Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

I have purchases two phones from you, and I have sent numerous emails to your after sales department because the phones are defected, I have even taken the phone to professional company for an assessment and I have a report stating that the devices are defected. How can you sell devices like that. Now your After Sales Team are not replying to my emails. I will be taking legal action against your company, there are rights of consumers to protects the public from being taken advantage off. There are so many bad reviews, from second hand devices being sold and even broken products being sold. This is really unacceptable.

After the much talked about teams pay phone that you purchased now 28 days has not been the arrival of the request to the towns and they want me to wait three months, I advise you not to purchase from this site

Bad assistance, I discourage everyone from buying mobile phones on this site. They sent me a faulty phone (strong metallic sound in the phone calls, practically impossible), I sent a video to prove it, I sent the phone and they sent it back after two months with the same problem without solving anything! No seriousness!

They have Quality service because I brought a MI band from them unfortunately when ordering I was entered shipping country mistakenly as United Stated my actual shipping country is Sri Lanka it was my fault. I informed them about the problem they said dont worry package already shipped we will return your money back once it returned to the warehouse. But I ask them to send a new package for that they did what I ask them to do. They have good service specially their customer service is superb they know how to face their customers problem. I have more good experienced about them because I ordered some items before that.

Bought a E Scooter, was really happy as I got it in few days, but few weeks later the scooter stopped suddenly, I raised a ticket with the After-sale service, since today no solution was found to repair it or refund me, they asked me to send back from Ireland to Poland which will cost me 100€ and they don't pay for this, the worst after sale service I've even seen, and it's been 3 months no solution was found... so all is good with them if you have any problem you are screwed

I've bought from Geekbuying on several occasions, and, while it can take a while for things to arrive in Canada, the excellent prices often make it worth the wait. In this case, I actually needed to cancel an order because I no longer needed the product, and they were quick to take care of it for me.

Geekbuying has the worst after sale support. I bought Mi bands after I bought phone, bands are already on the way, but not the phones. The watches' tracking number don't seem to work anymore. The story about the phones: Ordered two phones, different colours. Paid for them on the 28th of October 2016. The one colour option was out of stock, so they generously asked me what other phone I want within the price range. The phones was supposed to be here already (for my kids' birthday). I contacted them to ask if they could send (at no extra cost) a little better phone, as I paid extra for the shipping, and it exceeded the promised limit of 15 business days to get here. I am very frustrated, it should have been here, but is not even shipped. I sent them a very detailed e-mail about my problem, but no response. I wait so long. Although the item I bought (R1 remote control)was very cheap and no shipping costs I got a very quick reaction when I mailed that it didn't work on my iPhone and after sending a little video of the problem they did a full refund the next day. Great service!

I bought a laptop from them. They lied about the value of the item on the customs form and my laptop got held at the custom for over a week now. When I wrote to GeekBuying why they lied on the form (they said the item costed 32$ when I paid 1,157$ for it); they answered that they had to do so because every country's customs are different and they had to put the lowest amount possible to avoid me the taxes duties! Which is total BS in my opinion. They are reluctant to do anything about it or help DHL clear my package. All I can do is wait and there is no way to cancel the purchase neither. The answers from the support service is written in a very bad English I can barely decipher.

Shipping: not the fastest. However, since it's from China, I find it understandable.

Customer service: fast and patient. I made a mistake about the order, and complaint about it. They followed up quickly and solved the issue. (p.s. If you saw the previous review from me, that was a mistake on my part -- I got two Mi Box at home. One is the standard version, and the other is Pro. I thought I got the standard version from Geekbuying, and found out that I was wrong. This is why I change my review.)

Product: Good!

Overall: I think I am willing to buy things from the site again!

I ordered a phone. About 130 US dollars, on June month, 2018... I payed with a MASTERCARD card... after a while, they asked me to send them a foto of my national ID and the Mastercard card, with all the serial numbers on it... i could not send them those serial numbers, being out of town..., so, after 7 days, their system cancelled the order.

