Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

DO NOT ORDER. I bought a phone and it was sent with an incorrect address. Street was missing on label and could not be delivered, so it was returned to sender. I contacted customer service who advised that they will advise their drop ship location to fix the address. VERY OBVIOUSLY THEY DID NO SUCH THING AND MY PARCEL WENT BACK AND FORTH, STILL WUTH THE WRONG LABEL. NOW I SEE IT WAS DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS IN NSW. VERY BAD SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THIEFS!

Ordered for 300 usd with expedited shipping, they took 2 weeks to process the order, then the item failled to clear the custom (probably because they've delared a low price to avoid me tax), Once the item get back to them it was a not possible to get a refund after nearly one week, they don't answer to emails in reasonable time and the chat operators (if available) always lie and find excuses. I've filled a Paypal dipute but they did not answer after 3 days, then I've filed a claim and guess what still no answer after 7 days, they asked me to cancel the disput then they will resend the product, be carefull, never do this, you will lose a way to get your money back. I am considering to file a chargeback with my credit card company, it's the only way to punish them as the will have to pay 100 usd chargeback fee to visa and 20 usd to paypal.

Excellent service did not have the product in stock but always kept me informed of the order process and once it was in stock I received it in 2 days, totally recommended the geekbuying service

The package was supposed to arrive in 1 month maximum, and instead it arrived in 2,5 months. Nevertheless the product was in its box without any flaws. So, the only problem was the big delay!

After i bought and got the product,shuld i see very wel in the box of product, beacouse the cartong /package of product was open and i ignored to see how it is and i drived in one month and after it been damaged self.My experince is when you buy of your delivery you must say to them you must package very wel.

The received device was defective. The customer service was quick but unsatisfactory because it only offered a partial refund instead of a functioning replacement or a full refund.

I paid for my order and got an email that I would be notified when it shipped. It has been 30 days now and still my order has not shipped. When I try the customer service links they do not work.

I ordered a phone in December and a tablet in January. They have never been delivered and their customer service always tries to find excuses but never resend nor reimburse them.

Prices are ok, sometimes very good. Delivery time could be a bit better but still OK. Service is top in reaction time and outstanding in obligingness. I can recommend Geelbuying.

I ordered an Egreat A5 media player for USD 140 and I received a Vorke Z1 which costs USD 70. I reported the issue and I was asked for a lot of information I provided. I sent a lot of e-mail for a week and after I decided to escalate the issue to Paypal. Today I received a mail from Geekbuying said they were unable to identify if the Vorke was sent out by them (there is their own barcode on the box by the way) and they cannot do anything. After a half an hour Paypal made a decision and I will got a refund. The problem is I had to pay USD 60 import charges and I have to pay about USD 35 to send the wrong item back. This USD 95 will not be paid back, because the decision was made by Paypal and Geekbuying's return policy will not cover my extra costs... I'm 100% sure I will never order anything from them, this was the first and last time in my life!

I had a problem with an android phone I purchased being an unlucky malfunction, when I contacted them bout the problem they gave me all the information about the shipping. After having sent the shipping and giving them the tracking there was a period of time where I didn't hear back from them which drove me to contact them, when they confirmed they had it. The repair was quick and the phone was sent off quickly however I didn't receive my tracking number until I myself sent an email. They have very good customer service that are quick to answer however (probably due to the bulk of orders) you will have to check up on your repair as they wouldn't reach out first.

NOW THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THE PHONE FROM REPAIR I HAVE NOTICED NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY FIXED AND THE PROBLEM HAS PERSISTED WITH MY FRONT CAMERA.IT SEEMS THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO REPAIR MY PHONE. I WAS THE UNLUCKY BUYER THAT RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO FIX IT.
