunded my money and are not responding to emails.

I got what I ordered within estimated delivery time, even though they had some problems with their shipping agent. European warehouses is a big advantage. No hassle with taxes and quick delivery.

I wasted a lot of money buiyng from them!
I bought 3 levono hw01, not a good product.
Anyway, the price was not the best but they promise fast shipping.
The proble is that most of the time you have to pay customs taxes, so it's very bad affair. At last I paid 120 euro for 3 items I could pay somewhere else less then 60 euro. And I asked If I could refuse the item, But I hade to pay a lot of money to send them back. Never had such a bad experience!

Very helpful and polite customer service, however when you ask about shipping they tell you a different story. 16 days since order and no product shipped.

I placed an order 9 days ago. The site said that processing time would be 1-2 business days, I have yet to receive any communication on my order. I have sent emails with no reply. The site says my order is still processing. I find it poor customer service for a company to not provide any communication, especially around Christmas time. When someone does finally respond i will probably cancel my order.

Update: So after my 4th email and posting a review geekbuying finally responded with a confirmation email saying my order had shipped... however... they sent me a fake tracking number. *******835 is supposed to be my DHL tracking number.

Update: it's been 6 days since my last update. The "tracking number" has still not updated. I'm convinced that it's not real. The one and only response i got from geekbuying, after i posted this review, has been absolutely no help. I still don't know where my package is.

Update: About 6 days ago they contacted me and said that the fake "package" was accidentally sent to the wrong address, go figure. They finally sent another tracking number and actually sent my purchase. After 21 days i finally got my purchase that I was supposed to get in 10 days. If companies are just honest with the customer it would save a lot of frustration.

This is the 2nd time I made a purchase at Geekbuying.com and I recommend it as a trustworthy website due to my experience with it:
1) I purchased a Xiaomi powerbank from Geekbuying after a purchase from another website proved to be a fake. Geekbuying powerbank proved to be genuine.
2) I purchased a case for Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, which did not arrive by mail for 2 months. Geekbuying gave me a refund for it.
Therefore, I recommend this website.

You can do a "good" business with a lot of companies out there. You order a product, pay and they deliver in a somewhat acceptable timeframe and you´re happy. Everyone can do that. But you only realize if you chose a good business partner when problems come up and when they are handled quick, professional and with the customer in mind. And this is exactly what happened here. A product I ordered failed to work after some time and the only thing that was needed to get help was to write an E-Mail. I got a very quick response with 2 options (refund or a new one) and my problem was solved.
No more questions asked, questioning if you´re right or wrong or something else which is just building up tension. Just help at the right moment when I, as a customer was sad that a product I bought failed (which geekbuying has really nothing to do, they did not "produce" the product).

That´s when you realize you found a good business partner. Solving problems is sometimes hard and in terms of revenue not positive for the company, but in the end it pays out. And I´ll order again, that´s for sure:-)

I purchased an Amazfit Stratos smartwatch after 8 months after the black shining color is coming out. Its fake watch please don't waste your money $160 you could get the better watch I made mistake for buying this a chinse fake watch from Geekbuy
