Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

Do not buy from this site!
Your purchase is not guaranteed in this site.
Unlike ebay or Aliexpress that have a money back guarantee for lost or damaged goods, This site has no money back guarantee!
If you do not receive your product - your money is gone!
They ask you to issue a letter from the post stating you have not received their parcel... Ha... Ha...

Tip for consumers:
I bought a phone from this site. The parcel was lost and so is my money !!! This site will not guarantee your payment !

They took 30 days to deliver item. 14 days to ship item. 16 day to DHL to deliver that was suppose to be 4-8 business days. Then phone will not receive signal. But the camera and wifi work. Contacted Geekbuying. No response. But they did go into my paypal account the next day after order.

We purchased a tablet from the website 'cos of the competitive rates. The item was defective and we had to sent it back to them. They sent us a new tablet and refunded us the cost of the registered mail. It took a while but everything was eventually settled. Would buy from them again. Thanks so much :)!

I bought severals times and each time the service was good.In my last order, the product not arrived. I have contacted them using after sale service (they answer in 24 hours for every email) and after couple of emails they have refunded my money. I recommend this website and their good prices.

The after sale policy it's a real scam. Ordered a 600 device,
Received it with a broken key, asked for a repair: I have to ship (an
PAY for the shipment) the device to China and wait from 1 to SIX months
To get my device back.Are you kidding me? YOU ship a broken device
And I have to pay the shipment and wait up to SIX months to get back
The device I paid? In their policy it's also stated that I cannot use
Any courier to ship the device back, which means the shipment will be
Really slow... Do not trust the five stars review: they just ask for a good review with screenshot and order number to give you a *******@geekbuying: you can avoid your standard "We sincerely apologize..." reply. I know every word from you is just a lie.

I made an order (#*******) there and the said the package was out... they sent me a fake DHL tracking code. I wrote te ask why this code was not walking on DHL website and they talk this may take some time but a week after nothing...
8 days after they sent me an email asking for additionnal $32 payment for shipping once all the card have been paid at checkout.
I simply asked them to refund me or I will start a paypal dispute.
DON'T DEAL WITH...

Few days ago I bought a product on Geekbuying. But as I already payed the amount I saw I ordered the product from the false country. So I wanted to cancel the order. It was no problem. I wrote to Geekbuying and there was no problem. In next days I am expecting returned payment on my account.

Hello,

The service is horrible. I bought an electric scooter (Kugoo Kirin G3) and it broke down after 2 km. It's been one month and all I have is an exchange of messages. They keep postponing and they keep asking for pictures and recordings. Don't buy from them! Also consider not buying Kugoo Kirin G3 electric scooter, it has controller issues!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. You might get your products delivered from a local warehouse near you, but the company is from China. If you have any issues, the service is horrible.

I spent $200 to buy xiaomi cell phone from this company. Just 2 week after I received phone, phone was dead. I sent back for repair immediately. They never return to me. They sent fake mail information. I wait for 3 months, no phone was return. DO NOT anything from this company. I have reported US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection and FBI this company Fraud

In the purchases that I have made through this web have always been fast in their attention. Although at times I have not agreed with the solution given by its managers, I have to say that they have a very professional customer service that attends promptly the consultations made.

Bought a tablet from Geekbuying and was told the prossesing time was 2-7 days, It was shipped with DHL after 2 days and delivered at my door 5 days later. Jennifer also provides a great presale and follow up service. Hope they do the same if there will be some problems later on. But for its 5 stars :)

I bought a PC and paid express shipping costs because I needed it urgently. When I received it, it was defective so I contacted the after sale service. It took several e-mails for them to send me the information so I could send the PC back for inspection. They promised me a replacement as soon as they would receive the computer. It is now 10 days since, according to the tracking number, the computer was delivered and they still refuse to sent a replacement or give me a refund arguing that they have not received it!
This is very suspicious, I have the feeling I am being lied to and that I will never get my money back!

This was the first time I ordered from a website with a delivery from China. I ordered a phone on this website, which was displayed as being available. After 3 days or so, I received a very decent, apologetic message telling me that the product was currently not in stock. After asking me if I was interested in another type of this phone, or a different phone on this website, I replied that I was interested in a refund instead. Customer support replied in a very decent manner again, and the refund is now on its way.

Although it would have been nice to have updated information on this website about the phone's availability, I nevertheless had a good experience with the handling of this issue.

Hi everyone,
Recently I bought a protective glass for my smart phone. Although it came perfectly packed, during the transport it was bended and, logically, broken.
My order number was *******. I got in touch with aftersale support. In 24 hours I got a satisfactory answer from Una to solve my problem.
As I say in the title, buying at Geekbuying is safe and a good experience.
I will repeat for sure.

What a useless customer service employee! Just wasted 1 hour of my time!

1) suggested wrong item to buy
2) trying to explain the difference between products without any knowledge of these products - at the end just said that there are not difference!
3) tries to get rid of the potential customer. In the middle of conversation tells that they have a meeting and we must end the conversation. Then after I asked to pass the conversation to more knowledgeable employee He/SHE says that it is a night time and no one is around! There come 4) Lying to customers!
5) Very unprofessional attitude and communication style
6) Just wasted 1h of my Time and still did not gave any answer - I wish I never started this conversation!

100% will never came back to this site where even customer service is lying to the customer -then I am very worried about description and quality of the products as it self!

It's been 30 days since purchase and no trace of the package. In response the Support gives their (different) own trucking number to a warehouse in Hong Kong with Chinese explanation of the item "being transported further to another facility." They only respond quickly BEFORE you make purchase.

I had a problem with my bluetooth speaker it could not connect to my phone thru bluetooth. I contacted the support and sent the problem. They gave me a 70% refund. The support was very good and they answered all my mails quickly. I and my family will keep ordering from geekbuying the support is great and the service too

I really love Geekbuying.com. My friend introduced me to this while I was planning to Amazfit Pace. He ordered it from Geekbuying, so I follow the same and ordered same product. I received it in within 10 days, even though option I choose was telling about 15 days minimum for shipping. After that I planned to upgrade my watch and ordered Amazfit Stratos on Geekbuying. Again, I got it within 8 days with free delivery. Now I fully trust this site.

Prices are reasonable and discounts are better than other websites. For example, I have ordered MI Pad 4 for 296$ (Inc Shipping + insurance). Other sites are charging 350$ for that. No wonder I'll go for Geekbuying.

Support staff is also helpful. Got response for my query within couple of hours span. No wonder I'll recommend them to everyone.

The site was very warmly recommended to me by my brother-in-law living in Paris.
I am in Greece and ordered two items (TV box and mobile phone). I sent an inquiry after a week from my order to check why I had no confirmation of dispatch and I received an immediate confirmation that the TV box previously in shortage was now in stock and and because the phone was still in shortage, I got offered an upgrade for the phone at no extra cost. I am now expecting the delivery, but the exchange was very fair and satisfactory-Extra bonus for the fact that I got immediate response in my three emails, including confirmation for no extra cost of the exchange. I bought a walking pad that did not work from the very beginning. I immediately opened a ticket and asked for technical support and a solution. It took them two weeks to tell me to switch on and off the machine as if this could solve the problem. I told them that of course it still does not work and asked for a refund. They have not answered since. If they ask me to send the walkind pad back, that would cost me more than the money I spent for buying it since it weighs more than 25 kilos. What is more, they did not publish my negative review for the pad. So be very careful with them.
