Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

I had an item which started to act strange and eventually broke down after a few weeks of use and I got fully reimbursed after 2 e-mails. I was very happy with the customer service.

Geekbuying did not honor the negotiation, more than two months waiting to receive a smartphone, I paid for the BR priority line freight, I also paid the shipping insurance, I asked to review the invoice to avoid customs problems, they ignored and sent an invoice with the information wrong, value and description does not match the device I bought, do not assume they made a mistake, say I do not want to pay for the fees, the device has stopped since 12/26/2018 at customs due to documentation, geekbuying only knows how to ask for it I wait and that the responsibility is not theirs, lack respect, lack to be honest with the client, it is not fair that they ignored my request for reviewing the documentation and now they leave me without the device for which I paid, I am waiting two months and nothing, Excuse me, I want the handset I paid for or my money back. At the time of purchase they fill people with guarantees, but when a problem arises they ignore the customer, shameful.

Tip for consumers:
Beaware of the aftersale, don't respect you.

None once they sen the incorrect information with the invoice and the cellphone is stuck at costums

Returned item hasn't been refunded for more than 5 months! Be aware if you dont use PayPal, they will never reply your post or request mails. My tracking number is RU*******NL and order id is *******.

DO NOT BELIEVE POSITIVE FEEDBACKS! THEY ARE PLACED BY PAID CUSTOMERS. HERE IS REAL CUSTOMER AND WHENEVER YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM GEEKBUYING, WHICH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU'LL BE HERE.

I bought a Geekbox electronic board and a small screen from Geekbuying in march 2017 for 150 USD. The board arrived faulty, one of the communication ports was fried. I took some time and demonstrated the issue with oscilloscope captures of the data lines and documented the investigation process so that it's easy to understand what the problem is and I emailed their customer support asking for a replacement unit.
I wrote 7 emails to them where I had to constantly remind and ask them about my broken unit. They finally agreed to take it back in JUNE! So I sent the item back and they received it on the 4th of August.
It is now the 21st of OCTOBER and they keep telling me that the item is "being repaired" every time I write to them. I am very frustrated that I spent so much time, energy and money on this.
They won't refund or give any indication of when is this going to be fixed. I don't even need the damned thing 7 months later!

Later Edit:
After posting negative reviews on several website such as this, Geekbuying got in touch with me and sent me a replacement unit immediately. It arrived quickly and this one works ok so I have updated my rating accordingly.
Hopefully they will improve their response times in the future.

Tip for consumers:
Be wary as getting a replacement or refund can be difficult.

I am in South Africa, I bought a Xiaomi Note 4 from GEEKBUYING in June 2017 and paid $190

Initially they said it was out of stock, I had to wait, then after 3 weeks they offered me another phone the Xiaomi 4X and a free gift, which I accepted.

After waiting 2 months the only thing in the package was a screen protector and silicon cover worth $3.

I have sent at least 25 emails to all their departments, they flat ignore me.

Beware these people are crooks

Good shipping service and great prices. Ordered a xiaomi redmi 4a and it is a great phone. After a month good batery life and fast phone. Just one problem, the received wall charger was not for european standard connection. I claimed to costumer service and they took a lot of time to response but after 15 days they have partially refunded me. So overall i recommend this online shop if you want a fast delievery without taxes. Ordered to Portugal from Spanish warehouse on a friday and on Monday it was delievered. Will buy again.

This is a Chinese company in Shenzen masquerading as a HK company.

I bought a Roombe irobot i7+ that was dysfunctional. The Chinese units are not capable of connecting to the internet in Australia and this is not declared.

After a few months the unit also completely stopped working and they refused to refund the entire purchase price. They also make you pay for the return shipping.

This company is fraudulent and breaching Australian consumer law. I am reporting them to the ACCC.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE.

After four months from the purchase I have claimed a breakdown of a bracelet, With only two emails I have a partial payment for the purchase of a new one, since the cost of returning to China was greater than the value of the bracelet

I would gladly give them...
I was leaving for overseas
And I need it the phone that I have ordered from Geekbying. NOT ONLY... they did take care of my problem but they keep me informed along the way with 2 or 3 emails every 24 hours until I got my package about 8 hours a go... thank you very much for the overnight Express with DHL. I appreciate it... Thanks for the upgrade. You know how to do business and take care of your customers... your To customer service IS EXCELLENT... I don't know if there are any more business that operate with those kind OF ETHICS (any more) that they put customer satisfaction AHEAD of profit... THANK YOU Jenifer and your Team... in the future if I need something I WILL COME BACK TO YOU TO SEE IF YOU HAVE WHAT I NEED before I go any where else and make SURE that all my Friends know about your company... that's how (much). A few years ago they where OK company. But now they are only SCAMMERS. I brought from their spanish site, thinking the product is in Europe. I was asked to pay 40 euro shipping tax. Paid for everything and i was expecting to get the product in 2-5 business days. But No, I sent a email to them asking what happens with my order, and they said they just sent the product and are sorry for the delay. After another 3 days I get another email asking for another 40 euro shipping and my ID.
I am really sure they don't need my ID to ship something from Europe to Europe (inside EU) and paying a total of 80 euro for shipping from Spain to Sweden I think is more than 7 times the normal shipping price for 7 days delivery.
DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

If you are thinking about buying something in Geekbuying.com do yourself a favour and shop anywhere else!
I made the horrible mistake of buying an electric bike from them because it was a bunch of pounds cheaper than in other, most well-known, retailers. The bike arrived pretty fast, in less than a week it was in my hands and it seemed to work perfectly. Just what I wanted for my daily commute.
Less than a week later im cycling home when the electric motor stops working, never to come back to life again. I message the Geekbuying asking for how to proceed and nothing, silence. After insisting they answer me just with copypasted questions, asking me to send pictures and videos, and no matter how many I send they just keep asking the same stuff over and over with not a single intention of provide a solution.

Its been almost 3 weeks and they are not answering any messages, they havent provided me with any return policy, with any technical solutions, NOTHING! They ghosted me and Im stuck with a 500 pounds useless bike.

Its a scam. Geekbuying is a scam, avoid them at all costs

I bought a GPD pocket --- GOT IF AFTER 20 DAYS --- and the device is defective or fake.
I sent an E-Mail to ask for a refund (within 7 days) and i don't get responds from them.
Also, they don't approve bad reviews on their site so customers can only see the good reviews.

In mid-December 2016, I ordered a drone for my son. They charged my credit card right away but I never got an email confirming shipping. I contacted them in early January 2017. It was then that they told me that they could not ship to a PO Box. I gave them a street address to ship to. They said it would take 2-6 days to send out my order and that they would send a confirmation email when that happened. That never happened. In mid-January, I tried contacting them again on their Chat but nobody answered. I tried contacting them thru PayPal, who they use for their credit card transactions. Several days later, still no response from GeekBuying. I then asked PayPal to intervene, as my credit card had been charged back in December and I still had no product from GeekBuying. PayPal just sent me an email letting me know that GeekBuying will be refunding my credit card. This was a very disappointing experience. I do not understand why they would charge my credit card, and then never deliver the product.

It has happened to me that I have not read the description of a product accurately enough. Therefore I asked Geekbuying to cancel this order (Number *******) and give me a full refund. I received a reply within 48 hours and my request was fulfilled. I had my money back in my account within another 48 hours. Another positive experience was the quick service when returning a defective product (DOA). I quickly received the return address after I reported the defect. I was offered a new device or a full refund. Also here the refund was already 7 days after arrival of the return on my account.
