Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.
They make you pay an extra fee for customs, shippment and other paxes. Almost 200 UNOTICED that they overcharged me. Sue them and do not buy from them ever again
Orderd a Smarthphone from hongkong to Germany, but then it was possible to ship it from Germay so i saved the +19% import tax. Great work of the live-chat service!

I have ordered an Tronsmart Element mega speaker and I received it at 26 June after a long waiting but when I opened the package I saw the bottom of the speaker deformed and I put it to charge and the speaker do not retain charges and it's impossible use.