No money were taken from my account. Everything was fine.

I bought a mobile in Oct 2017. The parcel did not send out from their Hong Kong warehouse! I tried to contact them using different ways but no response. I only received one email talking about they will investigate! It has been over 4 months since I placed my order! I bought the insurance for lost parcel when I pay for my order but they refused to resend or refund my order! Don't place order from them!

Pathetic service very unprofessional approach. I ordered the item on 26 Dec 2017 and paid extra amount for fast shipment, item was supposed to be delivered within 5 to 8 business days but it was delivered on 17 Jan 2018. The worst part was after 5 days when i enquired about the shipment GeekBuying support told me that item is out of stock and will be available next week and didn't give me any specific date and then it got delayed further.
Also when the item was out of stock Geekbuying website was still showing that the watch is in stock, GeekBuying is cheating with customers, they want customers to buy and pay extra amount for fast delivery for out of stock product and once customer buys it they tell customers that its out of stock and ask them to wait.

I placed an order and was quoted 1-2 days processing time. Fast forward 11 days, yes 11 days. Still "Processing shipment" on my order of almost 2 weeks ago. Wrote retailer at all available emails, 3 days later NOTHING, started to file a claim with PAYPAL. They responded same day, "Sorry for the delay, it should have been 2-7 days like we said, but it will ship TODAY". Fast forward 3 days, still "Processing shipment" on an order from 14 days ago, that was promised 1-2 day processing. They wont reply or answer, just dont expect anything other than them accepting your money.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from these scam artists...

I am really impressed with the company customer service, and especially Elaine.
Ordering from Geekbuying for 7 years now, this is the first time I needed the support.
Geekbuying sent me a phone, but an employee of my local post office opened the package and stole the cell phone! I filed a report and send an email to the support explaining the situation, to advise me what I can do. They understood the situation, and even if it wasn't their responsibility, they gave me a refund! Great job. Loyal customer service, and in the time of need, they helped tremendously. THIS is what I call a responsible and helpful service! Will keep buying 100%, recommended.

I'm a techie from Toronto, and I probably get a new phone every 6 months or so. The market I'm in doesn't give me access to some of the newer phones available, but this is why I go to geekbuying.com to purchase my phones, and continue to go to them.

My most recent experience with them has been the best yet! I dealt with Jennifer, and was completely blown away at the level of service I received. She was on top of my order from beginning to end, would send me updates every step of the way!

The new Mate 20 Pro is going to be coming out soon from Huawei, and I know exactly where I'll be going to get it.

This is the second or third time I bought at this store and even though I haven't received my stuff yet, Aftersales Services has been great. They answer very soon everytime I ask for an update or help.
I've been reading some bad reviews and I hope I don't have to write one of those.
I'm just writing a review of Aftersales Services not of the products.

I ordered a 5 in 1 heat press. The product doesn't heat up enough to be useful and they blamed us, saying that we damaged the controller by pressing the buttons out of order. They also said that we should have read the instructions, but three of us worked together on trying to get it to work! They sent a replacement part and expected us to pay E30 customs. The courier said there is no customs charge on a replacement part so we didn't pay it. I wanted to return the product but they will not cooperate. We have sent dozens of emails. This is going on for two months! They do not believe in customer service. I may have to walk away from wasting E168

Tip for consumers:
I am used to shopping from Amazon which has a robust returns policy when items are defective. I am used to companies taking responsibility when their product fails. Geek buying does not operate this way

I am very pleased with the speed of delivery and the customer support. I had ordered a smart watch that can connect to my iPhone via Bluetooth.
The package it was in perfectly condition, very nice look.
The reply to my mail it was very very fast with detailed explanation.

I bought some Item who not works properly in Spain, but after some mails, we came to an agreement from two parts.
So for me it was a good service trying first to solve the problem and at the end returning most of the the cost of the item.
