Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

Due to their real deals, they are having a big success, with some problems in the past to solve after sales questions, BUT NOW THEY WONDERFULLY IMPROVED THEIR AFTER SALE SUPPORT, answering to mail request in maximum 2 days and solving every problem. Personally, Ive been refunded for a problem in shipment, fast and with only a couple of mails. THANK YOU TO ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, AND PARTICULARLY TO ANGELINE!

I bought a product from the store. A week past and i got a meesege from the seller that the item is sold out for now.The seller was very kindfull and suggest me some options and even gime the option to get cupon.At the end i chose to cancel the purchase and i saw the money back within two days. Great service.

I HAVE PURCHASED FIIDO D2S FROM THEM. FROM THE BEGINNING THE BIKE HAD ISSUES WITH BREAKS AND IN LESS THAN A YEAR THE FRAME OF THIS BIKE COMPLETELY SNAPPED. THIS BIKE IS A DEATH TRAP. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND TOTALLY IGNORE ME WHEN I TRY TO TALK TO THEM ON A LIVE CHAT. AS SOON AS I GIVE THEM THE ORDER NUMBER THEY DISAPPEAR. FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM ZERO STARTS IF I COULD. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM WEBSITE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I bought goods from GEEKBUYING in July 2017. He send broken goods to me. When i contact aftersale service. He don't respond with this problem. I wait his answer more than 2 month.

"NEVER BUY FROM THEM. BAD experience overall
After sales support is bad. 2-3/5 days to reply emails. #*******
Received a defective tablet teclast x98 air 3g.

I purchased an item from geekbuying 2/5/2018. Shipping tracking told me the item was on the way. They said the item could take a couple of months, so I reached out to them 4/2018 asking what happened to the item. They told me to wait, because sometimes it takes a while. I asked for a refund when it still hadn't arrived. They then asked me to call the US post office to track down the item, saying it had left china already. I told them I had no US tracking number that I could use. They persisted to refuse to give a refund for the lost item. It is now 7/23/2018 more than 5 months later, and the item is nowhere to be found, this is their response to me from 4/14/2018

Because we met many of the cases that after 2 moths or even up to 3 months our customer received the package very well. So we need to make sure that customer have the post office confirmation about the lost( No matter you get the case number or the email confirmation). We hope customers can understand, sure that it seems a basic rule, but it's also flexible when we are handling all kinds of cases. Geekbuying is a reliable and a responsible company, and we will be responsible for the result.

My order was delayed due to a delivery problem, so I only requested a change of address and I thank Shirley and Sophie for being in constant contact and supporting me so that everything was fine and that was it, my package has been delivered, with a few more days, but satisfactorily, thank you very much from México Geekbuying team!

I preordered an alldocube iPlay 50 Pro at €149 from EU warehouse. There was a small delay in the shipment for which I was timely informed and I was also offered alternative shipment directly from China. Finally I received the tablet from Spain with GLS within the promised period. This tablet is an excellent product at this price point and I will definitely buy from Geekbuying again.

They sent a defective phone. Over one year and still do not have my situation solved.
Communication with support does not act and does not provide contact for superior, have to explain the situation in every email over and over again and the problem is not solved or looks like it will be
I regret this buy and if it were now I would never ever done it.

UPDATE: I still keep sending emails and having to explain the situation over and over again with no possibility to talk with someone responsible and it has been MORE THAN ONE YEAR

Bought One-Netbook One Mix Yoga mini PC from them in late June (Order# *******) Found a problem with defective charger, overheating, and constant freeze with device shut down by itself several times. My last draw was that when it wont start and the screen shows info. With error code, that PC has a hardware malfunction and need to be return to the manufacturer. I contacted Geekbuying After Sales right away (attached photo which shows exact problem) but no response until a week after simply saying, Kindly please try to reboot it. If you have another charger, please change it to have the item in fully charged. Any news, please keep us informed... well, the charger never worked from the start and i guess they are probably aware of that. This is a device over $450! And i think that they are trying to avoid dealing with any problem/return. Now, i fear that they are dragging my return request to fall out of their 2-weeks full refund period and it worked. It is now 17days already. If you get a device that is working, luck is with you, but if it does not, please just be prepared for a customer service nightmare and several months i can see for me to fight over a refund.

I paid over £260 for a Dobbie drone from Geekbuying. It developed a terminal fault after a month and a half. I tried to claim under guarantee only to be told
"GeekBuying offers 1 year warranty for the Consumer Electronics for example: TV BOX, TABLET, CELLPHONE, GAMEPAD, SECURITY ITEMS and so on(Please note that the RC quadcopters are not in the scope of this warranty)" In other words no replacement no refund. £260 lost.
