Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

I'm a buyer from the UK and I purchased a laptop. I had a several questions about the laptop and they were answered very quickly. I'm very happy with the service and the laptop is fantastic value for money. I will definitely be buying again from this website.

Be careful and avoid buying from GeekBuying.
They ship DOA items & make hard time to get refunded.
I have ordered a watch on Aug which arrived DOA - up until now i haven't received a refund (done everything i was instructed)

Geekbuying's service was great. They followed up to ensure I came right receiving my parcel. I did have a shipping issue and they assisted me to ensure I either get my parcel or a refund. I will definitely use them again and I can recommend the company as well.

Like before I said, sometimes they sent you refurbished item. If you wrere lucky, the item you bought works well and last longer time. I will not buy anything from this website. Poor product quality and terrorable customer service

I have bought many things from geekbuying & all the items were perfect. But only one item had a issue. But when i contacted them, they asked to send it to them. I sent it and, they have repaired it perfectly.

I want to take this opertunity to say thank you Jennifer Service. I wasn't sure how my experience would be I was pleasantly surprised how fast Geekbuying responded to my service request. Friendly and professional, I felt very supported because at no time did I feel like my problem was not important. It's nice to know that the costomer service department take thier job seriously.

I bought a TV box Vorke Z6 plus and it did not connect to wifi. After some weeks it did not even turn on. It was faulty and I tried to return it but they pulled my leg with different answers as to who would pay the shipping costs.
I decided to save my time and threw it away. I lost my money and my patience so I did not want to wast any more time (5 months of correspondence back and forth without getting anywhere was more than enough)

Excellent costumer service, quick response to my question, doubts. I've bought with them for a couple of times. The last I didn't expect to get extra charges cause the address apparently the DHL is not likely to go to that area and asked for a refund and they gave it. It is not reflected on my bank account yet but. I have investigated and apparently is more of a bank issue and not a geekbuying.

They are liars! I had bought a phone on August 8. It was dead on arrival (white stripes running up and doen the screen). I could have it repaired locally and they would share the costs. Ridiculous, so I wanted to send it back. They promised to refund the shipping costs. Now they say I have misunderstood them and they don't pay for the shipping costs and I have to pay an extra stocking fee (what ever that means). So sending back a 50 euro phone has costed me 32 euro's. I would have preferred to keep the damn thing and smash it with a hammer. What a scam!

I make an order and paid by pay pal, but didn't registered as customer in order to monitor the order status. Geekbuyng didn't send me any order confirmation and order status so the only proof of purchase is the pay pal transaction. How do I get info regarding the order? Some advice? I already wrote an email but no luck yet.

They have very slow shipping, a very long processing time. They block your chat, they are not accesible at all.
I have one time a package for 2 weeks in processing state.
They take your money and you see your products in months.
Be aware of this company that steals money from people.

The biggest negative feel to the GeekBuying.com from all of the Chinese shops.
No responsibility for the goods, that was sent to me. I dont recieved the item(more then 2 month). Store disclaims responsibility, had to complain. I made a dispute on Paypal.

Very low prices, actually the lowest I have found so far. I like the shipping services but the customer services (Jennifer) in this case responded very fast. Provided a answer and not something vague, unhelpful. I will probably recommed this website to other people as well. I had recieved one item and decided to make my second purchase. Satisfied with the services so far.

The product that I ordered (smartwatch) could not be delivered from EU stock (Germany) so I contacted customer service. My order was canceled and payment was very quickly refunded to my account, about 2-3 days.

My first and last experience with them has been bad and when I've tried to solve my problems I've spent more than two weeks waiting and the solution couldn't be more unwise. They offered me a ridiculous discount (considerating I had paid 400 and I was thinking to spend another 400 in another smartphone just to compensate the price of the first one) but only if I gave them a 5 stars review here.
So, if you read good opinions here about geekbuying... is suspicious. You surely will find similar prices and the treatment will be better in other places.

You can see in the picture how they work. My english is not good but this is something like blackmaiking no? If you give five stars you will receive a reward,,, but if not they don't help you.

Price is attractive and smartphones full of options and promising features. However, the Elephone P2000 I have ordered suffered multiple issues I had fixed myself thanks to web forums. Then after around 9 months of use, I have decided to contact the customer service to use the "12 months guarantee" as I had a discoloration on the screen and the touch seemed to be faulty. I always got a reply by email but as I wanted to send back the phone for being fixed, they told me I would have to pay for any components changed! The only year guarantee you have is for the manpower... Never seen that before and will never buy any products from Geekbuying again! Even if they wanted to give me vouchers!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use Geekbuying since the first issue you will have with your product will result to pay for components for having your item fixed! Not a real guarantee!

By making my first purchase, I wanted at all costs to have it within a maximum of 7 days because I was very excited to have it and test it. I chose delivery by DHL according to the cost displayed, I was unpleasantly surprised to receive an email to inform me that the cost of delivery is not the same and that I must pay up to 32 $ for delivery to be made by DHL. I finally opted for free shipping and a refund that I'm still waiting for.

All the drunk that I had to have my article completely disappeared and I told myself that I should have opted for a purchase in my country. I do not know when I will receive my article, I wait. Although there are plenty of electronic items that I expected to buy through this site. But...

My Chuwi stylus suddenly stop working after a few weeks... I reported it to Geekbuying customer support, also including a short video showing the problem. They took action and shipped a new stylus to me. Right now, I am a very happy customer, using the new stylus on my tablet.:-)

Item I paid for by Paypal and it arrived DOA.
I wrote to them the same day and for the next few days.
No response.
I Contacted Paypal and opened a "Paypal Case" against them.
NOW they finally responded.
They asked me to send them pictures and then -mail item back to China ( registered mail- cost $39).
They refused to pay for shipping back to China ( which they promised they would- in their "Return Policy "statement. So far- they have not refunded cost of item. Complete disregard to client's messages.
These are BAD "hombres" in China.

GeekBuying are an absolutely amazing business. I ordered a Leagoo Lead 7, and it was here in three days (Ordered on Friday, got in on Monday morning, through TNT). Dora was exceptionally helpful and was patient and responsive to my thousand and five questions about the phone, shipment and changes. After ordering the phone i realized i wanted to add a case for it, and they created a special link just for my case, which was shipped in the package at no additional charge. I have to say, it was overall some of the best service I have ever received, and I cannot wait to purchase more products from them.

Teclast x98 plus 2 tablet pc with good features. Optionally a linux ubuntu or mint operating system would be desirable. Delivery took its time, but was fine. Key for win 10 was not valid. It was sent in a day but a new, very good. All best, gladly I buy here again.

I ordered a Mele F10 Air Mouse from, Geekbuying.com, which arrived promptly. I wasn't as diligent as I should have been about checking its performance, and the time limit for returns and refunds had passed when I discovered some anomalies with the keyboard. But even though the time limit had expired, they offered a substantial refund on the purchase. I'll be ordering a replacement from them in the next day or so. Also, contrary to some of the other reviews, my e-mail messages were answered promptly and responsively.
